Medical experience is fabulous here I come from Cape Cod for the selection and prices. I had Melonie my last time around and she was extremely helpful with my large order and I always end up saving more money then planned with the great discounts and deals. You can’t beat a discount for just having mass health. Thanks NE.

always friendly budtenders, lily is top notch, good bud and great specials for med patients. Sunday is the day to stack your discounts and there's not usually a long wait. stay high

Always out of weed. There online menu is never kept up to date either. They update it once a week. So don’t rely on it when traveling from a distance. Twice I’ve checked the menu before making my trip and twice they were out of what I wanted. Grams are rare now to get.. be aware

First timer and my experience was wonderful. The guy at the security desk was pleasant and understood I was a little anxious. My budtender was patient and funny and informative. I had a million questions and she answered them all. I felt comfortable and confident that what I purchased was what I need. Will definitely be going back.

I always have chronic pain in my back and legs and when I come here I never know exactly what to get to help my pain but Janice always comes up with a great combination of products to help me.She is very sweet and kind.

Out of all the dispensaries I've been to as a medical patient, this was my least favorite dispensary. The security at the front desk to check in was rude, and made it seem like I was supposed to "already know" where to go for the medical line. I waited in the medical line for a few minutes, no one approached me, no sign saying I could walk through the door until I went to the express line and a different security guard guided me to the correct place (he was very nice). Felt like a total idiot and awkward. Other than that the budtenders we're very nice and helpful. Will be trying my preroll later. Not sure if I'd come back here.

I went in off a friends reference only to be shocked. Employees handling things with no gloves. I asked questions about products but could not get a straight answer. I had one employee walk into the room i was in only to be shoved, the employee pulled his masked down to talk to the person behind the counter. Employees should be working together to support the customer not be on their phones or talking to each other. I would like to see more covid effort the secruity who took my id had no gloves on.

Today, as is often the case, you offer 9 in-house strains for REC customers, and only 2 for your MED patients. You folks are greeeeeeeeeeeedy, only care about profits, and are perfectly fine with that. What a shame.

This is the best dispensary I’ve been to in mass and ri! It’s the only one I go to! Although they always have many good choices I love how you can interact with staff members online and ask questions. JOHN gives great recommendations and is always super helpful and extremely friendly. Also Mike T comes to mind as well for his excellent service! Thank you guys ! I’ll keep coming !

I have been going here since the first day they opened- i have a VIP card and know many budtenders on a first name basis. The selection is great and the staff is friendly. The problem I have is that they didnt properly weight an ounce for me and I received only 24.5 grams of flower and was charged for a full ounce. I watched the budtender weigh the product then for some unknown reason she decided to grab a different scale and weight it again and remove a little bit before bagging it up. I never saw her tare the second scale perhaps that is why when i got home and threw it on my scale it was only 24.5 g . I called them to ask about the discrepancy and was hung up on for "yelling" when I am a hard of hearing disabled veteran who speaks loudly because I cant hear well. When I called back I was told that there was nothing I could do and the scales were calibrated etc. I am not a liar or a thief and i don't think they did it on purpose either but i didnt get what i paid for and they treated me poorly when I asked about it. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone

The bartenders are awesome! Only thing i don’t like is when the police are directing traffic, they make it so much worse. Get a traffic light!

Healthy stock, friendly staff. Never had a problem getting in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Ordered online for the first time last week, super convenient! They have a separate line now for online orders so you can skip waiting in line which is a big plus for me. Some days you could end up waiting 15-20 mins to get in, but its not bad at all getting in.

Everyone is so educated and helpful, the place is trendy and upscale. must visit!

Great location. I like that I can leave a review and get a gram. The AJ’s sour diesel was good. I haven’t had a chance to try a lot there but can’t wait to explore more options there.

This was my first time at Northeast Alternatives and my first time buying marijuana, although I have smoked quite a bit before. Sean (I think that was his name) was a great help in finding the strain that would give me the effects I was looking for, mainly pain relief this time around. There was no wait when I got there, but there was an assembly line kind of feeling. I didn't feel rushed when I was with my budtender, though. I'll definitely be coming back again soon.

I used the online chat and spoke with Richard F. who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right ratio I was looking for in a tincture. Every single time I have used this chat the service is impeccable, and the products are outstanding. Love these people!!

Best spot for recreational, hands down.... Quick even with a long line in front of you. Also NO SHUTTLE. Nathan waited in me today was very well informed, makes buying that much more interesting.

I visited NEA on Sunday, the first day of rec sales. The coordination with the app, staff, and everyone involved was amazing! I can’t say enough about their customer service also, I had an issue with one of the vape cartridges I bought and AJ and the rest of the staff took care of it with out hesitation. Great products, staff, and I look forward to going back soon!
