If you have a medical card, go to NTI in Milan. Terrace Cannabis is NOT a medical dispensary, and they do not allow you to get ANY deal they offer AND use your medical card. You have to choose one or the other. Which basically negates having the medical card you paid for. NTI allows you to take advantage of their deals AND still use your medical card. HUGE benefit for medical card patients to go to NTI for a waaaay better deal.

This dispensary advertised, "Deals". For example company X is 40% off. They also advertise "30% off of your total order" for Medical Card holders. This has never been a problem. Today, I stopped by the ATM knowing what my total should be. Now they say I cannot use my medical card discount for my total order. I must choose between the two. I spoke with the greeter as I left without choosing between. She didn't care, looked at me like I was just another bug on the windshield. I now will be going back to NTI where I know the price listed on Leafly is accurate. Leafly is going to get a bad reputation if the price you see on their website was just a gimmick to get customers to the dispensary. Up until now, Leafly has been a fantastic tool. Because I had about half of the actual price in my pocket. Made to look like a fool.

Prices are bad as natures treatment. I suggest you take the 3.5hr drive to Michigan and load up. I haven’t spent and money in Illinois in a while and save a TON of money. They only charge us this much because they can. They know the people In the Quad Cities are holding on to some nice coins because there’s literally nothing to do around here except smoke, so they’re taking a vantage of that. Save money and take a trip.

Prices don't include taxes I could have gotten more for cheaper 5 minutes away at nti if I had known taxes weren't included winded up paying $30 more than advertised smh

The quality was kinda mid tbh, the service was boring and my budtender just looked like they wanted to not be there, I didn’t know everything was pre taxed so I had to run out and get more money. So disappointing tbh. Said they had sales but with tax added it only took $2 off tbh . Will never come here again. NTI is so much better

the other reviews say it all. you're best bet is nti... at least until more dispensaries open and we start getting some competitive prices.

So I went to their opening was disappointed I had already logged into their loyalty program first issue I got no points they told me save your receipt LOL second thing was a surprise it's when I looked on them website I know what I want grab my money and go enjoying my dream memory get there to find out everything's pre-tax tax prices LOL bummed out I'll give him some time won't be back anytime soon maybe they'll get streamlined caught up didn't get everything I went for bummer

I am a medical cardholder and assumed it mattered like at NTI in Milan, but it doesn’t and as a result of that…I’ll never do any business here again! I was told by a security guard to go back outside and get in line, even though I was there for an online pickup. I had been there for online orders in the past and was ALWAYS told to go ahead to the front of the line,, but having a medical card means absolutely nothing here compared to the treatment received at NTI…Milan is definitely the lesser of two evils and I just want to spread the word to save anyone else such a slap in the face.

went there for 7 grams got screwed over and sold me a 8th of the same bud even though on the app it said 42 for 1/4 of bud will be making a complaint an contacting the corporate company will not go here again

Didn't let me know that the taxes were not included till I got there 15$ on a 60$ bag

Went in and got ripped off for a 300mg disposable ($37 after tax) and it didn’t even work. I called to see if I could return and exchange it, and after being put on hold the lady on the phone told me I had to email them a picture of the receipt and of the product for them to have “on file” and call them back. I asked her if I’d be willing to come back in today and exchange if I did that and she said yes. She even told me they had someone do it in the parking lot one time. I emailed the pic and called back, where another woman answered and had to go find the woman I previously talked to. Finally got her on the phone and she then told me the person who “looks at the emails” wasn’t in that day and I’d have to wait 24-48 hours before getting a refund/exchange. So not only did she lie, but this all happened in less than hour of my original visit. They made no attempts to make it right and weren't helpful whatsoever. If you value your time and money, go anywhere else.

Pricing makes no sense. On days that a product is 20% off, I pay more because I use a med card and my 30% discount cannot be stacked. Some budtenders don't know how to use the computer and run prices without going into the back and getting it. They have a draconian anti cellphone policy so if you have to wait and want to browse the menu on your phone, think again because they are super worried you might take a picture inside for some reason. They also think that paper bags are required by state law, which I'm pretty sure has been debunked time and time again, seems silly to get a giant bag for a pre-roll I am putting in my pocket. All these things can be easily fixed. Hopefully they do because it's nice facility in a convenient location.

I cannot say anyhing about quality since I did not buy anything. They are still very early and have a VERY limited selection. The staff seem great and the atmosphere is SO much better than the way NTi does things. It is nice to not feel like a criminal just to buy some cannabis. It is more like walking into any retail and buying something. The one negative other than stock issues which should get better is that prices are pretax and in my opinion is going to cause some buyers to have sticker shock that they were not accounting for as taxes are HIGH and not sure what Moline is adding to the mix. I have high hopes for this and the other dispensary opening in Moline as I hate giving my money to corporate stores with millionare owners.

Austin is an amazing budtender and always a smiling face! He always shows you kindness and truly cares! He is absolutely one of a kind!

The facility is nice and the products are the exact same as any other dispensary. I don’t like that taxes aren’t added in on the menu or when ordering online. I think that is VERY deceiving. I also think this dispensary is very overpriced and never has good deals. NTI has specials every day.

I made an online order last week after extensive comparing prices and strains I chose two that were on sale and had good reviews. I calculated the tax since it doesn’t show tax on prices and made sure I took enough money. I get there to pick it up and the items I ordered did not ring up as a sale price as it was listed. I was in a hurry and still purchased something different, but do prefer NTI or the Dispensary. They’re much more straightforward so there’s no guesswork on price and I’ve never had an issue with not being honored with a sale price if that’s what the menu says online.

They over charge even after you put it in leafly. Really lame.

Who checks the harvest date when you buy flower? Anybody? Terrace in Moline doesn't either. They sell flower that is a year old. Home grown cured in a jar for a year might be good, but the tunnelvision/Ascend "Joyride" was NOT. Very NOT. And they never have enough staff. You read it here, I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER NICKLE AT TERRRACE.

Newer, better products and great service! I've been a fan of the competition in town for years and when competition came to town, it allowed price competition. Many of the staff came from the other location and they appear to be absolutely thrilled with the new place.
