Ponderosa Dispensary - Glendale

My second visit was not as good as my first it has been awhile since I came in as I live very far away my selection on this recent visit was top shelve and was weaker then before hope your quality hasn’t gone down I’d hate to see that. First visit meds weren’t even top shelve so I’m puzzled and really won’t go out of my way to come back sorry guys I know my meds been in program for 9 years!

Really enjoy the flower at this location. Kush Mints is my go to. Close to the house and the staff is super friendly.

Make sure to follow up with your complaints. Verify and take screenshots to bring with you, there are times the employees will not see customers as patients. So if you shop at Ponderosa for any reason medically related. You may want to re-think your visit.

BUYERS BEWARE Leaving good reviews is incentive for reward points from ponderosa for free products.., Out of dozens of wonderful dispensaries great products arnt enough to make me continue to shop here. Bought a faulty canamo live resin disposable late night Friday June 28th., returned early Tuesday afternoon on July 2nd with a full disposable and learned about a 3 day return policy, bud tender said she was unable to help me so I left the vape with her and drove to work. Called to leave a complaint with management and was told they would have worked with me but they never confirmed or gave details about what that meant and since I left after the budtender told me there was nothing they could do I was out of luck. Go spend your money somewhere they care about you instead of waiting in this horrible line .

Shitty ass service got my pick up order after three different patients that drove up after I did almost 4, and once I got my weed finally they didn’t even apologize for having shitty service

I cant think of a better dispensary in Az. maybe trumed.... maybe. but trumed doesn't put out 25$ 8ths of that FIRE like ponderosa sometimes does.. I'll always be back

Would've loved to leave a 5 star review seeing as this is one of my favorite dispensaries to go to as a medical user. Everytime I go I pick up the 3g slab of shatter, for 69$ plus tax. Well the last time I went which was last week, they proceeded to charge me 75$ plus tax for the same thing I've been getting for months at 69$ plus tax. Then the guy at the window had the audacity to say that the prices have never changed, okay then so how come I have receipts that show $69 before tax? Bullshit your prices have never changed. 😒 legit so agitated at this dispensary because of that

click on 2fer live resin deal and it's all cured resin vapes. do you know the difference between cured and live? it seems you would since you love to charge 4 times as much for it. ok then don't advertise cured resin deal as live. very misleading. customer service? what customer service? money service is more like it. you love the money you don't love the customers

I have been a patient with them for years and they always get me in and out fast.their new staff is not very compassionate and seemed to rush me the times I was in. I love the flower and when I'm on that side of town this is the place I go so now I pre order and go through the window and skip dealing with too many staff 👍😉 too bad because I use to go to them everyday now it's just if I have to or if I happen to be on that side of town 🤷

One of the top dispensaries in the state. I drive 45 minutes through traffic just to buy their flower. Recently enjoyed their Runtz and Grape Durbz flower.

I don’t understand the sudden quality drop when ash used to be light grey and show good signs of quality and flush and now it’s dark ash has a peculiar taste. Why the sudden need to send your best flower out to other dispensaries is beyond me. I’m sure I’m not the only one who felt ripped off.

Awesome place due to not only the atmosphere, but the people. Jake helped me out and was cool as …. you know what. I drove an hour one way to get the deals. Great prices and BOGOs make it that much better! A two hour trip hell ya. I’ll forfeit the gas just to save on the trees! Props to Jake! Thanks bro!

Absolutely pathetic! This place should be ashamed of them self! Getting rid of deals an pretty much giving the patients the big ole middle finger! Seems to be another Establishment that is ran by a bunch of chads who only have the profits in mind! I’ll shop somewhere that actually values the patients! Over priced mids here anyway!

Shop is cool but they still refuse to do their daily deals. I won't come back until they do.

I was very upset about my order yesterday. I Normally go through the Ponderosa website but it was down. When I used this site and picked up my order At Ponderosa, it was wrong, and on top of that, the flower I did end up buying was less then the amount it should of been. A bad first experience. Not pleased.

Buds are decent but the online ordering is a joke! They let people add to orders and look at other merchandise while at the window to pick up their order, which makes the line run crazy slow! Some days it’s faster to go into the back then to express window! The staff is hit or miss some are really friendly and others seem like they are mad they have to be there! But overall it’s like all the other dispensaries in town all about that dollar and not quality and customer service!!!
