Ponderosa Dispensary - Glendale

It’s not their fault, it’s the whole COVID-19 thing, when things are back to normal, if that ever happens, I’m sure it will be a five star atmosphere once again, but for now, waiting outside in the Phoenix heat, I don’t care how much fine water you must on me, I’m not trying to be outside right now.

Only dispensary in town that doesn't reinstate their daily deals.....

I cant think of a better dispensary in Az. maybe trumed.... maybe. but trumed doesn't put out 25$ 8ths of that FIRE like ponderosa sometimes does.. I'll always be back

Returning agian and picked up Insane In The Membrane and Headband. Delicious smoke dense buds frosty trichomes . Worth the price no complaints from REAL CONNOISSEURS i understand bout budgeting and prices getting raised up but this price aint just here it's everywhere now if it aint already. All yall talking down on Ponderosa Releaf need a reality check its business not personal. Now back to my real review Vincent is one of the best bud tenders i ever had good people Great smoke always coming back HIGHly recommend this place and smoke

how can these people get away with selling this crap.....and i truly feel they instruct the bud tenders to push their shit. i bought a 1/2 oz of greace monkey and where the hell did you get that crap from the last egyptian archeological dig....ive seen mummies that had more hydration in them. i told the bud tender that i press rosin i do not smoke any more...i asked how dry is it...can you put in bovedia and rehydrate it? yea absolutly he said.... and i quoted! are you fen kidding me the shit fell apart in my hands. never again thank god i didnt but 2.5 freeking ounces of this crap! un smokable un pressable and just basicaly no other way to describe it but pure shit. you lost a 5 z a month customer nd the reviews that go with your loss. fuck me once shame on you fuck me twicew shame on me!

I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs and they have the best flower of the west side of Phoenix. Flower served deli style is what’s up! Online ordering gets you in and out and their point system beats all the other dispensaries by far!!

they had a deal clearly marked on their website and on Leafly's website as i called completely excited to go in and get this amazing deal and it was a misprint I talk to different people I talk to a manager of the name of Zac after it took me 15 minutes to get to him he then continue to informed me that no sorry we can't honor it you can't honor the deal you posted on not just your site but Leafly site the site that helps bring people to you misprinted it twice and you can't honor it yes I understand you're losing but that's part of you messing up when you miss print a price you honor that price and then you change the sign so and to have your secretary then hang up on me is completely uncalled for I'm not the one that put a price up for everybody to see and then when somebody is coming in to get it for that price you say oh sorry it was a misprint I'm sorry you guys f***** up and Miss printed it but it's your job to honor it

just left this spot. with 2 8ths. do-si-dos and blockhead og. i couldnt be more satisfied. i feel terrible because i forgot the budtenders name who helped me. but she was extremely helpful and came thru for me and made it possible for me to get my meds. i would recommend this location to anybody.

I miss the old Ponderosa!! Old manger, original bud tenders! Canamo Cookies! Call in orders! And most of all not BEING RUSHED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS ONCE IN THE BACK! Maybe it’s all the new manager doings whatever it is definitely not the same. But as the manager told me “hey we are way more busy now so it is what it is!” Quality can go down hill as long as you’re busy.

I never post behavior reviews but unfortunately I found a bit of mold in some dosidos I picked up. Worst part is I realized it when I had 2 gram left from a half. Do you not do a quality check?

I liked this place until Covid-19 came around and they changed the language under “deals” to say that “deals will be back when our nation’s leaders terminate the crisis”. Super insensitive and off-putting for those of us directly affected.

This is a 5 star place very friendly well medicated. Great deals on all products dont miss out !!
