Always out of weed. There online menu is never kept up to date either. They update it once a week. So don’t rely on it when traveling from a distance. Twice I’ve checked the menu before making my trip and twice they were out of what I wanted. Grams are rare now to get.. be aware

Seemed busy. I am a medical patient. Process was quick. I had a question on website and used live chat! Answered almost immediately. My order ready before I arrived.

I called the store to ask some questions regarding a medical card . A lady named Savannah picked up and was more than happy to help me. She was so kind and informed me of how to sign up and the amazing benefits. We also talked about what products would help for my anxiety and pain and she made me feel beyond confident and excited, great customer service!

NEA is my regular go to place. The staff is always extremely nice and at least 3 of the girls know me by name when I walk up. I usually preorder so just walk up to the window and leave within 2 minutes. But if I do not pre-order the team is always really helpful trying to get me exactly what I'm looking for. My one and only complaint is they cater their better flower to the recreational side of things and not their medical patients. This right here has me shopping around other places. if the day I go to make my purchase they have a small category of flower for medical but tons of fire for rec then I may have to go elsewhere. Fix that problem please. Medical patients need the good weed, not the meh. Other then that nea is my absolute favorite dispensary in Massachusetts
