It was a really nice place. I’m sure it was just chaotic because of the first day, but the employees didn’t really know what they were doing or their own items/deals. It said vapen cartridges were on deal everyday in bulk so I went to get 4-6 of them. When I asked my budtender if they had a deal on vapen he said they didn’t, just timeless. So I just got those instead to not make things more difficult for them on their first day. I’m sure things will get better and settled in the coming weeks.👍🏼

just going to go and add some more to my review that was posted above after scoping out my other two eighths that I purchased I am now at a total of 26 seeds in a half ounce of flower total wow I got enough seeds to start my own farm not happy very disappointed this must be one of those corporate pot shops I will never be going back there again my business will be going to Sol, Debbie's and allgreens dispensaries. they also need to know the difference between popcorn nugs and buds because apparently they clearly don't the labeling is wrong this place is whack rip off

We parked in a handicap space, someone who works at this dispensary walked past our car with a handicap parking space and told us not to park there, we are medical patients and to have someone look at us and tell us and judge us when there is clearly a health issue you can’t see isn’t okay. ESPECIALLY FOR A PLACE SELLING MEDICAL MARIJUANA

Can you guys update your daily deals online both on here and your website? It’s ridiculous that I can’t see what you have on sale

So on the web site its say first time buyer bogo UP TO 1/4 on flower. THEY DO NOT HONOR THAT. You'll go inside and ready to order and they will tell you that you can only bogo IF you buy a 1/4. Honestly I thought it was completely unprofessional. Only thing decent about this place is the two worker at the check in desk. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!

Maybe the workers shouldn’t smoke before they come to work so they can give you the right shit you ordered everything is misleading they’re all flower turns out to be popcorn nugs Would not recommend this shop to anybody.

Budtender didn’t know the difference between live resin and sugar. I finally said fuck it and took the diamond-sauce I saw displayed. I asked for HighGradeAZ live resin and he said, and I shit you not, “Uh, well what grade are you looking for?”. Meanwhile, the other guy working the register 4 stations down felt the need to shout “OH NAH BRO THE BOGO DEAL DOESNT APPLY TO THAT” at me while I asked my budtender to get me 2 grams for a first time customer deal that was advertised literally on every wall of the store. When I explained that “oh no, you don’t understand, I’m a first time customer and it says right here that it’s BOGO on anything in the store for first time customers.”, he said “oh my bad bro — I didn’t know you were a first time customer.” So no, I would not recommend this to anyone.

They spiked their prices and obviously do not care about the regulars who have been shopping there since it opened. I recommend going elsewhere for better prices and better product.

The female assistant manager is rude the attitude of the employees working under her are angry and don’t smile whenever she is there. It is such a shame used to shop here all the time but as long as she is working I will not return.

The online ordering system is ridiculous

never felt a need to check a reciept till today. cheated on the change $10 I recommend customers check the receipt before they even leave and make sure it is 100% YOUR greedy employes cost you a customer. DO BETTER

Honestly will not go here. I read their bogo special (which did not say strain specific). So in order for me to use the bogo I had to buy their $44 eights, which is their premium stuff, and it was the driest weed I have had at any dispensary (other than shake), I ground the weed with my hands... highly disappointed, will not be going back here.

nice staff but unfortunately the flower quality on their Diamond Tier is not up to par. Also the 1st time patient deal is a little tricky basically alot restrictions so be aware. Maybe once they grow and have more of a quantity of a selection it might be worth to try it out as for now I would pass. they had 2 indica dominant strains to choose from i got them both and they are not great based on the tier.

Was not able to use ftp deal because I had gone to one of their previous locations, 6 years ago, in Chandler, while they were branded under a different name... see ya !

Won't honor 1st time bogo on certain products even though it says "any item". Bud tender kept pulling down his mask to talk to me. Most staff have no clue about most products it seems... Not sure how they got a job at a dispensary.

Was so excited to go then I got the worst budtender. She missed part of my order, seemed to be annoyed or burdened by me. Said I prefer indica because sativa gives me a headache. When I asked what qualifies for new patient bogo, she said “oh you won’t like them, they’re all sativa or sativa dominant.” Btw this is BS - went with my friend and she got hooked up on exactly what I asked for. So I say ok, what kind of edibles do you have? Big sigh, didn’t seem to know, seemed upset that I asked. I had $200 to spend but after about $60 I was done. So uncomfortable, she made me feel like I was bugging her and she didn’t seem knowledgeable at all about flow in general or their own menu. Won’t be back.

I shopped here recently and bought 2 55$ 8ths from brand lot and I wouldn’t even give the weed away to a homeless dude that shit was so ass never again,I even asked the employee if she had tried and and told me it was very good and I would be happy,soon as I opened the bag it was dried crumble dirt weed,absolutely ridiculous I paid what I did for this

Told me to sit down when it hurts me to sit. I asked about delta 8 for my cancer, she did not even know what that was! Last Saturday they would not honor their websites’ BOGO on Timeless. Posted on Friday and it was listed on their banner Saturday. It’s their error and not mine. Please don’t tell me to clear my “cookies” on a mobile Apple before I arrive. I displayed it when I was their shopping.

The quality in the products is good but there customer service is terrible and had to buy drip for my first time patent deal cuz they had nothing I wanted even tho not worth the drive

No social distancing whatsoever. Lady was really rude when I didn’t want to be close to the corner register with 6 other people around it. Lady had her mask half way off and didn’t give me a name. Only took the temp of some shoppers. Also only gave me two options of flower and one of wax on the ftp. The flower was good but safety is more important

everything about this place is fantastic but the quality of the medicine I went in yesterday for a 99 dollar half off the gold shelf and after looking to see what they had I was disappointed dry popcorn nugs. even the cooperstate strain they had were bad glad I didn't waste 200 dollars here instead you should go just to the street a bit to reef! great quality meds and way better prices 168 for an oz off the gold shelf! I will never return to oasis. reef employees even consider oasis a "bad word" loooool don't waste your money at oasis they need to step it up in the flower department
