Overall fire experience! First time in here for recreational use and I liked the place a lot. Staff seems really helpful and friendly. I got there upon opening hour and I was in and out in about 10 minutes tops. Budtender Gary served me and was very helpful! About to light it up with some Pineapple Express so cheers guys!

Overall this is one of the best dispensaries...my only complaint is the online menu isn't always updated accurately. I drove forty last night minutes for Tahoe OG and the Sour Diesel x Animal cookies was sold out but still on the menu and I had to get something totally different . The online menu also did not advertise the Blondie's but they did have them on the paper recreational menu they were handing out .The Jilly online is priced at $45 for 1/8th but I was charged $50 dollars. I feel if you advertise it at that price you should charge the price advertised or make sure the menu is accurate and match the handout menu.

went for the 2nd time , and will definitely be back the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel welcome and not like a criminal they have plenty of on site parking which to me is a plus , another plus is that the line is inside and you only need to show id once the product is great and the price is fair i cant recommend this place enough

I never have a problem getting in and out of NEA, rarely a substantial line. The staff is amazing, Ellen did a great job answering any questions I had and was very friendly and attentive! Thanks for all you guys do!

Firstly, I'm a frequent visitor of maybe 20-30 times total. ...the line is often long..but def moves quicker than you think.The budtenders are almost always the model of professional, passionate behavior. I notice there are water pipes and stuff for sale that are displayed in a way that if more accessible, Id check out and maybe buy. Anyway, all in all. It's always the highlight of my day.

This dispensary is very well run. No parking hassle during the week, fast visits. They have express line if you know what you want and don’t need to talk to bud tender, smell the bud, etc. Second time I talked to bud tender Josh, very personable and cool guy. Both times I went the Leafly menu matched what was in stock and the selection was very good. Only regret with rec is the extremely high prices right now compared to street. NEA pricing on par with everyone else right now. Weed is dry. It vapes really well but if you combust, spruce it up with bodeva packs or whatever you use to freshen up dry weed.

used to do the online pick up which was super convenient. Otherwise the line is too long. Unfortunately they stopped the online pickup and in very disappointed

Waited in line for almost half an hour and was told to just come right inside if I had an online order. Then I was told since my online order isn’t ready yet I have to go back in the line? After waiting in the egregious line a second time finally I went to go pickup and was charged $10 more than advertised I would be paying from the website on top of another $3 debit fee. Flower was not trimmed properly and very dry. Disappointing.

Very disappointed that they took away Leafly order pick ups, waiting in line for hour and half or 2 hours is ridiculous just for some bud, at least with leafly it took me 20 minutes, I won’t be coming back until they have leafly

Why do you consistently feel the need to overstock your Rec. menu and leave only scraps for your Med. patients? It's a shame, as I really enjoy your in-house flower... I guess I'll keep spending my thousands of dollars elsewhere. It's unfortunate, as I drive multiple hours now to spend good $ at other locations when I live a mere seven minutes from you folks. If you took a moment and weighed everything out 😉, you'd realize that your improved reputation by showing Med. patients more love would outstrip your short-term cater-to-rec-patients-only gains and you would likely then be considered one of the best dispos. in MA. Your bottom line would more than recover soon, and you would have gained many new and loyal customers, many of whom would by multiple ozs. from you regularly. You are aware of the concerns, as many have voiced them to you in person and on your Med. Leafly store. But, then again, what do I know? Have a great day all!

Great product and customer service. Staff is well educated and friendly. Every so often they play so jams, cant knock that. They accept out of state IDs, passports. Depending on the time of day you might have to wait in line. Personally it’s rare if I have to wait, even then its not a long wait. They check IDs outside if there is a line. If it rains they have limited supply of umbrellas. Inside, left to right there is a Medical line, Adult Express, and Adult use. Medical is for Medical card holders. Your medical card and ID state of issue have to match. Adult Express is for those who already know what they would like. You can either look them up here or look at the monitors they have with the menu (with more info than online). You can have your phone out but ☝🏽🗣NO PICTURES ALLOWED! They accept cash and debt cards there is a charge $3 or so. I like the convenience and the variety.
