This has to be the worst place I've ever been for my Meds! The selection is horrid,the pricing system is confusing, and the quality abysmal. Choose your Meds from behind 2 layers of glass in a tiny container with a single bud in it, and HOPE the pre weighed out package they give you at least looks "similar". Past 3 visits have resulted with weak Meds that smells like it was shipped in a hay bale. I could go on but won't waste more time, suffice to say DON'T shop here. Go Anywhere else...Anywhere!

So sad, I can't say I would recommend SWC to anyone anymore. I have been a patient of SWC since my 1st med card in Phoenix 5 years ago and have left previous positive reviews however things have changed. My experience today was the worst experience I've ever had with a dispensary as a med patient. Your guard was very rude and told me to stand in line even with a med card, I stood in line for an hour with all the rec users smoking cigarettes which I have severe Asthma and COPD (should I have stepped out of line, loosing my place to find somewhere to breath)? I just had surgery yesterday and have another one (Double Hernia) Monday morning and was instructed to stay off my feet until then, this was my only opportunity to get my meds. I'm very discussed that after paying my medical and State Fees to carry a med card only to find myself in line with recreational users for and hour. What happened to caring so much for us medical patients?

SWC Flower already isn’t the best, so to raise the price of some eighths to $50 with tax, even for the MEDICAL patients, is a shame. Hoping more stores open in Prescott, as just having two stores leads to these unreasonable prices for bland flower. The stores know they can charge it, with little regard for their customers. If you’re going to spend the money, I recommend taking your business to Phoenix until better stores open in Prescott.

As someone in the industry- I am extremely embarrassed for you guys. You have a security guard at the door telling med patients that they do not get prioritizes at all- not even in the lobby. You might want to have a chat with him because I know that is against all policies you are forced to comply with. If you do prioritize inside still- you really need to have a Patient Line, and a separate Rec Line. We live in a retirement community and it broke my heart seeing my elders who are clearly in pain, with canes and walkers- standing outside in the snow for 2.5-3 hours. And then to find out the ridiculous price gouges for mid-grade flower and concentrates. This is abhorrent to us all. Step it the F up.

Wow, way to cash out you guys. You can't even keep a current menu on your website always claiming that you don't have control of it... That's a stupid excuse, figure out your website. Also, could you fix the exit door? Like seriously you guys should be able to at least fix your doors. This is ridiculous.

I have hesitated to leave a mediocre review. I thought sometimes it takes a bit to get things organized under new management. First off, the staff have always been and still are very kind and personable and have treated me as a equal. I have had some unpleasant parking situations to say the least. I sat there for 45 mins waiting for them to open and another 15 mins only for them to come out and say that they could not print out receipts for some reason and they were going to have to close down temporarily. The flower is getting better in quality but is a lot more expensive than surrounding dispensaries. The supply and variety of refill syringes has been very limited the last three months. I've left 2-3 times not able to get what I really wanted to get due to being out of stock. I guess the topper that inspired this review is I've been out of town for the last two weeks and they had been saying they will be done with temporary hrs soon. I figured I would call before I drove to the dispensary and make sure they were open. I called a few minutes before 10:00 A.M. And got their message that says they opened @10:00 a.m. So I drive there and go to the door and they are closed? They still have the temporary hrs taped to the door that says open @ 12:00. It seems it's been 3 months since the temporary hrs have been implemented and you haven't changed your message on the answering machine with the new hrs? Otherwise the staff is friendly and I will probably go back only because it's the only one in Prescott. I'm hoping they really change their temporary hrs and figure out the parking situation!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with SWC. I had filled three of SWC's "Patient Rewards Cards" that promised $5 off on my next visit. I was looking forward to redeeming them on this, my next visit to Prescott. I was informed that rewards are tracked on the computer now, and they no longer use the cards. Surely my points were dutifully recorded during the change over, right? WRONG! I'm S.O.L.!
After spending $300 at the Tempe and prescott locations they would not give me even partial credit.
REALLY? SWC can't even drop a G of the cheap strain?
In the past their bud was good, but I find this BAIT AND SWITCH tactic unethical, and no longer will extend my trust or business with SWC.

I ordered a 1/4 of a certain type of MMJ. The clerk repeats my order correctly yet puts the wrong strain in the white bag. He rings up the order, again correctly repeating what i ordered. i pay for the order, leave and when i get home i find that he has put the wrong cannisters of MMJ in the stapled bag. Called the store immediately but it was 4 minutes after 6pm. and what does SWC Prescott do after hours? they pick up the ringing phone and hang up. time after time. no answering machine, nothing. what a classy place. emailed management and asked that they contact me. we'll see if they bother to try to contact me and resolve this issue. I'll update this post in a few days.

I am very disappointed that the only way to place an online order is to give my medical card AND state ID to a sketchy third party service that openly sells all your information for money. If I may quote from their policy, "We may also disclose your information to unaffiliated third parties for advertising and marketing purposes. Over the last twelve (12) months, Jane has sold the following categories of personal information to third parties: commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, and geolocation data." This also includes my state ID, which I find unacceptable and horrifying. Since they are not responsible with what said third parties do with my data, I consider it an UN-safe website to trust with my personal information. Not really a fan of having my state ID hacked and used in identity theft... This is gross.....

I have been going to this dispensary for years and am not overly thrilled with it. Mediocrity seems to be their way of working. They do not strive to be a great dispensary or to have great workers here. And forget about great budtenders...these are people who are just working a job for the pay and they could care less about what they are doing or who they are talking to. They don't care about truly being helpful because the know very little about MMJ or it's uses.
The wait times are outrageous here, why do we have to sit and wait 45 minutes to an hour??? Why do you have such weird times to be open, can't you open at 9 am like other dispensaries? It is very INCONVENIENT to have to work around the times they are open.
I go here because there are not many choices in the area, for good deals and great budtenders, you have to go to the valley or head up to Cottonwood and Sedona. I don't know why this dispensary is so blah and odd but it is. There is a lot of room for improvement!! Be more welcoming to your older patients! Be kind to those of us with severe health problems, we are here for medications, not for recreational usage!!! It seems that most of the "patients" who come here are young men who appear as if they are perfectly healthy with no issues at all.
I have been here needing a heavy indica and they have had very little to choose from, with only one indica offered and it was not very good. Have a better selection and keep your stock up! Don't keep running out of things!
I cannot truly recommend this dispensary and only come here because there is no other choice, except Nirvana, and that is more of a party dispensary than any I have ever seen.

I just stood in line outside, and was finally allowed inside only to find 3 people were not wearing a mask. WTF!!
There is no proper ventilation to begin with. I asked for my ID back so I could leave. On the way out there were 3 more standing in line without masks. Totally disgusted by the experience and their lack of concern. I shall never repeat it again. The only game in town and they can't even get it right.

Nice facility. Continuously Very old dry bud. It's terrible!! My bad for going back!! Every strain I try is very dry & old. I'm done with SWC. THey know they have an issue with very old flower & choose to sell it anyways.

Want to wait in line for an hour and spend twice the valley price for pre packed product that tops out at about 17% Then this is the place for you! Like paying $15 for a preroll that isn’t even a gram? They got you covered. Thank gods we can just grow our own now until they get some competition.

the only good reviews they got here is because the people that give 5 stars get a discount but there is no way this place can get more then 1 star on merit. Between the high prices that can not justify the low quality of product and the absolutely rude staff , even 1 star is too much . Your better off driving to Phoenix or anywhere else then to stop here. Last time I gave it a shot I wasn't even allowed in and it was 6:01 p.m.. i respect people's time and respect the working hours , but apparently they have so much business that they dont respect other people working hours. I called ahead also. Never will I ever step a foot in this place. Don't waste your money here . There are better options around

i have to say the front desk staff was extremely fiendly and the flower was very nice; however not as good as in prescott valley at vavapai dispensary.

My budtender was much less than excited to be there, the quality of the flower is not worth the prices, and the paid membership system is a joke. If you are looking for somewhere to go, go to yavapai herbal.
