This place lies about their delivery times. Even though it says 9pm to get your order in, I placed it at 8:30 and they told me I wouldn’t get my meds. They need more delivery drivers if they offer this option. I will not be ordering from these people again. Misleading and lack of care for patients.

Handled 420 very poorly. Called multiple times before coming to verify something and got no answer. I went anyway because before this my experience with Oasis was fine. Showed up and had to wait in line over an hour just for them to not have my order right. The bud tender was so lost and out of it that I just left. Thanks for wanting my time and gas. Hope you guys give out an oz to everyone because that’s the only way I’ll come back.

overpriced venom. idc if its a Bogo. i get my venom on a daily for 16 a gram at the Good diapensary. id rather not go out ny way and waste time and gas to save 2$. step up your game

This place is garbage. They told my husband he “attacked” one of the employees which is total bullshit. Their deals suck and their flower is complete ass. Territory and flower shop is waaaay better. Rude customer service. Banned a customer for something that didn’t even happen. I know because I was sitting right next to him when this “alleged” incident happened. Don’t waste your time going to this dispensary. You’ll find better quality items at other dispensaries.

The place looks great. The store is clean and pretty. The rest of it is ok. The flower is whatever. They don’t have a lot of variety like other stores do. The staff is what really gets to me. They never seem like they want to help you on the phone. They give the impression that they have better things to do. They just stand there and talk to each other. It’s stupid. I was sitting in the waiting room, no customers were there, there were maaany staff members working and one came out to talk to the receptionist. I wasn’t sure if she was coming for me or if she was off duty so I sat there patiently. After minutes had past she finally said “[my name]?” With a smile. I was irritated because even though she seemed really nice, her work ethic is unprofessional. Watching them stand there talking about nothing laughing and smiling made me want to leave. It was not busy at all. C’mon guys! It’s literally EVERY time I shop there. If these nice workers put their customers first, I’d like this place despite their lack of items. I keep trying to shop here hoping for a different experience but I am done. I’m never shopping here again and I tell anyone who asks for recommendations not to go to Oasis. To anyone reading this: I suggest shopping somewhere else.

When I got home I realized they had forgotten to give me one of my 1/8s of flower. I called and after being on hold for 30 minutes I was hung up on. I left a message right after, but no one has gotten back to me. Terrible customer service absolutely will not be coming back!

Sad to say this location has gone down :( this is now the second time they were unable to find my online order! I've been coming here for a while as a regular medical patient and this has never happened. I was super patient the first time due to rec patients and just assumed they would work through the issues but now weeks later the same thing is frustrating! Not to mention today I placed my order and it took over 30 mins for them to confirm which caused one of the items I wanted to be "sold out". I'm a medical patient what's the point of me going online to snag a product before it's sold out by rec patients if they are taking so long to confirm an order? I still love the friendly staff and realize they are doing to the best they can. I can't lie this is def my fav dispensary I just hope next time I won't have issues or it might be time to consider going elsewhere.

I’ve been several times now so I feel equipped to give a fair review. The first time I went was awesome which is the case with most first time patients. Pricing was good and bud tenders were alert and informative. The next three times have gotten progressively worse. I have no issue paying for my meds but I’m big on customer service. The second visit the gentleman forgot to ring up and put part of my order in the bag and when I walked back in they made me wait another 30 minutes to be seen only for the bud tender to ask why I was back look down at the piece of my order still sitting in front of him and apologize. Now this being my third time and with the online orders only I took the initiative to call ahead to make sure I was doing everything correctly for the order. The receptionist confirmed my order would be filled if I placed it at 6:30pm and to wait for a text. By 8 and no text I decided to call while I was driving to the location only to find that mine and about 7 other cars of patients were left out in the cold. No text, no cancellation, just left with a order saying processing. When I called today to explain that I understood the delay but my concern was the non responsiveness I was told I could replay my order and would have to pay full price for something I could have got on special if they had been transparent with their customers. I understand we are all a little stressed but common courtesy doesn’t take that much. I’ll take my business elsewhere and I hope those cars that were outside with me do the same.

Oasis was one of my favorite dispensaries until today. I almost always wait when I go there and that doesn’t matter because the bud tenders take their time with me and they have great deals. Today, was a complete nightmare! I placed my first order online (due to Covid) and received a text that my order was ready. When I arrived at Oasis, the parking lot and street were packed with people and cars. People were waiting to get inside to get their orders (no distance) and there were even people in the lobby waiting. When I finally got to the counter they said it would be about 30 mins to get my order. I said what? I thought it was ready? The manager said it is ready you just have to wait for it. Here I am (a cancer survivor) exposing myself to all of these people. I asked if they could text me in my car like other dispensaries and he said that is not possible. I asked for them to cancel my order and left. I will most likely never go back. I was able to phone in my order at another nearby dispensary and pick it up and get home in less time than my order was going to be ready at Oasis! Definitely not worth it, especially if I end up getting Covid from that place! Stay away during the crisis!!!!!!!

so I go in today for flower and requested my senior citizen discount. explian to girl reason why I ask is because it has been given before and she an attitude so bad did not even thank me for visit. no friendly customer service all because I ask for the discount just nasty person

I placed an online order today at 2:36p to Oasis using the Leafly.com website. I quickly got my confirmation text. And shortly after received a text that my Order was ready for pickup. During the COVID-19 situation the state of Arizona has been practicing social distancing. Oasis appears to following the rules of social distancing but Are completely putting people at risk. The young lady at the front door was allowing patients that did not place an order online to use the lobby kiosk. Multiple people were sitting in the lobby for no explained reason as multiple patients stood outside with a confirmation text in hand. Once in the lobby the next young lady asked to take my temperature and I complied. The young lady already having gloves on took my card used hand sanitizer and pick a electronic thermometer off the bare desk and raised it to my face. I came in with PPE as I work in medical industry. The girl with the thermometer was not sanitizing the device before use and it sat in a unsterile area. Once I asked her to sanitize the device another young lady chimed in Not only was rude but really had no purpose but to fuss at me because I told the girl to sanitize the device before placing it on my forehead. Needless to say the online ordering process is basically useless as I waited outside for 30 minutes to be seen for an express pickup! I feel this is egregious because I have done the same online ordering process with other dispensaries during the COVID-19 situation and there was no lines! only 10 people In the lobby and sales floor! a person opening the door for every patient so multiple were not touching the door! While being checked out for my purchase I counted 8 people on the sales floor. 6 in the lobby as a girl holds the door for people and about 20 patients scattered in the parking 6ft apart waiting for their name to be called.
