Used to be a regular. Maxed out all my points. Will not return. Budtenders are great !, but the reception people are rude & do not understand who pays their paychecks. Lines are horrible. They do not allow you to order and use the pick-up window, so the wait times in the lobby are 45m-1hr. Most times people standing outside waiting.

Been coming here for years and today was the first day that I ever felt uncomfortable not wanting to come back. Don’t know his name but he has dreads. I was a little bothered that he asked me to go update my card when I have already done that twice! Went to front she said it’s been updated. Went back told him it has been updated. He rang up everything in silence. Didn’t acknowledge me at all when I came back. Handed me my bag and looked away. No thank you come again no empathy no nothing! Just lame! Not like any other person there. I understand I was upset but his job is to provide customer service and he failed at that.

Ponderosa's Canamo products are Arizona's BEST. I've tried some other brands, but they can't touch the quality of Canamo. So don't waste time and money at sub-par dispensaries. Go by Ponderosa and pick up some Rugburn OG dabs,it'll make your weekend highly enjoyable.
