This is the perfect dispensary. Great product, nice ambiance, wonderful staff, almost never crowded and conveniently located in the center of town. Plus they take debit cards, so I don't have to futz with an ATM. They're gearing up for recreational, here's hope the transition doesn't take away the place's magic.

I've been a med patient 4 years now. Patriot Care in my opinion is the best kept secret in western mass dispensaries. I drive 45 min to get there, but well worth it. They consistantly have the most variety and produce the most potent medicating flower around, just look at the menu online it will confirm the THC percent I'm referring to. I've have Extreme Cream and Star Kush both Indicas over 30%. Wow! Thanks Patriot Care!

It was a calm quiet place before it became recreational. I give the staff 5 stars. It is super loud now (loud music, even louder people) and was pushed by someone buying recreational waiting to be checked in. I think they should have a few days where it is just for medical use so if people like me who have PTSD and panic with loud noises or being touched can go in to a calmer environment.
