DO NOT SHOP AT OASIS! BUYER BEWARE! I purchase a $25 battery, am unsatisfied with the purchase and when I tried to return it, I was denied. They said the only thing they could do is warranty it. How do you warranty something that isn't broken? They then respond to my review by saying I was demanding extras... That is a complete lie! ALL I WANTED WAS TO RETURN A BATTERY! Once again I am offended by the way they handle things. It has been a long time since I have had such a bad retail experience. I am certainly not the only one. I have talked to MANY people that have had poor customer service from this place. Thank goodness there are MANY other dispensaries that are superior in the way they handle their customer service.

make sure that the flower they sell you looks like what's on display, cause many times it's not even close!!!
Used to be a decent place .....than they raised prices ... because of demand ....raised tiers . Changed deals ....saying it had to do with prepackaging ..... tenders are awesome. However it’s true medicine for most .., Oasis has now changed name somewhat and opening another store..Seems Oasis has hopped on the GREED Train . Won’t go outta my way anymore for oasis

This place is garbage. They told my husband he “attacked” one of the employees which is total bullshit. Their deals suck and their flower is complete ass. Territory and flower shop is waaaay better. Rude customer service. Banned a customer for something that didn’t even happen. I know because I was sitting right next to him when this “alleged” incident happened. Don’t waste your time going to this dispensary. You’ll find better quality items at other dispensaries.

The place looks great. The store is clean and pretty. The rest of it is ok. The flower is whatever. They don’t have a lot of variety like other stores do. The staff is what really gets to me. They never seem like they want to help you on the phone. They give the impression that they have better things to do. They just stand there and talk to each other. It’s stupid. I was sitting in the waiting room, no customers were there, there were maaany staff members working and one came out to talk to the receptionist. I wasn’t sure if she was coming for me or if she was off duty so I sat there patiently. After minutes had past she finally said “[my name]?” With a smile. I was irritated because even though she seemed really nice, her work ethic is unprofessional. Watching them stand there talking about nothing laughing and smiling made me want to leave. It was not busy at all. C’mon guys! It’s literally EVERY time I shop there. If these nice workers put their customers first, I’d like this place despite their lack of items. I keep trying to shop here hoping for a different experience but I am done. I’m never shopping here again and I tell anyone who asks for recommendations not to go to Oasis. To anyone reading this: I suggest shopping somewhere else.
When I got home I realized they had forgotten to give me one of my 1/8s of flower. I called and after being on hold for 30 minutes I was hung up on. I left a message right after, but no one has gotten back to me. Terrible customer service absolutely will not be coming back!
I'm just leaving this location. I put an online order in leaving a message to check my allotment before filing. I drive over 20 miles to find out they didn't read my note. Then the .anger comes over and starts to lie about not being able to see notes,until I point my note on the computer screen. This is horrible business, I will not be back.

I Ordered Marijuana For delivery from this place & they Gave me a Jar with no Marijuana in it. Didn’t give Us our money back or Bring Us What we Paid for. Bad business. If Could I’d Sue😒

Sad to say this location has gone down :( this is now the second time they were unable to find my online order! I've been coming here for a while as a regular medical patient and this has never happened. I was super patient the first time due to rec patients and just assumed they would work through the issues but now weeks later the same thing is frustrating! Not to mention today I placed my order and it took over 30 mins for them to confirm which caused one of the items I wanted to be "sold out". I'm a medical patient what's the point of me going online to snag a product before it's sold out by rec patients if they are taking so long to confirm an order? I still love the friendly staff and realize they are doing to the best they can. I can't lie this is def my fav dispensary I just hope next time I won't have issues or it might be time to consider going elsewhere.

FTP and specifically asked three different times if it was BOGO up to 1/4. yes I am told tell the budtender after picking out my strains (which I'm told are hybrid sativa when on leafly it says otherwise) and I took a moment to browse the store came back he tells me the total (no review of my order by the way or I would have caught this) I though the price was lower than I figured but after working 14 hours I pay..get home and got BOGO 8ths. I wanted the deal I came in for so I called the answer is drive back in traffic after a long day. I asked for them to by chance honor another BOGO 8th to make up for the deal I missed..I got bring your receipt in and we will see. That's a no...I just feel hustled and working in the industry I know you can do better. Second Oasis location tried, both times lacked professionalism.

Not a bad dispo. But the layout and how they bring patients to the back is a bit Antiquated. Other than that the place is ok. But needs better customer service.
Received text with today's special of ALL flower on sale. The DeRP standard menu price was rudely enforced. This was not flower from an excluded grower or any listed sale item. Again the cost of 120 on the regular menu was NOT discounted. Save yourself 20 if you think they will honor their statements. Dissappointed now, although client since the opening. Tony C.
Oasis is my come to spot. The budtender's are nice. The one thing I HATE about Oasis is the bag sifters for online orders. I place my order at 8:30 a.m. and get the confirmation # Everytime that means my things I want to purchase have been picked and in the bag. But at 4:30 P.M. you have been looking forward to your choices. And 8 out of ten times. I get there to a ripped open bag and the budtender comes out OH I am so sorry we were out of 2 of the waxes you wanted. So you are now at 4:45 all good choices are gone. You absolutely go home disappointed and with what Oasis wants to give you. I think it's friend zone and oh I remember the bag I put it in. BAGSURFING we call it.
