Great prices and lobby is really nice. However the receptionist was not polite to me at all upon my first visit. She did not greet me at all or even ask me for my card, she nearly reached her hand for my card without saying anything to me. All other dispensaries I've been to have had much more polite staff.

i really love this place! the budtenders are always knowledgeable and usually help me get what in looking for..the bud is always top notch, so you always see me leave here with a smile.. thanks guys!

I had an engagement on the other side of town and stumbled across this joint on my was home. I love that they are open late at night (10pm). Well lit, easy to find, clean and the staff that is not only friend but refreshingly knowledgeable. Large selection, good quality and the pricing is spot-on. Thanks Giovanni

Been to Natures a few times now and I must say the staff is very nice. They really try to help you out if your short (like I was). I got a free pre roll for my first visit and a free gram with my 8th of Cherry Kush( yummy BTW) . Maria, Sergio and Angel where helpful with my questions. The owner even took the time to greet me and ask about my experience. I would recommend them to any one looking for just a nice bunch of people. plus goodies to munch on never hurt! Pros: great selection, late hours, friendly reception and security, nice waiting room, great pricing, no pre weighed meds and nice relaxing vibe. Meds were ok too. You definitely get what you pay for. Cons: budtender was a cocky, brash know it all who was borderline dbag. Can you say bro enough bro??? Perhaps it was just him but after reading good reviews I had set the bar pretty high for Natures az. Where is the professionalism? Does everyone get spoken too like that? Concentrates anyone??? Ive seen better concentrate selection elsewhere, how about everywhere. Wait times are pretty awful too. We waited about 30 minutes and our budtender said this was nothing! Really?!? Getting meds here can take a huge chunk time, plan ahead accordingly. Definitely not a quick stop by any means. Lastly, they don't update their Leafly menu! I came in specifically for Blackwater and checked the menu right before I came in only to learn its all gone! Ugh! So disappointing. In fact its still on the menu now, the morning after! In summary I can see why people love this place. People love Walmart too...The late night hours are awesome. But after having my card renewed 3 times I rather choose a faster, more professional place with better service and concentrates hands down. Just my two cents y'all. Don't get butt hurt its just an opinion

loved this place right when I walked in. First impressions are always crucial when going into a place. staff was nice and on point. meds were a little high priced but worth the donation. best part is they have their meds in jars and not prepackeged so you get to actually smell the meds before purchasing. been to 5 dispensaries since card. this place is in top two. great staff. and omg largest selection I have ever seen. product is top quality too. very relaxed and professional ambiance. wish I knew about this place sooner.

worst service ever made not want to be back ever again

I have been a couple times its a very clean and nice atmosphere they have their security up in the front and a buzzer to let you in. Their Thursday patient appreciation day is cool I have gone in once and received 5% off entire order. Their flowers are nice and fresh they even have little hydration packs that they give you to help keep them fresh. I really like that they brought back the strain of the week deal just wish I could pick up more then just a g.

I ordered 1/2 of God Bud online. A gentleman called and said that they were a bit short on God Bud. He said he'd do 3 1/8ths and put a 4th 1/8th of a different indica for the same pre pack 1/2 price. I drive out there and am told that they don't do that. What a waste of time!

👎🏼 Honestly I was super disappointed in the concentrates even tho Leafly advertised they had new strains including a "sugar wax" that no one could show me they even had in stock. ALL of the concentrates they showed me were dark GREEN in color except one strain of shatter. When I asked why that was the girl told me that the color didn't have anything to do with purity that they make most of their concentrates with TRIM!!! (What?! 😵) and that all their concentrates are tested for THC levels. Testing is all good and fine but green means you still have organic plant matter in your product, something that people w/ allergies want to avoid, also means it is NOT as Pure or great a concentrate as you'd like me to believe via the price tag. The staff member that was helping me was not as knowledgable as one would hope. The only thing I liked in this place was the ability to pick out the trees you wanted instead of getting a pre-weighed bag, however, I have a feeling all their plants suck as bad as the wax, I wasn't even able to smoke my free pre-roll it tasted like 💩. It was my first visit and probably my last Visit.

this is probably the best dispensary around. quality,service,atmosphere yeah they meat! just get there before anyone else can get the better buds and you are all good!
