Waited outside for 45 minutes.. slow service most likely won’t return

No social distancing whatsoever. Lady was really rude when I didn’t want to be close to the corner register with 6 other people around it. Lady had her mask half way off and didn’t give me a name. Only took the temp of some shoppers. Also only gave me two options of flower and one of wax on the ftp. The flower was good but safety is more important

Wow for once I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back!!!!! 😾😾😾😾😾 I come here at least once a week and I see that they got rid of the best employee there and the girl with braids is extremely rude. Told me to sit down when it hurts me to sit. I asked about delta 8 for my cancer, she did not even know what that was! I asked for melonie because she ALWAYS LOVES TO HELP me and I find out they let her go? Will not be back 😿😿😿😿😾😾😾😾😾😾😾💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

Only writing this review based off one employee. She was harassed by a female customer for wearing something that she stood for and handle it PERFECTLY. As a person of color , it did my heart well knowing there’s still sane people on this planet who care about the next . STOP ALLOWING RACIST TO SHOP AT YOUR STORES

I’m so mad they try to sell me garbage weed as pre packaged. Dude was cool I know it wasn’t his fault. Trying to tell me abundant organics serves up in plastic bags. Do you think your customers are that stupid. I’m so heated wasted my gas coming all the way out there for nothing

They changed the FTP deal at the last moment at their new location. Just about every dispensary in the valley with multiple locations offers a BOGO at each individual location you visit. THEY DONT! Acura leaf is close, harvest is down the road, and debbies is in close proximity.

Got 3 different strains all have seed and I mean a lot ridiculous

Went to this location for the first time today. Great staff, very friendly environment was excited to get home and smoke but when I opened one of the fruit pie 8ths I bought there was hair in my weed. I pulled out two long pieces of hair and one short blue hair.

First time there. The security guard is cool. He was great to talk to while waiting in line. The Dosi (G4) was DRY AF!! There was a huge bud but it was super dry and dark like the room was too cold and it hurt the plant. The Sophie’s punch was ok but all the buds were small. Overall not a good experience

The lady at security! Plus she’s not very pleasant and she insists I handed her my phone cause my medical card is on it I don’t have a problem showing it then she has friends or family inside has problems with her(I.d) so security starts fussing w/ budtender security say she has her right id on her phone . Then she went back to door where 5 others walked in

The guy who helped me was outstanding . Great attitude . Great vibes . All in all he was fantastic and made my day end absolutely wonderful . I give this guy and Oasis a triple 5 star rating. He also deserves a huge raise to. Great guy thank you very much.. (He was using register #4 tonight January 29th 2024 at 8:30pm) he deserves it !

prices seem way to high, you're the new kid on the block. where are the deals? shouldnt you be trying to get people in the door? no actual pictures of weed just the brand name logos. yea, not gonna try a $50 8th of some bud I can't even get a picture of. This is obviously a corporate pot shop I will have nothing to do with.

Last Saturday they would not honor their websites’ BOGO on Timeless. Posted on Friday and it was listed on their banner Saturday. It’s their error and not mine. Please don’t tell me to clear my “cookies” on a mobile Apple before I arrive. I displayed it when I was their shopping.

I can't give lower that 1 but I would. The Ice Cream Cake purchased on 5/21/21 was the worst batch of flower I have purchased from any dispensary in the time I have had my Medical card. It tasted like dirt weed, and was generally no bueno in all aspects! Sad to say because I loved the Ice Cream Cake cartridge I have had! I will say the service at this dispensary is always friendly and as prompt as they can be. It's not very convenient to now have to check in at one location and go to another building to purchase, especially this time of year.

I was told the percentage was 16% and I got a 9%? I see why they were pushing that flower and why its on sale. get peach freeze if you want weak meds.

this dispensary has gone downhill since opening, the flower is trash as their own tenders have told people they are flushing the product to get it out to sale faster. Their security guard hates medical patients and regularly attempts to engage them in disputes so he can then 86 them. Management is aware and doesn't care. They only care about rec sales as they make more off sales tax. Customer service is unheard of and no accommodations for patients. I can't be I fought for trumed to send their product to this trash dispo, do yourself a favor and go Trumed, Herbal wellness center. Jars or literally anywhere but this place. I'm sure this review will be taken down as this dispo pays leafy lots of money to take bad reviews down and also to promote their dispo ✌

1st time customer experience: Poor! Didn't honor deal, will not be going back.

I’m so upset with this location, I was super excited for them to open but now that they are I don’t even want to go in. They are the only dispo that takes your temperature but then touches your property. And they have no shields anywhere in the building. Also it never looks like they are open.

For y’all not even having a grand opening yet, things are coming together! The entire state is short on flower but you guys have tons, and good quality brands. Even during covid, you’re honoring FTPs and that’s LIT! People don’t seem to be giving you guys a chance. I was happy I didn’t have to wait outside in the heat like most dispos right now. Thank you for opening early for us patients to come take a peek. I look forward to the grand opening coming soon 🤘🏼
