Sol Flower - Scottsdale Airpark (MED/REC)

Horrible management! They got rid of all medical deals stay as far away from this place as possible they are just after the money and don’t care about customer loyalty. I told them i’d never shop here, or any solflower, ever again.

What a rip-off; first time patient deals are only for what you are not buying, place an order only to find out that the deal only applies to worthless crap.

Had Hope after medmen left but it looks like its gonna be another dispensary carrying only their own boof greenhouse products

I liked the products really good. The service was not the best my bud tender said he didn’t support the legalization of cannabis which is fine, that is kinda of odd though. After he said that it got really awkward and I felt very uncomfortable. It was just not a good time.

I placed a order and never heard from them regarding the pickup. My order was canceled 8 hours later, without any call, text or reason.

Their house rosin is like Tier 3 aka bottom tier at best. Point system is going away in April. Should have known you get what you pay for. Don’t get any Sol/house brand product. Also budtender tried pushing their bogo after I told him I only smoke Rosin lol. Last time here using my points. Peace.

The SOL website advertises specials that are never in stock, specifically cartridges. Their supply is limited at best, at least at the Airpark location. I was one of the first patients that day also. I used up my loyalty points & will not be visiting again. Learn how supply & demand works & I’ll consider coming back.

I've managed to check out most of the dispensaries in the few months that I've been here and this one has been by far my worst experience. My main complaint is that they are selling something as blueberry that has zero blueberry in it. I found out later they had a bogo special that would have gotten me much better flower for the same price. The flower I did receive was absolute trash, not even worth using in an edible. 0/10 will not be back

They got rid of there deals now they open to the public thats lame an they messed up my ladies left leave order they told her she only ordered three eighths when really she ordered four and it was confirmed at 10:30 in the morning so by 5 when we got there the stream that she leave the ordered was sold out and there was an eighth missing out of the half ounce she was supposed to have but on Leafly it said she did order 4 eighth so that tells me that somebody went in her bag took one out sold it and then they lied to her face and said that she only ordered three and her phone wasn't having service inside the store so she couldn't pull it up quick enough to prove that she really did order a half ounce what a horrible horrible store can't believe they would do that to her we've been shopping there for a long time and now that they went public they turned to crap

Pre-order doesn’t mean separate quick pickup line like other dispensaries, you get put into queue with all walk-ins!? Would really like to see designated person for pickups!

The bud tender chon was really kind however didn’t know anything about edibles or concentrate. I feel I didn’t get the best product for myself. I won’t be back. I have other places with people much more educated. I spent $300 on product that won’t be enough in potency for my tolerance.

I have not had one positive experience with a dispensary since recreational sales started, until I visited Sol today. Sucks that you’re 30 min away, but thank you for not being a shady, price gouging, shit hole, old weed selling, dispensary like many have become! And thanks for carrying grow sciences ✌️

Alright.. I see you. While $15 more than the original price of your house flower half ounces, you've either noticed the significant drop in sales since you initially removed them or you've scrolled through your comments, read to our reviews and have taken that criticism to try to and find a balance between the recreational and medical market. Whatever the reason, while I wish it was still the original price, you continue to keep your half ounces on the shelves and I guarantee you'll start seeing an influx in patients.

Woo-hoo!!! Drip Oils & Extracts is back in stock. Same tier pricing as any other dispensary selling that brand. Keep it up, and don't let any of these fruitcakes tear down SOL Flower's integrity. Sure... recreational took place, but we're gonna be going through the same process as Oregon, Colorado, & Washington when they legalized. I trust you will all make the right decisions :)

Teal is wise beyond his years. First time special, read it twice it is true. Shoot your allotment on DNA Genetics, so worth it. I came in for Tora Bora that I have enjoyed at Sol Flower Sun City. Waiting for Holy Grail, another favorite. Teal knows his stuff and he guided me to other winners like Snack Pack, and other Copperstate flower. So happy that this location will have the Sol-some impact that includes the kindness not found at other dispensaries. Of course I will be back. Just wish the senior discount was back to 55. It isn't published and I did not see it reflected on my receipt, so I am just assuming that we are back to age 65. That would be the only negative.

Left a negative review but have been pleasantly surprised at the guest flower additions recently. Also, they kept their top tier pricing on flower at $50. I can respect that as other dispensaries are GOUGING their customers. Keep up the good work.

This review is for Mike he is a real ass dude! I bought a cloud pod and the battery didn’t work, I was on lunch break and in a rush. Manager that needed to make the exchange was already tied up with 2 customers. Mike personally gave me his cloud pen battery from his own pocket after I was waiting for about 15 minutes. Employees like this come few and far between. Sol flower please get this man a raise and another battery. He’s the reason my review is 5 stars and not 0 stars! Highly recommend the cloud pods too! Super fire!!!!

I’ve had nothing but issues with this location today. I tried to place an order online off their website and was told I needed a new password. To get a new password you have to go into the dispensary, WTH? Couldn’t order over. The phone so I place a Leafly order. Should’ve done that in the first place. Leafly doesn’t have their full menu compared to their website. UGH. I final got there to pick up my Leafly order and they couldn’t scan my Medical card, in the meantime they checked in 5 Rec users. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for people that I got there before and just to pickup something that should already be ready. Worst

I’ve always liked this place but what’s up with advertising every day there is a special on Arae resin but you never have any Arae resin? I’ve asked asked it a few times and was told it’s been out of stock for a while. Feels a little like a bait and switch if I’m just being honest.

Been in to this shop a few times now and so far so good. I was skeptical at first about greenhouse flower, but I've had some really good, strong strains from them. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. As we approach recreational I am seeing some changes to their pricing structure and my hope is they don't leave all their med patients out to dry with weak promos and long wait times. Going in again this weekend and will update my review accordingly.

Staff is great. Platinum Dosi was awful. Thats supposed to be a top shelf strain by a premium brand.. 22Red. Truly disappointed in the quality being THE WORST I've had in a looonggg time. Crispy dry with a super stale smell and no taste. Worst of all, no effect whatsoever.. other than a bad mood.. Stay away from that one. Garbage.

Nice clean environment very nice staff and the smoke was nice clean and tasteful I’d definitely return.
