Great dispensary in Fall River. Always a great selection of bud, flower, Vapes, and other accessories. Shows all the specifications of the flower or catridge and where it comes from . They really took there timr in understanding the business conceptually. Love the staff, all of them are nice and helpful. My favorite is Jesenia , she will without a doubt put a smile on your face. I love the quality and the service. I am a medical patient who hates to smoke. I need a thx/cbd tincture for under my tongue or capsules to swallow for my glaucoma. Please carry these items. Thank you.

Tonight was probably my last time going here. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but they aren’t that knowledgeable about anything beyond flower. The leafly menu doesn’t ever match up. The quality of concentrates isn’t worth the cost.

Medical review; As a medical patient in Massachusetts I have been to several medical dispensaries as well as combined med/rec dispensaries, Northeast Alternatives was probably the most unorganized and unprofessional towards medical patients. You have to wait in a separate line outside while all the rec customers get in and out of the tent setups in about 5 minutes. Once they finally let you into the building you’re guided to the back area which is basically a repurposed closet ( forget about social distancing inside. ) I will say the only thing this place had going for it was the bud tender I had, I believe her name was Hannah, she was very professional and helped me out with everything and made sure my order was perfect! Thanks to her and the decent bud I don’t completely hate this place, please prioritize medical patients like 98% of other dispensaries do around here, this was a very very busy place and it seems it’s directed towards making as much money from their huge recreational crowd not medical patients who have a doctor recommendation to come buy medicine. I may or may not return

The prices on leafly is different from the prices on there website. I wish 1/8 were 45$

well twice i went and you did not have what was advertised.. i just checked over the menu and the prices are ok but looks like medical prices with no info abt rec pot.. no one answers the phone, leaving the customer w/o any info .. 2 thumbs down!

Let me start by saying the location is perfect. Other than that I felt as though this dispensary is lacking in the medical aspects and is clearly providing trash quality products. I picked up a cartridge (which ended up being from “In Good Health” in Brockton) awful! Plastic trash cartridge with a wick on the inside. I can literally taste the Chinese grade plastic when I took the first few puffs. This is not medicine and I’d be interested to see how many people get sick or have adverse reactions to the poor quality being offered there. I was also taken back by the tip jar out on the counters. I understand being provided a service but I’m not sure this is the right way to go about procuring extra money from patients. I don’t tip the pharmacist when I pick up any scripts... Also... no bathroom! I have bladder issues and drove over an hour to get to your facility. Poor experience. I’ll stick to the dispensaries closer to Boston. Peace!

Ditch the Valorem products. They are always low testing and sub par smoke, don’t know why the best dispensary on the south coast is pushing bud that legit my street dealer could grow better. Do better, please bring back the premium flower on the regular.

I am new to all of this and was unsure what to do. The employees at this facility are some of the best people I have ever met. Consistently smile and make everyone feel comfortable. I am fairly new to all of this and today I believe his name was Kirk delivered the best customer service made me feel comfortable to ask questions. He was knowledgeable and kind. My absolute favorite dispensary anywhere. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Feels very secure, more like a jewelry store than a typical pharmacy. I will always come here for the best quality products, prices, and excellent customer service for patients.

Been there twice. Leafly updated 33 minutes earlier but had only one item out of five available. Also the prices on Leafly are totally diferrent than at this place (higher)

I visit three dispensaries in the area due to the selections are different. The staff here is awesome and I am quite happy with the quality of the items. The downside is other dispensaries helps medical patients with lower income that are not on mass health or food stamps by verifying taxes and under 300 percent of poverty. If you want to help customers beat the high prices and most medical patients are on a fixed income. Lead. Don’t follow. Appreciative customers will return again and again. Smaller profit each time but loyalty over time. Long term profits, making a win win for us both.

This is a super clean and knowledgeable place. The first time I went, I explained what I was looking for in bud and the staff was able to help me.

Easy to get in and out. A flashing yellow traffic light would help for safety.

The whole point ordering online is to get your order in a timely manner, Waiting for almost 2 hours isn’t right medical or rec, Customer service was great for the most part she made sure everyone left smiling wish I got her name.

Always have a great selection of concentrates and their new Insa products are great! I usually pick up and have had great experiences with Hannah, Sonya and now today Darrius! All were super personable and funny. Pick up always easy too. :)

The flower was dry prices where higher than other shops I have been too.

Got an ounce of White 99 today and am really happy with it. I love the flower grown by NEA. It's always flavorful, stinky and potent. More importantly it's always fresh, and they don't use humidity packs to achieve this. The budtenders and workers here are second to no other dispensary I've been yet. They are a wonderful bunch of people! The med express line outside is so convenient and makes coming here quick and easy. 👍 Northeast
