I love the location! Handicap accessible and awesome parking. The staff is awesome! Very knowledgeable and super nice to boot. I love all of them, and the product is great as well.

Awesome concentrates, great flower as well. Overall one of the better stores in the state, always recommended.

Customer service is excellent very informative but not pushy. they weren't trying to sell me but actually help me. I tried purple trainwreck, blueberry headband, and Ninja fruit cartridges. Ninja fruit cart Was perfect and I highly recommend.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about what suits my medical needs best.

Amazing, friendly staff and great range of products (flower, edibles and concentrates). Great location, ample parking, a nice addition to central MA. Flower was a tad dry (as others have mentioned), I think if they switch their packaging it would remedy that. Potency wasn’t effected though which at the end of the day is all that matters. Overall, I wish them great success.

root beer lozenges taste nothing like root beer and more like garbage. your oatmeal cookie is dry,tiny, and little to no cream between. your hash is basically dry sift slight pressed with no heat.

Sanctuary is great and has become my regular go to store. Compared to other dispensaries it is so fast and convenient with ample parking. Staff was helpful and friendly. I just told them what I want and they brought me up to the cashier and I was back in my car in 5 min.

Had a great experience with Maria A today! Great customer service, fast, relatable and friendly. Great atmosphere and welcoming staff as always. Unfortunately the quality of the flower is something left to be desired. - Flower was dry to the touch, meaning I could break it, and roll it into a dust with my fingers. - Flower has visual traits of PGRs. - Trimming wasn’t 100% but decent - Not sure how the flower will smoke as I now have to wait to reintroduce a bit of humidity to it.

Amazing atmosphere and employees!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly from the time you walk in the door to when you leave. LOVE the liquid shatter!! Definitely is one of my favorite things about Sanctuary. No other dispensary has anything like this!! Will be back, you guys are my number 1 place to go! Keep up the good work

Good dispensary but sometimes lines can be long. Sure would love to see some more Grandaddy Purple 🤩

I really like this place but its service the last two visits make me not want to return. The time before this my order was wrong. People make mistakes but rudness I won't put up with. The young woman who waited on me tonight was so rude I left without my order and they can shove thier points, I would rather pay double.

The security guy at the door was super nice and made me feel very welcome walking in. I picked up the tangerine cookies and the flavor was very tasty! One of the most flavorful dabs I have had. I ended up going back a week later for another one. Would recommend
