I just want to thank all the staff for serving us through the hard times that we went through. Northeast went over beyond expectations during the pandemic and I just wanted to thank everybody that was a part of that. I recommend this place to all medical patients and recreational. You will always leave happy and satisfied knowing that you got top shelf flower.

This is generally my go to place for weed, it is close by and they generally have strains I like. The budtenders are friendly, I don't generally need much help since I know what I want. I have noticed lately as a medical patient I am waiting in line for awhile. They really need to get more budtenders on the medical side, we pay for our card and it is disconcerting to see the recreational side moving faster

I really had a good experience here. I’m used to the Colorado scene and wasn’t sure what to expect in Massachusetts. I went on a Tuesday morning so there was no line and tons of parking. I knew from the website what I wanted so I went to the express line and was easy breezy. A super nice young guy and gal assisted me. I felt they were so helpful so I threw a $10 in the tip cup. Good selection of product. Nice friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Just left northeast and paid of course the usual premium for anything. Go to Maine or New Hampshire and get 50% off without any deals. Anyway bought my cart like I always do live resin and and quarter is missing. Looks at most 75% full. Unbelievable honestly paying a premium for these cheap skates to short you .1:.3 or even on carts like me today. Just gonna go take the road trip once a week or two weeks this isn’t worth it anymore. How much is convince really worth. Think people

I have shopped at NEA many times for rec. Shelly has been the best bud tender of them all. I love her positive vibes and her the chill atmosphere with her crystals by the computer. She has always made good recommendations and helped me pick out the best flower.

Nice location!! Great bud tenders. Great flower and products. S Curtis staff will make med patients wAit in line. That’s the only hang up. One day med patients go to front then different staff have different rules.

I liked the fact my product was of not stable content via another dispensary. Was NOT out of date. I believe like a lot of these concentrates storage also plays a part. I was taken inside where it was 100% clean and ALL covid safety requirements were being fulfilled to the fullest extent. So being a patient and being treated like one was commendable. Protocol order online pickup window no entrance to building. Yesterday like I said did have an issue.,but was told to go rite around to main entrance and explain to security and I would be let in to rectify situation. NEA interior was not only visbly 100% clean . Also the inviting aroma of Alcohol , and other cleaning solutions. I've never had anything bad to say been there since they opened rec.first and medical past 2yrs. To me standing by product is imperative and a lot of dispensaries dont stand by the products all sales final on bottom of receipt is the only thing they stand by. chemdawg4 for 3 chems. excellent comparison guys. 👏 In closing no matter where u go with this pandemic it's hard ,but if u can't check it on spot ,check ur purchases in ur vehicle BEFORE U LEAVE THE PARKING LOT PEOPLE. U should b disinfecting everything u bought 1st thing. Covid has no face😷

Excellent shop, easily the best around! Fantastic products and customer service. I have to give a special mention to Becca (❤️), the amazing Budtender, who is highly knowledgeable and who has been a pleasure to interact with. She deserves to be commended for her great work!!

Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Northeast Alternatives in Fall River. My budtender Becca couldn’t have been more personable and made my first time there worth returning. Covid tents being heated was a nice treat and the bud train moved smoothly to check out. Should definitely check them out, worth the ride.

Melanie was amazing, very outgoing ,helpful & knowledgeable, she was amazing to shop with too. I hope everybody has a chance to experience her outstanding service. I struggle with anxiety and looking for a naturally alternative to medication. I’m new to the cannibals world and really didn’t know where to start and walking into the store clueless felt overwhelming. Lucky they have a great online chat system and I’m so happy I linked up with Richard F. Richard took the time to ask me my needs and preferences and recommended a few options. Richard was so helpful and courteous and I feel so much better walking into the store.

The minute I pull up in the parking lot, employees are friendly, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable. I even crack a job or have a interesting conversation with employees.
