Northeast Alternatives had a really friendly vibe and an inviting interior design. The staff from parking and security to the hosts behind the counter gave exceptionally welcoming service. Sonya helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She helped me pick out the vape and the edibles that fit the profile I was looking for, and the products lived up to the enthusiastic recommendations she gave. I've worked in the service and hospitality industry for 25 years so I think I have a pretty good sense of when someone really enjoys their job and really enjoys interacting with the public. Overall my experience was really comfortable and I left feeling very positive. I live in Georgia, so this was my first visit to a dispensary, so I was a little nervous, but that feeling dissolved instantly because of the welcoming staff and environment. Highly recommended.

This is the best dispensary in Massachusetts that I have visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, informative, and ready and willing and wanting to help you and answer all your questions. I was never ever made to feel like a bother or unwanted or uncomfortable. This includes and extends to the online ordering process as well as customer service representative Richard. The instant chat capability with Richard was fantastic and he step-by-step help me with each troubleshooting issue every step of the way friendly courteous and expedient I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process, staff, location and environment

My experience has always been great with this location. BUT one thing... I'm going to start using the online ordering option, but it's disappointing that the online menu doesn't say anything about indica/sativa, THC %, or other helpful information other than the most basic description they could possibly give.

I really enjoy the staff especially Ms.Jasmine!! Her personality just makes your experience with her a great one!!! I have NEVER went in their and had a bad or unfriendly experience with anyone!!!! Nice atmosphere, very clean and most importantly They ALWAYS have a great and big selection. Only dispensary I will go too and I have dispensaries close by.

Love this spot! NEA products and services are great, really friendly atmosphere and quality products, not to mention the great staff who is always helping to provide advice and and helpful insight. Ken has served me a few times, and he is the absolute man! Always love it when he picks me up from the waiting line.

North East Alternatives is by far one of the best dispensaries I've shopped at in Massachusetts. Always high quality products with a diverse selection, their (COVID-19 Friendly) ordering and checkout procedures this past year have been amazing, outdoing most other dispensaries efforts in the area. Friendly and helpful staff that are always there to help, not oversell! Keep it up NEA, the best of the best!

This place rocks. Online ordering is what's up. I tried the chat for the first time today and meet Mike T, I thought initially id get outsourced to Asia or India, Only to find out that I had a local masshole with amazing knowledge and was super friendly. So yeah, you can order online, take your time, not have social anxiety asking a bartender "stupid" questions, with their 24/7 cat featire AKA BUDTENDERS/PROBLEM SOLVERS. This place never has a line fore online orders. In and out in 2 min literally, but it does get busy for walk ins. The place is obviously very clean also.

I continue to be impressed with dispensary and the staff. Every single adult use dispensary has had challenges with product capacity at the beginning the ability to adapt and grow like this facility should be a model for some. Again, super easy and fast. Anyone who complains about the parking is crazy. You may wait a bit in your car but you’re not waiting in 100 degree heat till you pick up a shuttle and then wait again to enter the facility. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Really miss the online ordering. Now I have to travel to Wareham again. Wish they still used leafly. Too long to wait in this heat. 😩

Can’t say enough about Abby. She is a bud tender on the medical side and is always there to greet me with a smile and help me with what I need. She is funny, friendly and always in an upbeat mood. We would likely be friends in the real world - Abby passes the major vibe check!
