Took them 1 hr and I got skipped will not come back
No longer accept debit for delivery even though it still states they do on their website. When asking when this changed the lady who answered the phone stated they never did that (not true I've order online with debit 3 times in 2 years), then hung up with no further explanation. Flower is almost always dry and crumbly too, would not recommend.
The only reason I came here was for the bulk gen x concentrate deal, go to pick up my order and find out 4/5 of the grams somehow weren’t on the deal even though they were the only options they had, would much rather go literally anywhere else
Strike 2. This time, I order 3.5 hours ago, got a text that the order was ready, drove 20+ miles, waited another 45 min. just to be told that they didn't have my order.

I went to Nature's and I felt at home. Everyone greeted me as I came in. They have a well rounded group of individuals working there that made my experience very enjoyable. Thank You Nature's AZ Medicines I had a blast

I thought it was going to be like most other dispensaries, one or two other people there, wait a few minutes and grab n go. I was wrong! So many people, very friendly and fun staff, way cool place to be. Cant wait to go back!

This is my second time here. I wasn't really that impressed the first time. I'm even less so today. I came in for a specific thing (and would not have come back if I could have found it elsewhere), and it was not there. Inventory seemed more than a bit disordered and this was not because they were out of stock, but having to go in the back for the flower. While my budtender was a wee bit better than when I was here in December, the knowledge wasn't really there. I really wanted to like this place because the product I have gotten from there is pretty decent and I really like the way they trim the flower from loose stock instead of it being pre-packaged. I'm not sure I'll be back.

continued RANT ABOUT BAD FIRST TIME DELIVERY. I MADE THIS F____G ORDER AT 7:30AM SO I CAN GET IT HOPEFULLY AT THE EARLIEST ONE WOULD THINK. BUT NO HERE IT IS 12:30 PM AND THE DRIVER ENDS UP AT MY ADDRESS BUT ST NOT AVE LIKE SHE REPEATED CLEARLY TO ME OVER THE PHONE AND I SAID YES. THESE BUDTARDS HAVE ONE FREAKING JOB TO DO AND CANT EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. SMH,AND I SPEND ATLEAST,ATLEAST 100BUCKS EVRYTIME I COME HERE AMD TIP E V E R Y T I M E!!! EVERYTIME!! TO GET THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT? NOT OK AT ALL!NOE I HAVE TO GO THE REST OF MY DAY IN PAIN THANKS TO NATURES MEDS! THIS IS THE MFKN THANX I GET?

They cancelled my delivery order 45 minutes before they were said to close. No posted notification on when’s the last delivery.
Really bogus and me visiting from Los Angeles, this is pathetic for Arizona. I would be super embarrassed
I went to Natures on 3/20 and even though my preorder took over 3 hours to fill, Sheena (love you girl) made sure the lines were moving and everyone knew how it would work. From the patient stand point EVERYTHING was organized and we were all happy chilling in line. I only waited an hour outside to get my order. I went back 3/21 and it's like they had never done the outside line before (even though they started the day before). On Saturday they apparently opened the phone lines at 6:30 but left Weedmaps and Leafly off. I placed my order at 8:01 and I didn't get a confirmation text until my order was ready, which was after people who placed their orders after me. They had you wait in one line to then wait in another line once you had the text. There was one lady (dark hair) who was a bitch not only to patients but to her coworkers. I understand this is a new process and we are all working through it together, but if you're going to open one area up early to order you should either notify ALL patients or open up all ways to order. In addition, you TRULY should fill orders in the first come order. Meaning my order should have been placed before someone who ordered at 8:15 when I ordered at 8:01. Sheena needed to be there yesterday cause she had shit perfect! I honestly don't know if I will go back simply because of the rude employee and the unorganization. The rude employee was stating that she fought for the dispensary to stay open, but Arizona deemed dispensaries necessary so they are to remain open. She didn't do us any favors but she sure wanted her ass rubbed with a big thank you for it!

I will never go to this location again. They have NO handicapped parking near the entrance of the dispensary. They expect handicapped patients to cross a busy street to be able to use their dispensary.
They have zero care about their patients and their needs. They have a racist attitude toward combat veterans and senior citizens with disabilities.
Their security guard Curtis doesn't practice social distancing and doesn't use face mask.
Yesterday he aggressively screamed vulgarity at me. Got within an inch of my nose. Spraying spit over my face. All while the manager Justin and other staff members and waiting patients observed this behavior.

Plan on spending a long amount of time waiting. There system is terrible. It takes so long to help anyone. I wait for over an hour to get helped. I pre-ordered once, it took 4 hours to fill it and another hour to help me once I got there. Each pre-order patient took 15 minutes and there many pre-order patients waiting. Bloom is so much faster and they cost less.

Great location..and awesome hours. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The flower is amazing and you can get so many all at a really good price.

I Pre ordered a specific item that cost $80 after tax and got the message saying it’s ready for pickup. I then went on my 30 minute one way journey. When I got there something told me to check and make sure I got the right thing and so I did...not only was my order wrong but they told me they didn’t even have any of the stuff I ordered. Long story short I had to settle for something with lower quality but still payed the same amount. Not wasting my time here again! Their best attempt at costumer satisfaction is “I’m sorry about that”

this place does not honor the veteran discount I bought an oz of fliwer and spent 150. and that doesn't qualify for what u advertise?, what bs. this place used to do us right but lately they getting g greedy and service is unprofessional at best. shame on u for reals. ill give my money elsewhere..

..”budtender” deadass tried to tell me the hybrids have always been sativas as if I haven’t been coming here every week for over a year and then got impatient and tried to ask me why I smoke as if I needed HER help deciding which strain was less leafy. Fuck this dumb shit, with these dumb shit newbie workers.

I went there for the first this week to pick up my preorder. It was freezing! There were 2 lines; shorter med line & loooonnnggg rec line. Got in line - 5th person. People from rec line kept going in. Hmmmm finally got so cold I had to leave. Kept calling the store - 9 times!!! - to tell them I could not stand outside. The auto answer kept hanging up. Boo. I had a nice order. Doubt I will ever be back.

You guys are incredibly unprofessional. We had a cancelled order bc u guys couldn't find our place. We had another ordered cancelled bc you guys changed your zip codes and didnt post it on your website. We just had another canceled on 3/18 bc my girlfriends phone is off, and apparently it's a "high volume day" so we are expected to have our phones turned on. Our phone is currently turned off, you guys had no issues corresponding through email the other day.
Why does no one at this company take any responsibility? Why is it always the patients fault? Why do you guys try ONCE to make contact and then refuse to make contact THE WAY WE REQUESTED IN THE NOTES
We got a notification that's its ready for delivery, never wasdelivered. Had to call and was informed that our order was cancelled AGAIN. You guys are one of the least professional dispensaries we have EVER gone to.

Can never get a pre order & when you do their out. Total BS Was told by the tender they don't pull or look @ the orders when they come in, they take care of all the walkers first. I quit this place today, took over 2 hours to tell me we're out ! Bought a OZ @ another place. Even saved $$$
Awful customer service. Placed an order for delivery at 10 AM. Their CS called me from a California (???) number expecting me to answer. Left a voicemail stating to call back on another number. Call that number and stay on hold for 30 minutes, no answer but another random number calls and it was Nature's. Why do you have so many phone numbers? And why are only outbound calls being taken? Anywho- finally got on the line and was being told one of the items was not available, I said that's okay. Hours and hours of waiting passed and no response, no update. They didn't even have the audacity to call me and let me know it's canceled- anywhere. Funny thing is on www.naturesmedicines.com they have "3 delivery windows" and the last window says 7:00-10:00 PM. But when you go on the Nature's Medicine Leafly it says otherwise and that delivery stops at 6 pm. Horrible consistency and overall lack of care and/or customer service.. I really used to love coming here; it was my number one. Decided to try you guys again after months of going elsewhere but you messed that up QUICK. Y'all can keep your moldy bud- is was probably a blessing in disguise that my order was not fulfilled.
