Had a great experience at this store. Everyone was very knowledgeable regarding all the products. This is my go to dispensary while in the Newport area.

Been here quite a few times and love it , staff is always super friendly and helpful and they generally have a good selection... recently I had an issue with something I bought from them and turned to their chat support for help, Mike T was helping me and surely did a great job ! He even put a note in the computer with the situation for when I came to the physical store later on , overall 10/10 for mike and the store! Definitely a life long (happy) customer!

Richard F. once again answered my questions and provided suggestions. He knows the inventory and provides concise explanations of differences between products. In addition, he is pleasant and compassionate. I especially appreciate this since I am one of many people eligible for medical use, but unable to obtain a card thus far due to constraints placed on my physician by his medical group. Having someone commiserate with my situation is an added bonus.

Everyone ALWAYS goes above and beyond to genuinely help you select and help you understand what you're selections might yield. But a HUGE Shout Out to EVERYONE in the Customer service CHAT department. They been Invaluable! From checking on the Live inventory and VIP Drops, right before I take "The Big Drive" from out of state. To straightening out and piecing together my VIP Bonus points and consolidating my accounts into one account...Reclaiming almost 800 bonus points I'd thought were lost in the wind. You heard it right! Customer Service Chat did that for me...BTW, thank you again! The only thing I don't like, but Northeast Alternatives doesn't control, is the non-acceptance of legitimate medical marijuana patients with valid, up to date, ID's/Credentials from other states. In which case, The Commonwealth isn't being fair in this case, as my State accepts Medical Marijuana licenses/identification from any State. In My case, I really don't care about the surcharges, but the options, selection and the higher allowances would make a big difference in the way I buy the medicine I Need! All in All... Great Job guys, Keep up the good work and I'll keep spreading the word.

Had an amazing experience over the weekend with Melanie on the medical side! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and suggested all the perfect products for me.

This place rocks. Online ordering is what's up. I tried the chat for the first time today and meet Mike T, I thought initially id get outsourced to Asia or India, Only to find out that I had a local masshole with amazing knowledge and was super friendly. So yeah, you can order online, take your time, not have social anxiety asking a bartender "stupid" questions, with their 24/7 cat featire AKA BUDTENDERS/PROBLEM SOLVERS. This place never has a line fore online orders. In and out in 2 min literally, but it does get busy for walk ins. The place is obviously very clean also.

Ppl complaining about the prices they’re by far the best prices around they don’t control the tax which is the killer my only complaints are the parking lot is always full on weekends and nowhere else to park and they blast the music like it’s a nightclub which can make it hard to think. the only other thing is you can’t look at the products before you buy

My budtender Melanie was OUTSTANDING!!!! I'm an old school stoner and had questions regarding vaporizers. Melanie was super knowledgeable about the concentrates I was interested in and the hardware needed. I purchased my first vaporizer and concentrate a few days ago, I'm so glad I did. Best purchase I've made to date. Thanks a ton Melanie!!! 😀

I've gone here twice now, the first time they were only doing curbside pickup. The process was smooth and easy. The second time I actually went in, the store had a nice relaxed atmosphere and everyone I talked to was great. Very happy with everything I've purchased.

Teddy my bud tender made my first medical cannabis purchase amazing! He was very helpful and answered some questions I had because I’m new to this whole experience and he even made sure to explain all the great deals that were available to me that day and recommended some great flower to me and both strains were great! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

This is the best dispensary in Massachusetts that I have visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, informative, and ready and willing and wanting to help you and answer all your questions. I was never ever made to feel like a bother or unwanted or uncomfortable. This includes and extends to the online ordering process as well as customer service representative Richard. The instant chat capability with Richard was fantastic and he step-by-step help me with each troubleshooting issue every step of the way friendly courteous and expedient I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process, staff, location and environment

I love going in and seeing Abby. My dog loves coming to visit as well. I get a a great deal and friendly service. I bring my dog in and she get so excited she barks do much. In fact she wanted to say a few things about her recent visit. Her name is Juno and she says “woof woof. Woof. Woof woof woof. Woof woof woof woof woof. Woof woof woof woof woof. I continue to be impressed with dispensary and the staff. Every single adult use dispensary has had challenges with product capacity at the beginning the ability to adapt and grow like this facility should be a model for some. Again, super easy and fast. Anyone who complains about the parking is crazy. You may wait a bit in your car but you’re not waiting in 100 degree heat till you pick up a shuttle and then wait again to enter the facility. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Every time I visit it is different. Today my wait was about 10 minutes before getting to the counter. I had looked online for selection this morning & was able to purchase most of what I wanted due to sellout versus travel time. Please bring back Pickup.

If you have 2 hours to spare come here. It's like an amusement park line around the building.
