The staff at Oasis is super great, friendly, and I enjoy my time there each visit. Jesse is exceptional and always handles my visit very quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor. He remembers what I like and spends time making genuine conversation rather than asking the obvious questions and not wasting time on small talk. Thank you everyone at Oasis!

They do not honor there deals. Drove 30 minutes for them to tell us the deal was yesterday when our order says bogo. The staff unprofessional and could care less. There are much better dispensaries out there, I recommend going to one of those.

I went onto the Story website at about 11:30 pm to view the specials and put in my order. When I went to pick my order up the next day, I was told that all the specials were for the prior day only and had expired. So I had to spend time picking out new items from the new array of specials. If the days' specials were expired, then why did the website let me put my order in? It should not be difficult for your IT group to make those items unavailable. Either that or honor your customers' orders!!!

They cancel your order without telling you why, when they can just send you a text to say why. Most places do. This was my last time trying to order from here. Pretty crappy service. If you don't have the product, just ask and see if they could substitute it for another one if thatsthe case, but rather cancel it and not say why.

Oasis continue to sell defective Stizzy products despite knowing they are defective. Avoid Stizzy full gram pods at all costs. Do not buy stizzy products here. The stizzy carts are spitting distillate into your throat when you smoke them. Been happening coming for a few months to full gram pods and Stizzy has admitted the issue yet zen continues to distribute the defective product. Food Stizzy
