I came in and I wanted a certain strand and they only had the display so I asked about purchasing the display and the Bud Tender went to find out and go lost I waited like 20 min so I asked about other strains and she said to buy the Ice cream man it tasted like ice cream boy was she wrong this taste's like shit never do that again

hhh is way better 9.00 grams and 70 dollar quarters..a real dispensary....in every sense .

I felt like I had been burnt after trying the products. very poor quality

The only thing I request is more accessories to also be on medical side that is on adult side. Find not give the choice until you purchase the accessories on the adult side then it goes on medical. Would go back for my next purchase if this option was given as a medical patient

me and my buddy have been here a total of maybe 4 times in the last month. good people decent products. only thing i can say is my god their prices are crazy expensive. i enioy visiting this location but they MUST lower their prices .5 gram carts cost me 70 any other rec state you get carts that are full grams for 50. flower prices are insane.

The atmosphere is so good, you can feel the tension lift off of you immediately. I visited around closing time last night (Jan 25, 2019), and I was welcomed into the dispensary, not just my money. Security guard is astute, but patient amd present. My first time buying legal rec, and I got a gram each of Golden Goat and Pineapple Express. Shoutout to Trinity for being phenomenal while budtending. Her knowledgeability and raw enthusiasm for weed made getting my last minute purchase easy. It's refreshing to see a dispensary where the employees care about weed and the people they give it to.

The location is easy to get to but the bud I scored was called Tangie, and it had a lot of micro seeds which I found out from the taste, then looked closely to find that there were about 20 or more micro seeds... I thought they tested the product.. first and only time I’ll ever go here again.

Medical review; As a medical patient in Massachusetts I have been to several medical dispensaries as well as combined med/rec dispensaries, Northeast Alternatives was probably the most unorganized and unprofessional towards medical patients. You have to wait in a separate line outside while all the rec customers get in and out of the tent setups in about 5 minutes. Once they finally let you into the building you’re guided to the back area which is basically a repurposed closet ( forget about social distancing inside. ) I will say the only thing this place had going for it was the bud tender I had, I believe her name was Hannah, she was very professional and helped me out with everything and made sure my order was perfect! Thanks to her and the decent bud I don’t completely hate this place, please prioritize medical patients like 98% of other dispensaries do around here, this was a very very busy place and it seems it’s directed towards making as much money from their huge recreational crowd not medical patients who have a doctor recommendation to come buy medicine. I may or may not return

Richard was really helpful but they do not post correct TAC levels and medical offerings are horrible and then if you get something from the other side you have to pay tax, I dont even think this is legal

Great dispensary in Fall River. Always a great selection of bud, flower, Vapes, and other accessories. Shows all the specifications of the flower or catridge and where it comes from . They really took there timr in understanding the business conceptually. Love the staff, all of them are nice and helpful. My favorite is Jesenia , she will without a doubt put a smile on your face. As others have said, this dispensary does not care about med. patients. The rec crowd gets access to the entire store & propane heated tents. Med patients wait out in the cold in a separate line, and are served in a small closet-sized room in the building's anterior. As for selection - the goodies are usually on the rec. side. They refuse to transfer items from rec to med, so you're often left leaving empty handed. As for their med. concentrate menu, shame! Not everyone wants to buy $70 CBD extracts. Let's have access to some of the good stuff!

Everyone is friendly but service is SO SLOW. Unbelievably slow. Before covid too. And why on gods green earth is a half gram cartridge $60+ ??? I can get a full gram cart in CA for $50. Truly ridiculous.

Very nice and clean atmosphere. People are highly trained that work there. And very good product!

Great atmosphere, and a super clean and organized dispensary. Between flower and concentrates the menu is pretty expansive, and I can tell will only improve with their own product. A good selection of accessories for smoking and concentrates are also available.

Staff right down to the security guard are all very friendly

If there is a bud tender of the year award it should go to Mike! He is super friendly and knowledgeable so I don't even look at what is on the menu because I trust his judgment. He has made me a huge fan of the Bay State Bar. Thanks!

Just go, you won't be upset. Amazing options and quality. I will be a life long customer and cannot wait to see what the future brings. :-)

Thought i would give it a go this week ....Dry flower, below average service. Will not be coming back
