Good place, seemed a bit under staffed

Today i got charged regular price instead of the 16% off the top tier flower deal they have today. This is the third time the same bud tender( Raymond R) made different mistake with my order or forgot something. I don’t recommend anyone getting him as a bud tender at all. S/o to the lady who put the money they charged me, onto my account. Not looking forward to coming back again…

They changed the policy on point redemption.. I have enough points to get an ounce, but couldn't get an ounce of the strain I wanted.. Wasted over an hour when someone could have posted something and saved me the time!!

Their $20 1/8 are a hit or miss. Unfortunately I got a bad batch and it broke up into dust . I don’t shop here like I used to because quality continues to go down south.

So i came today for the birthday gram i picked the FIRE Og glad i did .

the service was always great then today it wa terrible. The bud tender was slow and didnt seem to know hard she was doing. then took 15 minutes to ring me up and ended up overcharging me and giving me less product then I ordered. I went back and explained my story 5 times to two people waited another 10 plus minutes for resolution. worst service experience ever.

Ponderosa Releaf is a shop filled with awesome staff, friendly security, and of course fire products at reasonable rates. Blackberry Kush was a great find. I appreciate prepackaged 8ths and the deli style bud tending. Ponderosa offers quality medicine that is certain to relief whatever ailments you have. Come by and give them a try!!!

Ponderosa's Canamo products are Arizona's BEST. I've tried some other brands, but they can't touch the quality of Canamo. So don't waste time and money at sub-par dispensaries. Go by Ponderosa and pick up some Rugburn OG dabs,it'll make your weekend highly enjoyable.

$20 eighth popcorn is not great

This place has been cool for a while but when you buy an 8th of Canamo concentrates for 70 you should get an 8th right...?? Nope 2.5grams... 1 gram short.... wtf

Flower quality here is great and consistent. One of the best places to get flower in the valley.

I love the flower. But believe that isn’t enough to make a place great. I don’t feel like it’s really a place for true medicinal users in need of treatment and one on one care. Poor lobby layout. Small and cramped. No comfortable seating for patients with lower back issues and would be a nightmare for someone in a wheel chair. Front staff is hit or miss with customer service. I’ll say the flowers great again, but this is the first place I think of when I think of recreational and not medicinal.
