NO Stars... the worst... 2nd visit was a NO Visit... i got skipped in the call line then told to wait longer..
probably won't be back.. I spend my weed money at the other dispo.

Horrible experience l waited for an express order for 20 minutes. I asked to get checked
to add an item and the the budtender and he refused to let me get checked in while 5 other customers came and got the orders they needed and left but made me wait for my order this was the worst experience l ever had at Ponderosa.
I had been a regular customer for their logo brown bag flower deals. So I ordered a brown bag BOGO today, which was fully displayed on their page through the Leafly site. I received my confirmation email and that my order was ready for pickup and that my expect a total was the bogo deal. Well when I got to the dispensary after driving through holiday traffic, I was informed that just for today they're going to take away the deal. How come I didn't receive any sort of notification that my order had changed and that I was no longer receiving that deal?
They didn't even try an attempt to make it right with me in any way shape or form.
I'm done. You lost a customer. Definitely need to work on your customer service.
Careful what you order here- I ordered an online Med product. When I got there even though they had they would not sell it 'due to inventory issue' "But hey we got these lesser grade products. ..." Bait and switch. Their flower quality has also gone down hill. If you are looking medical- go somewhere else.
My wife and I just returned from Ponderosa/Chandler, where we were assisted by Sergio, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were happy to meet a great guy (who seems to enjoy his job), and we look forward to seeing Sergio again soon. Until then, "So Long" from Phat Tommy and Mo' Pepsi...
Ok we LOVE this place. Always quick, so super friendly, and SMOKING deals!!!! So glad they opened in the area, we were driving much further to find sonoran roots and ponderosa prices cannot be beat! It quickly became our home dispo!
The location of this dispenser is so convenient and the workers are very nice. They are just opening with a soft launch and will be having a grand opening in October so it’s reasonable that they don’t have a full stock yet. With that being said, they did not lack in customer service, and I was even able to get a first time patient deal because I have never been to one of the locations before.
First time coming through, very excited to have a Ponderosa closer to Mesa and Chandler. One employee said this location is closer to her (Glendale) than the Glendale location. I had a lot of points to use! 😁 Absolutely blown away by the FRIDGE in the WALL!! Love that all of the concentrates are refrigerated, and such a lovely display. My budtender said "Let's check out the fridge" and waved behind us, I almost cried.
I do think it's important to note that not all budtenders are trained on all products and how to handle them equally.
My budtender /did/ hold my 3-gram sauce and badder on their sides for a few moments throughout the process, which did leave a little loss? It's okay though, it wasn't enough to actually consider a loss though, just a lil sauce on the lid that was easily recovered and dabbed first.
Overall the experience was very enjoyable and refreshing. Such a lovely atmosphere 😁
The employees were so helpful and the environment was very welcoming. A real shopping experience. I really enjoyed this site and will be returning. The drive is 30 minutes from my home and well worth it!!
I was excited for the Chandler location and I was not disappointed! Even with the limited inventory for their soft opening they had plenty of product, and the staff is incredible. I’m so happy I have a dispo a mile down the road now!
First visit I get a cart that was used or not filled completely which is reasonable so I call before I come back and ask to speak to manager to make sure me coming back is wroth it after I ordered online to avoid all this. She says just bring the item and receipt back. Get to the front and there is a line so I go to express line cause I ordered online but I gotta check in to exchange. But I gotta wait in line while 6 employees are just chilling. So after that I just get a exchange. Not a discount next time or the item that was defective half off or free just an exchange this is my first and last time back here sucks cause it’s closest to home.

Love this place, they always provide excellent customer service. As long as you don't order the wrong item like the previous review (to no fault of the budtenders), you'll love the product you purchase. Always great deals too!
