I liked everything about the place.Product is great ,prices aren't to high,and my budtender Peter was awesome.

The Flowers are tasteful and pretty for sure. But for sure I go back for the great service sending love to the bud crew Queen Jasmine amazing with that uplifting spirit Johnny Tsunami always a great vibe and convo, nice choice with The music too I was like for sure I really vibes home to self care from Mac Miller, Josh u always up for the vibe as well, Pixie girl Kayla extremely sweet and can’t forget Tayla you guys keep rocking that spirit it’s not just the flower that brings me in🥰 thanks crew for just being YOU!

Teddy my bud tender made my first medical cannabis purchase amazing! He was very helpful and answered some questions I had because I’m new to this whole experience and he even made sure to explain all the great deals that were available to me that day and recommended some great flower to me and both strains were great! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at this store. Everyone was very knowledgeable regarding all the products. This is my go to dispensary while in the Newport area.

Been here quite a few times and love it , staff is always super friendly and helpful and they generally have a good selection... recently I had an issue with something I bought from them and turned to their chat support for help, Mike T was helping me and surely did a great job ! He even put a note in the computer with the situation for when I came to the physical store later on , overall 10/10 for mike and the store! Definitely a life long (happy) customer!

Richard F. once again answered my questions and provided suggestions. He knows the inventory and provides concise explanations of differences between products. In addition, he is pleasant and compassionate. I especially appreciate this since I am one of many people eligible for medical use, but unable to obtain a card thus far due to constraints placed on my physician by his medical group. Having someone commiserate with my situation is an added bonus.

Just had a wonderful conversation with victoria on chat. She answered all of my questions and took her time to explain so much to me on my past purchase. I wish we had her wonderful knowledge and her Patients in explaining everything to me where I did not receive this expert advice when I was purchasing.

This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve gone there and every time I think the quality seems better. Knowledgeable and super friendly staff, Ellen was great. This was the first time I went there and there was a line almost to the door, but I still only waited for about five minutes, so that’s fine by me. To be expected actually, especially during peak hours, which is when I went. I would and already have recommended to friends and family. Five stars across the board. But I will say I signed up for the reward program online and when I went in the store the kid didn’t know what I meant and I didn’t want to seem pushy. So wonder if that’s a real thing. On website it still is advertised.

In general, this dispensary is very good. Today I tried once in person and once via online chat to get info on equivalencies regarding tinctures vs. flower since there is a one ounce daily limit. It seems that only the budtenders can answer this when they get a flag while ringing up the sale. It would be very helpful to have this info published on their website, since their conversion formula seems random. It would help to reduce waiting times, prevent budtenders from having to adjust your order after it is prepared, and help the customers calculate how much cash to bring if they wish to avoid extra fees. Their response to the website chat was quick and friendly, but unfortunately unhelpful.

3 stars on quality because prices are high, but standard for the area unfortunately. 5 stars for the rest because Melanie is a champ. Would make small talk with her again.
