Do not go here for Medical. Placed an order, drove an hour, they sold my order to someone else. The customer service is awful. No re-cert credits. Not worth it, even on a Sunday Med room is tiny, forget ablution 6 foot distance

Went in on the medical side, felt rushed and almost as if I was annoying them. 3 of the 4 things I wanted, weren’t available. Even though the menu said they were?

Everyone who works here is very kind and welcoming. The place opened a couple days ago and looks very well organized and clean. The flower quality is awesome too. Would recommend.

Love the bud they make! But unfortunately ive had problems with security accepting my ID. One of them told me that he would "rip me out of my car" if he was a cop and i presented that ID. Dude, its an old ID get over it. Secondly they like to play jokes on customers. When I came in and didn't have enough change they laughed at me when I came back in. When I was off by 1 dime I had to come back in again. This time the man behind the desk took his time to complete the transaction. Im not the cheeriest person, sometimes I get aggravated, some times im in a rush. Thats no reason to treat me with disrespect. Id rather blow a homeless guy then go back there and be subjected to that kind of treatment again. W/e ill just blaze this Golden Goat. Man why'd yall have to have decent shit too?

I have always enjoyed this dispensary until I was turned away. I have a mental Illness and needed my statin which I ordered online and when I arrived to Northeast, I was told it was no longer available and there were no similar strains that help my illness. When I asked to have a statin from adult use I was told no. So I did get upset so I was told to leave, without my medication. I was embarrassed and will let everyone know how I was treated here. I was treated like a felony.

they care more about the recreational side than the medical patient, they package their stuff for the rec. side first, if any left, medical can have some. not to mention you have to drive to the end of a one way street to park while recreational can park at the begining. I think their medical license should be removed. they only became medical so it's was easier to get approved for recreational..

I think this location was awesome. However since the Recreational transition it's gone down hill. As a medical card holder as well as my mother we got set aside and the usual stuff we got was no longer available. Medical dispensaries should have stayed medical and have a separate location for the Recreational.

I was a consistent medical patient at NEA. Now that they are rec, their priorities have clearly shifted and I won’t be returning. Truly doesn’t seem like they care about their patients/loyal customers. Medical patients aren’t “completely separate” as I was told, you have to walk through the crowds of rec customers to get to the closet where patients now order in with no nice screen menus. The menu is a laminated ring of papers that they just scribble out what isn’t in stock. Much less inventory on medical side, said I had to go to the rec side to buy supplies. They don’t sell rolling papers or filters. No deals like other dispensaries. Have found seeds and stems in my bud. I’m gonna just finish off my reward points and not return. Highly recommend Bask.

They stack the recreational menu with all kinds of selection. leave crumbs for medical this place is truly joke of epic proportions.

The staff at the medical order pick-up window needs to have a full conversation with each customer, trying to ensure they get a tip. Meanwhile, every medical pick-up customer is waiting in an insanely long line with no space to social distance. This is a shame and I’m sure the dispensary’s carelessness greatly contributes to the increasing Covid-19 cases in the city.

Service nor inventory consistent. Sometimes great sometimes iffy.

Very nice, clean facility. Easy access off of Rt 24. I have been to approximately 8ish dispensaries in Massachusetts. While all of them have their own unique strengths, Northeast Alternatives seems to have all the strengths! Their expanding product line is excellent, their pricing is constantly improving, and their staff is fantastic! Both Ro and Erik have helped me each time I have gone in! Others there have helped me greatly as well, I just can’t remember their names. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Only stopped by because I wanted to pick up a sativa and some edibles. It was loud inside and I'm hard of hearing, and even though I asked twice for HeadBands, I was given Hashplant and didn't even notice until I got home. I can only assume it was a simple mistake of hearing, but man was I disappointed! The edibles are okay; as someone who has a high tolerance, it quickly became clear that I could need to reject the recommended dose. I took 5x the rec and still didn't really feel anything, but what can you do,yaknow? Probably wouldn't come back if I had the choice. (The Hashplant was fine, too).

Horrible customer service did a pre order 2 hours ahead to avoid the line and they could not find it even though I had the confirmation on my phone and done this before mad me wait over a hour because my pre order had to be re-done and had to wait additional 30 or get into the covid line this is horrible customer service and covid distancing ins non existent come up with curb side already, when I called they manager to ask why I would have to wait for their mess up I was greeted by a very rude manager that rather get nasty then serve her customers will not be returning

Super streamlined and convenient with the use of the online app line system. I queued in at 1130, had about an hour wait at home, got a text that I had 30 mins to go so I headed there. As soon as I got off the highway I got a text that I was at the front of line and could enter, which was great since the dispensary was right off the highway. It took a total of 10 mins from parking to entering to purchasing and then leaving. Awesome job!

I didn't end up buying anything due to quality and price. Will try back another time.

Massachusetts weed prices are too high and they are taking advantage of you all... Pre-rolls cost between 5-10 bucks out west. Weed ain't new and should not be sold and marketed as such! $17 for a pre-roll. GTFO🤬

despite being a customer since literally the first week this place opened to medical patients years ago I cannot enter this place without encountering problems finding my account. no issues at any other dispensaries but here it is always a long drawn out and stressful ordeal. will not allow myself to go back.

Medical patients wait longer than Adult Use. This is not a medical facility. Their medical selection is worse than their Adult use, and their “medical” grade bud is 9/10 times garbage.
