I had a slight issue with my leafly order... the ladies today all worked together to try and help me out and even had the owner come and complete my order for me! My anxiety was starting to get a little high but Carissa completely turned that around wow I left very impressed and very happy thanks starbuds for resolving that in the way you did. Kudos to y'all 💚
Starbuds is, by far, the best dispensary in the area!!! Every experience I have had, so far, has been exceptional. Very clean and organized. I never have to wait long to be helped. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to listen to your needs before offering suggestions that will best meet your individual wants & needs. Today I met with Budtender Yasha. He was also the first budtender, that assisted me, when I came to Starbuds for the first time. He's great!!! He is always really helpful - He answers all of my questions and is always on point with the suggestions he makes to help treat whatever symptoms I am having. Great prices and selection! Starbuds has deals that they offer daily and some of the best discounts and incentives in the area! Starbuds offers a "deli-style" way to shop. All of the available flower is displayed beautifully in large glass jars and you can custom select quantities and varieties to meet your personal needs ...without breaking your budget! I really enjoy every visit to Starbuds! My favorite dispensary in the area!!!
I been here for over a year. I had variable experiences, but unfortunately I have an a lot of negative / unprofessional comments from staff while being served here. Don’t be fooled by the points systems or sales, this dispensary on average has a limited selection and jacks up the price because of the point system. You will have better selection and more consistently cheap pricing on all products at other nearby dispensary such as Blair Wellness or Blue Ridge Dispensary. Try this dispensary- just know better deals exist elsewhere.
I am a newbie today ws only my 2nd visit but I must say.. each time the service hs bn fast and friendly with a smile. I definitely feel this will be my dispensary of choice.
The setup seems impersonable at times, however the staff is really knowledgeable and pleasant. They don’t “push” products on you like some other dispensaries. Jess is my regular bud tender and alway makes good recommendations
. She knows what strains work for me.
Love the security since my MS disability keeps me walking slowly.
Staff is great at directing me to the proper treatment for variety of symptoms.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location, it was my first Maryland medical purchase and all went smoothly, Yele was very helpful in showing all the possible options. Will definitely be back!
