When Mike called me in he was very professional for the start. He asked me my needs and proceeded to help me. The place was very clean and well organized, all of my questions were answered and I got what I needed. I will return back to Oasis in the near future.

Good nugs but unreasonably hi prices. Was misled on first time patient deal too, bought "private reserve and only got 55 off so instead of buy one get one it is buy one get up to 55 off 2nd. Prices too hi on edibles also compared to others around. Spent more for higher thc and bought 6 gummy peach rings for $50 and concentrate was all over packaging not peach rings. 💩Stopped sending text updates/specials also.

This place truly disappointed me, I drove 30 miles and it was my first time in a actual shop because they carried a item I needed but I could have gone to two other places that had the brand of cartridge. I came in I didn't wait after handing and letting them scan my card but after that my experience should have been pleasant. I went behind the doors I should have been able to look around and take my time I went over to the desk where it seemed like she was connected to the hip to me like I was being rushed and that felt uncomfortable and so I just stayed out at the weed section cuz I glanced over behind and saw there's some glass and edibles over back there but just seemed like she needed me gone and when i finally knew she wasn't going anywhere I bought somethings I knew I was gonna do for sure to get her off my back I found out the advertisement for the first patient special is a lie its specific to only 8ths and hash oil and only them adjacent together not even combined it clearly reads buy 55$ worth get 55$ of store credit pretty much you should probably change that better for the people who read things literal. I told the lady I wanna pay for the 2 cartridges and I'll take a pre roll to see where my money flow is at then I'll buy some more stuff then I got my change back and a couple minutes later i pull out my phone and she's like "so are you done" who says that kind of shit? Disrespectful and I've been to prison glad it was a woman working. This is customer service? I told her I'm looking now at your menu on leafly cause you literally have no prices on anything in this place and I'm not gonna be that guy asking a million questions cuz you obviously don't want me here and are on a strict time limit with people in that room cuz I didn't spend more then 10 minutes in there and more then 5 feet of walking distance and felt very rushed and like a number not a person and the weed is so expensive it's like the 80's catch up to the 2017 prices I'm in no way disrespectful but I'm a honest critic but you guys are giving a bad name to the cause, and quality has no difference in the price as far as I saw and as long as I been buying medical marijuana in the valley your taking advantage of people while being rude. But I did enjoy my free cartridge wish my experience was way different. Probably will never go back because of the disrespect I was shown I went in wanting to spend all my money left with half of it.

Everything looks great in the store and the merchandising is fine as can be. I was so surprised that for the second time, when I got the product home, I was disjointed. I advise trying a small amount of what you want and try it at home before buying big. You will avoid losing out on dusty moldy tasting product that must simply be thrown out (cost me $140, but no deal when it is poor product). Some other strains they have are fine but you just never know, (is smelled right and looked right, but tasted bad with mold or mildew). I cannot afford to lose medicine money, so I will not be able to return.

I hadn’t been in for a long time due to previous bad customer service experiences, however I was in the area and decided to give it another chance and I am glad I did. Justine was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. One of the best bud tenders I have had anywhere. The gal at the front desk (red head) was also super friendly and pleasant. The prices on their Diamond tier is competitive (prices everywhere went way up with recreational) and the quality seems great. I will definitely be coming back.

I enjoy coming here! Alan today was amazing! He had really great information and was very knowledgeable on product! As for the product at this location I have not been disappointed. They are always stocking more products. Everything is always great! Clean atmosphere and the air conditioner was cranking which made my short wait as a recreational patient better! Thank you Oasis Family!

Oasis was my go to for about a year, they had awesome flower sales every week and pretty good flower too. Now they have sales on one strain instead of tiers and they carry zero premium strains. The same grower on the silver tier is also on the diamond tier. The prepacked flower that is actually good is up to $60 now with zero sales. It simply doesn't make sense to shop here.

This is the only dispensary I shop at, and for good reason too! They have great service, great weed, and they prioritize medical patients! Express ordering is usually what I do, and they are very fast with preparing the order. I'm usually out of there in 15 minutes! Definitely recommend!

They cancel your order without telling you why, when they can just send you a text to say why. Most places do. This was my last time trying to order from here. Pretty crappy service. If you don't have the product, just ask and see if they could substitute it for another one if thatsthe case, but rather cancel it and not say why.

Oasis continue to sell defective Stizzy products despite knowing they are defective. Avoid Stizzy full gram pods at all costs. Do not buy stizzy products here. The stizzy carts are spitting distillate into your throat when you smoke them. Been happening coming for a few months to full gram pods and Stizzy has admitted the issue yet zen continues to distribute the defective product. Food Stizzy
