Clerks are great, usually:
Three times now I’ve gotten home & found an incorrect item in my bag. I should not have to check & make sure the clerk is giving me what they say they’re giving me.
50% of the time the THC content quoted by the clerk is NOT what’s on the container. If I pay for premium grade, I expect the clerk to tell me when bud is not high potency.
Stop covering information like THC content with the stupid labels. I can only assume they do this so we won’t know. Not too hard to put it somewhere it won’t block info. I’m sure they know this but have dark reason for hiding it.
60% of the dispensaries I’ve patronized have a current menu that list, at the very least, THC content of selections. Many also include the terpenes. Not only is this information hard to find at this location, it’s usually unavailable. At this place, they slap your hand if you touch the displays to see the THC content. Very sophomoric.
If I’m going to pay outrageous prices (double street value) I expect the same service I would get at a liquor store. They can tell you the alcohol content as well as what’s in it. Pot shops need to do the same!

This was an alright place when they first opened. Even when they had long lines, no security and limited products I was still coming. Went back here not only once but gave it a few chances and EVERY TIME I left pissed off. Now even with security present they still have it all in organized for medical patients. The other day they had the medical line in the street of the parking lot on the side of the rec line while it was raining. Unorganized but not a big deal. Then I go inside and every time I request just to look at the product I want to buy they get frustrated and throw a list at me. They got me with a bait and switch once so I want to see it now. Cresco Wax was gold in display and got home to some stuff that was black! She told me I should be caring more about the strain and the lineage of what I’m smoking rather than how it looks... really?? I could care less about the ancestry of the strain I just want the fire!!! Never coming back the management here is horrible and the staff is clearly strung out. Go back to McDonald’s budtenders!!!

Lady at the front desk broke my ID and they told me they weren’t at fault even though it was only slightly bent before, and she full on snapped it. They told me they’d still accept it if it was taped, as if that makes up for the fact that my ID is no longer valid thanks to them. So they’re willing to accept an ID that is no longer valid (illegal and unethical) to avoid any blame or issues? Yikes.
They also lied to me about the product I was buying and told me it was on me, even though the budtender lied, when I called in with these issues. They tried to play it off like I didn’t understand what they were talking about (thanks for the condescending attitude). Customer service is terrible. They also lied and said if I signed up for the loyalty program that I’d get a discount on my purchase today. I gave them all my info and received no discount.
I was hoping it was just the Chandler locations that were bad but it seems to just be the company culture as a whole. Will not be coming here and will continue to tell my friends to avoid at all costs. Everyone SEEMS nice until you have an issue.

This has to be the worst dispensary process ever. Save your time and go to Sol flower it’s 10 minutes away!! Small wait lines, a lot better service!
I have a great many dispensaries to choose from, but this morning, I chose Oasis. I chose Oasis because I found their sale price to be better than everyone else’s. I have only been here once or twice & have yet to be wowed by them. I purchased via Leafy 3x 100mg Baked Bros gummies for $13.09. I knew it was too good to be true, so I screenshot it for proof of the promised price. Weren’t they honor-bound to go through with the sale! If you promise me something to get me into your store, you better go through with it or give me something for my trouble. I’m very understanding & flexible. The real problem that I had is that my bud-tender had to be aware of the issue. So rather than being honest & fourth right & say something like, hey, I know that we messed up, so we’re willing to do this for you to make up for it. No, instead she wouldn’t make eye contact with me, wouldn’t participate in my attempts to make conversation & just rambled off 30 or 40 because there was nothing strange about a person buying 3 of the same items when they’re doing a Buy two for some set sale price. Why would I buy3? Come on! Right then & there, I realized that this store is all about the money & 0 interest in the people giving them the money. No thanks, there are many other dispensaries that offer a way more friendly & pleasant experience all around. I won’t be returning here. After only assuring me in a hushed tone that she could never sell 3 of these for that amount of money, I caught my losses, bought 2 for the set price & left. She only had to make eye contact with me & acknowledge that it was misleading & throw in a preroll or something to compensate me for tricking me into coming their way…but that wasn’t even on her mind. I was just currency that she needed to push though & out. Nope, I’ll head over to the ones that make me feel like a person that they have some genuine interest in. Luckily, there are way more of them than these scammy feeling ones like Oasis. I needed a shower afterwards. Seriously. Very icky all around.

Don’t spend the 100 dollar on the half oz of wedding cake, you can get 100 ounces at a different dispensary that’s the quality, I’ve never been so disappointed spending 100 in my life but now I can’t say that but everything else’s here I love little pricey but it’s Alright

NOPE! The most easygoing place to go is NOT! I think my budtender was having a mental breakdown. Everything I said was met with 'give me a second' and a dirty look. I found her obvious rudeness off putting so I got louder and she got WAY loud. At one point she mumbled into the counter (loudly) perhaps cussing me out..not sure. So I asked what she said and she said 'nothing...to YOU!' So I mentioned that I would be calling someone when I left and she went OFF! Damn! She then screamed for her manager to come over. He took over and took her side while she stood behind him laughing. Thats right! Remember this was a busy store and this was all very LOUD! I paid and told her that I hope she feels better about herself and you guessed it...bi*** LOST IT. Im currently looking for a new store. 😳

friendly staff but Dont think I will be returning. Came in budtender super friendly and knowledgeable, however he made a mistake gave me the wrong flower that I did not want. Called in and explained what havened spent about 140 and when I called they asked didnt they go over the order or showed you what he was putting in the bag? I replied no he was talking to me about something else. she then continues to tell me that nothing can be done or offer a solution. I am pretty disappointed because if I am paying for something I would at least like to get what I ordered. I personally dont think I will be returning to this location

The female assistant manager is rude the attitude of the employees working under her are angry and don’t smile whenever she is there. It is such a shame used to shop here all the time but as long as she is working I will not return.

Won't honor 1st time bogo on certain products even though it says "any item". Bud tender kept pulling down his mask to talk to me. Most staff have no clue about most products it seems... Not sure how they got a job at a dispensary.

Budtender didn’t know the difference between live resin and sugar. I finally said fuck it and took the diamond-sauce I saw displayed. I asked for HighGradeAZ live resin and he said, and I shit you not, “Uh, well what grade are you looking for?”. Meanwhile, the other guy working the register 4 stations down felt the need to shout “OH NAH BRO THE BOGO DEAL DOESNT APPLY TO THAT” at me while I asked my budtender to get me 2 grams for a first time customer deal that was advertised literally on every wall of the store. When I explained that “oh no, you don’t understand, I’m a first time customer and it says right here that it’s BOGO on anything in the store for first time customers.”, he said “oh my bad bro — I didn’t know you were a first time customer.” So no, I would not recommend this to anyone.

The dispensary is beautiful and they had an ok selection. The armed guard at the front door was a bit...off though. He just kept talking about how much he hated medical patients and that the people visiting the dispensary were assholes. He wasn’t really watching the door either, he was paying more attention to ranting about the customers. People were just walking in and out.

Honestly will not go here. I read their bogo special (which did not say strain specific). So in order for me to use the bogo I had to buy their $44 eights, which is their premium stuff, and it was the driest weed I have had at any dispensary (other than shake), I ground the weed with my hands... highly disappointed, will not be going back here.

We parked in a handicap space, someone who works at this dispensary walked past our car with a handicap parking space and told us not to park there, we are medical patients and to have someone look at us and tell us and judge us when there is clearly a health issue you can’t see isn’t okay. ESPECIALLY FOR A PLACE SELLING MEDICAL MARIJUANA

So on the web site its say first time buyer bogo UP TO 1/4 on flower. THEY DO NOT HONOR THAT. You'll go inside and ready to order and they will tell you that you can only bogo IF you buy a 1/4. Honestly I thought it was completely unprofessional. Only thing decent about this place is the two worker at the check in desk. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!

I dislike the Dispensary not knowing their own products they are selling. Especially something being promoted. Didn’t appreciate driving 20 miles only to end up getting an 8th instead of an Oz, because the workers lack knowledge about the product. Reason I called a ahead. If want your time wasted, definitely head down here.

first time visit was pretty annoying, it says here on menu bogo on these select strains but i bought 1 and had to choose lower tier for 2nd half. none of thw new places treat you respect or regard. just another customer not patient.
