You have disgusting Marijuana. Your product nearly all smelled of the same nutrient line. What ever actual smelled like terpenes was bad sensi reg, and it nothing related to the label on the jar. I would rather have good consimilla than this crap! And all that talk about loud smells on your website? You can't even match the last bag of brick I had! I never smelled no freaking hydroponic chemicals from mexican reggie! Az your weed in widely unsmokable! Why are people buying this stuff?

Easy access, polite employees, knowlegable of their products, helpful in educating the uninformed.

After being at numerous dispensaries in AZ, this is one of the better ones. They have great discounts for Veterans but unlike others, they will give your discount AND honor any specials they advertise. They are very warm but professional. Large, clean waiting room with friendly front desk personnel. Knowledgeable personnel without being short or snooty. In fact they are eager to answer questions. I REALLY like the way this dispensary doesn't seem paranoid and treat people like potential robbers or worse yet, treat you like they think you are working for the state to find infractions. They have quality products at a reasonable price with occasional specials that really help out us disabled Veterans. See you next month my new friends!

the quality of the medicine has increased a whole lot since i first came here.

The flower is the driest I've ever purchased in 3 years. I recently purchased NY Diesel which Normally has a distinct lemon or citrus flavor. This Dispensaries NY Diesel tastes exactly like Blue Dream.

Very professional!! Great service!! They were wonderful dealing with all the patients today. I have my medical card. I called then I put my order in on line at home and it was ready in ten minutes. Went to pick up, easy told Security guard then gentleman with camo mask said it would be a couple of minutes wait, maybe two minutes then I was taken in and I waited maybe five minutes. I was taken back my medication was ready and was correct, I paid. Went home, wonderful experience no stress!!! Special thanks to security guard and gentle man in camo mask, your awesome!! Thank you all!!

They’re all such intelligent budtenders

Straight out of the gate the guard was cool, then the clerk to scan your medical card was cool. After a brief wait, because this staff is highly efficient, as I have now learned over the last year. There are 3 people I want to give a shout out to...2 of em, no name, a beautiful blonde girl and also a slender white guy maybe 30. glasses, tats, and sandy blonde hair. These 2 are kick ass. And that's what brings me to the dude I do remember his name, Christian. Je and that beautiful blonde lady helped me with a combination that I never had before. This combo dialed in pain relief for a busted up body as well as handling my severe PTSD. These cats are great. Knowledgeable and simply cool as hell. Great place. Great people. Always scope the deals before ya go. And always ask your budtender if any in store deals. Just go there and be happy immediately!

this is the best dispensary for sure friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. not a fan of parking lot but that tells you how great they are.

SWC Prescott is my shop of choice. The employees are knowledgeable and patient. They answer all of my questions in a way that lifts me up as a patient, and don't belittle the silly stuff I don't know. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on.

I was very uneasy and awkward my first visit but Jesse helped me to feel comfortable and at ease with my lack experience. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad that it was "SWC" for my very first experience with a medical marijuana dispensary.

I have not been to this dispensary in a few months....apparently you have a new system, that did not transfer any records . My Id is currently expired and due to Covid , I can not get a new one until my appointment with the mvd in mid November. So I placed an order online ( with no mention that I needed an id that is not expired, never mind the fact that your 3rd party ordering website asked me for a pic of the id and nothing was mentioned ) only to get to the receptionist ...fill out a new form and then.told I can not purchase my pre order.... very upsetting. I was returning to this dispensary because of the good deals that you have been having , but I guess I’l continue to travel to Prescott Valley dispute living 1/2 mile away .

Way too sterile of an environment for me. Was also there way too long for how dead it was & how much staff was present. The flower is subpar. Sorry y’all. Won’t be back.

This was my first time in a dispensary and was a bit nervous. They were so friendly and helpful. So glad this is so close to me. I love this place!

The employees of this establishment (SWC) are friendly as well as competent and helpful. A person can get better buys with the discounts that are available at certain times. Two negatives about the place would be the fact that the product is pre-measured -which might save time- however; the product is sometimes not as fresh as it could be. Also, the flower product comes in many little plastic bags which are hard to open for someone like myself with hands that don't function properly or someone with arthritis. The plastic squeeze bottles are much better.

SWC is the best dispo in town! Great products, sweet deals, and good vibes.
