SWC Prescott (Med)

The sevice is great at swc Prescott. i really enjoyed this one employee. i dont know his name but he was vary up to date on the stains information. loved that. but the only issue i have is how dry the Kosher kush was and G.S.C. its sad that it's dry..... But i dig the vibs from this place.and the specials. see ya soon SWC

Placed an online order but had to wait 30 min. anyway! People walking past not social distancing. Shared pens and clipboards. No responsibilty to the current PANDEMIC! Employees are wearing masks. under their noses or not at all. My budtender pulled his down completely to go over the transaction!!! No one is wiping anything down. It's a living petri dish! The bud tender greeted me with "Hey Girl! I'm not some junky! I'm not your chum! Your mate! WTF! I AM 53!!! I am not here to score a dime bag dude! I'm not here for you to impress with your killer moves man! I am her to pick up my MEDICAL marajuana order. Period. I want in and out as quick as possible just like at a pharmacy and I REALLY don't like standing outside the dispensary in broad daylight for over a half an hour to get my online order because you fail to meet CDC guidelines inside your place of business.

I like SWC. They have amazing product lines and great prices on different items. As a member of the monthly club I have had difficulty getting in to get my free monthly product with their very limited hours and my crazy work schedule. my chief complaint...BE OPEN EARLIER and LATER those of us that work cannot make it between 12-6pm. extend the hours or sell your license to a business that is more patient friendly. The quality is top notch and the staff are ok. I miss the former crew they took such great care and had so much knowledge. The budtender I had last did not know the difference between sativa and India and when I asked for Mr. nice select he said ewww and I thought... your editorial about my meds is absolitely unneccessary. Aside from the shitty hours and inexperienced and editorializing staff I give it a solid 4 for quality and the staff who are not douches.

mid-grade flower (with seeds) at premium prices is how it goes when you're the only game in town right? enjoy it while it lasts i guess...

I’m a medical patient. I tried to tell the woman at the front desk that I’m a medical patient and I had an order to pick up. She talked to me like I was a bother. Told me “sit down and we’ll call you when it’s your turn.” 20 minutes later after, the crowed laughing crowed cleared from her post I went up to her and told her I had an order to pick up. She was rude to me again and tried to make it my fault. Training someone was her excuse for being rude and not doing her job. If I had somewhere else to go I would. I’ve had this same experience a few times at SWC.

There was about a 25 minute wait outside to get into the lobby. Then another 10 minutes in the lobby to be called back to the bud tender. The bud tender was nice but not super helpful or informative as a first time rec user. I also found that I was charged for city and county tax as well as state and adult use taxes on my order. I went to the Nirvana Center after my experience here to compare the wait, the cost and service. I waited a little longer at Nirvana Center but had MUCH better service and experience. I was not charged county or city taxes at Nirvana Center, just state and adult use taxes.

I usually like this place except for the last two times I went in they didn't have any flower except for their own kind house flower and if you spend $300 you were supposed to get a free 8 which I did and the guy told me they were no longer doing the free 8 it was only for the morning time and the first time it happened the deal was for every $150 you spend you get one gram of Double Cup batter and they forgot to give me the free gram even though I spent $300 I was supposed to get two after fighting with them on the phone and arguing with them and then calling me a liar and telling me they did give it to me after checking the cameras they realize they didn't so they came back and gave me one instead of two and I should have gotten too because I spent 300 as the lady told me when I called back so not sure if I'll be going to this place too many more times might have to switch to Nirvana in Prescott Valley. Not to mention everyday their prices get raised.

Again, the flower here is dry, smokes harsh, and not even worth what they charge. You may think you are getting a “good deal” but you’re not. Most over dried, under cured flower is this price or cheaper anywhere you go. Time to try and serve up some decent product fellas.

i love swc the tenders are always super helpful and knowledgeable on the products they have....i always expect to spend more and walk out spending like half of what i thought....awesome place

This place is either run by little people on stilts or regular-sized people with really skinny legs but either way they're great!

Folks, if you really think you're being cheated, don't just put a review on Leafly. File a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. Get your own scale and document how much your purchases actually weigh. They would not have this problem if they would weigh bud in front of us like other dispensaries.

SWC is a really nice, spacious dispensary. Staff was friendly and helpful. The guy that helped me recommended The CLEAR and I'm diggin' it. Also, I purchased an 1/8 of Purple Dream - tastes delish, smooth, very relaxing. I love it!

First time at any dispensary and it was the perfect place to go.

It was my first time and A website after his friend new patient special I ask about that three different times and was told there was none for new patients When I return home I again check the website where it said there was specials for new patients buy one get one 50% off plus senior discount which I am a senior Very disappointed that I drove to this dispensary and they did not honor their advertising

I absolutely love this place! Best priced 100mg edibles I've been able to find in Arizona in over 10 years! I seriously wish I had been coming here longer because I could have saved a bit of money. Nowhere have I found wild 100mg edibles for $8! Nowhere. Up in flagstaff you'd be luck to get edibles for $13. But this place really values their customers and doesn't charge crazy prices just because they can, and I really respect that. The staff are always so kind and knowledgeable. And they're actually very welll staffed! I get out in about 15 minutes because they have so many people working here. It's honestly amazing! All in all, I wish I came here from Flagstaff when I was living there, but especially if you're in the prescott area, this is the place you want to go to.

Very dry meds. Weed that has to be sitting on there shelves for months. Customer service was very poor regarding the dry flower I bought along with a battery for my pen that never worked. They told me I couldn't get a refund when I purchased it an hour ago. I am in the industry so I just wanted to give a fair warning out to the people in Prescott or visiting... This is very poor dispensary
