Great customer service, quick and products are wonderful. My only issue is that the free item on my Leafly order was not honored and my 1/8th was not in the bag when I got home. Other than that, amazing place.

Horrible service from management bud tender gave me correct strain but wrong batch advertised as 25% on Leafly but received 17% not a lawyer or anything but kind of seems like false advertising… called in told manager she was completely unwilling to help in the end I felt like it was my fault and she was very rude continuously told me I should’ve checked when you aren’t allowed to grab the product until it’s paid for so here I am stuck with this mediocre medicine that doesn’t help with my pain looked nice but smokes like paper and as the manager said it’s my fault will definitely be taking my business elsewhere long wait times even with preorder and management sucks far better quality out there and better atmosphere in other dispensaries

Always stoked to go to this location. Joey helped me out today he didn't kill my vibe at all picked it back up actually. The receptionist at the first window today tho she kinda harshed my mellow but I can't fault starts for her funky attitude and miss guidance on my pick up order. Always in and out tho. I live in tolleson and make the trip to the Glendale location everytime. Thanks everyone at Nature's Medicines ✌🏽

Natures medicines is the best overall dispensary in Phoenix! The variety is so big that I’m always trying new things. Great staff too!

The prices are really good when there’s a special going on. Otherwise, it’s not too bad either lol But I do have to say that you get what you pay for. Make sure to check the THC percentage on your flower before purchasing. Ask for the highest testing! If they’re nice enough they’ll look around for you.

My visit today was great I got the shatter for ten dollar deal and perfect choice if I may say . And my budtender was fabulous and funny.

Always a fast and easy visit when I go here, the only place I shop at the staff is friendly and welcoming, alot to choose from.. I always recommend this place!!

They have some SUPER good deals on their own flower which are usually great. great deals on shatter as well. The location is awful (as in the actual GEOGRAPHICAL location) I mean their deals are so good it really makes it worth the headache of the location I wish they would’ve moved it up around 75th and Peoria but either way. Decent staff, neutral interactions as far as personalized experience at this location. You can use your debit card and they have ATM’s they probably have the smallest selection out of most dispensaries but I’m not mad about it it’s good stuff lol.

They are always fast. I love the Phoenix Canibas Blueberry strain is my favorite! Everyone is super helpful and with a pre-order I haven't been there longer than 15 in and out in months. Allows me to stop and grab my order on the way to pick-up my kid and never have too long of a wait!

I've been here plenty of times and out of the 3/3 locations this is the best and if we want to get technical 4/4 when they had the fountain hills location. nature's meds on 6840 nw grand Ave is the best location because of their budtenders and the environment today Derek Y is one of my favorite budtenders at this location always professional nice and even when I mess up he is always positive. again great location great budtenders great product.
