It's always a pleasant trip here. All the staff from the security to traffic safety staff to budtenders. All helpful friendly and make the experience just that an experience. For me always a positive one. No guessing thanks to preordering which is convenient. All I ask is you consider waiving the 2 hour pick up window for patients. Preordering is convenient for medical patients who still work in the community. The 2hr window increases the difficulty of obtaining the medicine you require. I like to order day of pickup and pickup when its convenient for me. Now.i have to time it right or risk missing my order when I arrive. Thank you for your positive impact upon the community. You deliver a service that this man never thought I'd see. Keep.it up!

Great experience - in and out in 5 mins! Other stores need to take note, NEA has this down to a science. Ample parking and staff directing where to go. Orderly line inside as well as an app to join a virtual line if the inside line backs up. Great menu of flower and concentrates. Overall I was very impressed with my first recreational store experience!

I love everything about this place! The flower is bomb, the discounts are amazing and its always nice to trust your budtenders. Devin H thank you so much for all the help! I will definitely be back soon =]

NEA is always busy AF but they crank out amazing experiences time after time. The wait is never as long as it looks, there is a ton of helpful super awesome staff ready to help!

Medical ordering ahead is th easiest most convenient way to get your medicine... They always have new strains and their staff is wicked helpful and polite and caring..... This is my go to place

After not being impressed by NEA previously, I gave them another chance and I found A class A MEDICAL strain, the first I never ever purchased in the Southcoast. Lots of B grade but never A. While I cant say how many A grade strains they have, they had it again a week later.

Being treated so well with respect a d the knowledge they have is amazingly helpful love you all. Med mar. Is life changing

Great products. I love the gummies just wish they had higher doses. Other than that my visit today was super easy. I ordered online, it was ready in no time, got to NEA and was back in my car in about 15 minutes. Keep up the great job you guys. I appreciate it!

I throughly enjoy visiting this location. Their staff is always a pleasure to deal with! I have a great experience always, but I would be lying if I told you Lily isn’t my favorite bud tender because she’s the bomb! Every time I am greeted with a smile, her empathy and compassion for people truly shows. Stay high and tip the bud tenders like Lily!
