Great dispensary. Been here a few times, never disappointed. Just glancing the negative reviews looks like they’re from full grown adults who are so entitled as to demand perfection and throw a temper tantrum in public when they don’t get their way. Go to your weed dealer and throw a temper tantrum, see what happens. They also seem to lack any knowledge of cannabis or the industry. Your mom can wipe your butt for you, not your budtender

First time visiting and Jay helped us out. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I only waited 5 minutes in line.

Great but Leafly has not worked in weeks for free pick-up!!!

Josh S. is always extremely knowledgeable about strains and effects of products and service is always great. However like other the other dispensaries in MA that I've visited, it seems like there is a lot of catching up needed compared to other states. Flower is frequently dry or flattened in the bag, with packed on dates from 2-3 months prior to purchase. Prices are average for this area but, almost double what I've paid in other states. Concentrates are usually top notch with a good variety, but I recently received some OGKB "shatter" from Insa that was most definitely not shatter as it had a consistency of brown sugar. After almost a year NEA has done a great job filling the roll as the first rec shop in the area, but as more begin to open nearby there needs to be a compelling reason to buy products from one shop over another as they are all starting to seem the same in terms of price and quality, with the major difference being whats on the menu for that day.

I don't like paying black market prices.

Bring back the pickup option. Please.

Almost no wait at all, that being said, felt rushed, wasn’t given much info, online menu didn’t seem to jive with what they actually had. Staff all seemed pretty nice, but for someone with horrible anxiety I didn’t like some of them barking orders at me, and the shop was a bit much, music was a bit loud and quite a few people standing around staring me down, but at least the lights weren’t too bright. Not a bad place for rec users.

After going here at least 4 times a week since they opened, tonight was my last time going. They were amazing when they first opened but have gone so far downhill. The adult use menu never really changes, just the same few flower cycled through. The online menu is very rarely accurate. There are so many more options for flower on the medical side, a lot of which have never been to the adult use side. While it was super convenient having it right down the street it’s not worth it anymore. I will make a longer drive or better yet just get it delivered.

I've been here a few times the shatter was okay and I've been coming back to try and get it only to realize the price increased from 30 to 70 for a half gram then I decide to get a gram of flower for almost $20 wich turns to dust as soon as I try to break it up i I definately wont be back

check out is extremely slow. Gears toward recreational, leaving patients in small room.

This store keeps all the goodies on the rec side, and refuses to offer much of anything to med patients. Remember who kept you in business during the shutdown!

Yesterday I tried to preorder for the first time. It took 2 hours to get the text. I ended up waiting in line and getting it myself. I can’t wait for this place to get some competition so they actually have to provide a good service and not just be the only game in town. The product is great, the prices and the experience are not.

This place is fuckin awesome. Been several times — Parking simple, hardly ever a wait, awesome bud. Simple menu changes frequently, be prepared for that. Great team.

Been here a couple times now and I'm not hating NEA...but on their own website it says that its the Northeast's Best cannabis and the highest quality flower...well the last time I went I ordered an 8th of the Tangie cuz it was a discount Strain so not knowing that the reason it was on a discount was because the crop of Tangie had a million white immature seeds in the Flower...so I go home break up the bud to only then find out that every bud out of that 8th was just loaded with immature seeds...so being pissed I called the store and talked to a manager who told me that the budtender should've informed me of the seeds in that batch of Tangie...So hear I am thinking she's gonna say just bring in receipt along with the other flower and she'll exchange or refund me for that and all I got was a Sorry Bout that...so that pissed me off more that they couldn't/wouldn't offer a refund or a different product on the house..So NEA I've got the receipt still if u wanna Do Right for a loyal customer...BTW after de-seeding the flower and getting to smoke it, it was an awesome clear-headed,focused, energetic creative high I've had off of flower in a while...smelled like Citrusy,skunky, Cheese and tasted like strong Citrusy Pungent Skunk... Definitely Was Fresh Batch though

This is the 5th time I’ve been to this location, very knowledgeable and ind staff and wide variety. It’s sad the most people use reviews to bash dispensary, especially when you work at a dispensary. (Over heard in a convo) ;) Reviews should be made, so that any establishment can use these reviews as a tool to point them in a direction to please customers. There has been few times I’ve happen to be in the dispensery at a time that somebody used a discount incorrectly, or tried to scam them. Such as the token app, then that got taken away. (Thank you for that btw). Then use reviews to bash them, (As I’ve read). In addition people use and abuse discounts, that ruins it for others. Sad world we live in to say that people use the reviews to bash establishment to make them look bad. I must say that I’ve never had an issue. I’ve always been well taken care of and gotten every discount that was deserved and was honored. Thank you NEA for being the best and doing all that you do! Sorry such a late review!!

I just think it's funny how large the selection in adult use is compared to medical section. you would think it would be the other way around.

The selection was better than wat was listed online. However, there are 2 reason for a 1 star on service. The staff was 5 star! However, 2 pre-rolled items were literally under weighed. One was severely under weighed. The second issue was the prices were extremely inflated versus online. $2 more for pre-rolled, $19 more for Pax cartridges. Based on this I would NEVER be back. This is robbery! The worst inflation I have seen anywhere in this country.

BAD: Outdated menu. Their online menu does NOT always reflect what is available, happened a few times. No high quantity discount. GOOD: Great flowers. Not dry like other places. Properly cured with full of flavor and distinctive smell. VERY QUICK. I hardly ever wait at lines these days. Great staff.

NEA has some bomb stuff. I’m not the biggest fan of their flower as I can’t justify the price. On the other hand, for concentrates I would recommend. Considering all of their concentrates are coming I from other dispensaries (Rythm and Insa are my two fav concentrate distributors that NEA uses) the wax and live resin/sugar are usually on-point (not a fan of shatter). The service is kind of iffy though. Some of the bud tenders are knowledgeable but others (mike) have no clue what’s going on. Flower prices are high, as are the concentrates and edibles. Def worth it but bring them buckaroos because they charge an arm and a leg!!

I like the product but i used both the medical side and adult use. I will say medical is a bit better. When you step outside no one is 6 feet apart the line has no limit on people. I tried speaking to a secruity guard to have the guy behind me step back but the secruity guard was on his phone to high to realize. If you work here you should not be smelling and looking like that. I always come for the great products but it seems like covid does not matter here people with masks off, no 6 feet to distance, having to go through an entrance to a tent but touch other people. There is no distancing and i see employees talking more then working. Save your money and save you health.
