The Dispensary - East Dubuque

It has been a repeated pleasure to patron the dispensary in East Dubuque. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming during my visits. Product knowledge is offered freely and patiently — even enthusiastically. My last visit included an exceedingly pleasant encounter with Alecea, whom proudly conveyed all of the wonderful experiences I expressed above from the past as well as an inspiring display of leadership and training to fellow employees immediately nearby. Really looking forward to future visits.

Truly, truly a wonderful shop, start to finish. Never a long wait, always super well educated and friendly bud tenders, and the manager Josh is absolutely 120% devoted to customer care and loyalty! Definitely worth a stop in!

Sometimes they get overwhelmed and one has to wait both outside and inside. However, the managers come out and actively engage in ways to reduce the wait and accommodate with positive attitudes and general politeness. I have service dogs and they have dog treats on hand, so my dogs also enjoy the visit. Keep in mind that the prices are mostly tax. The state only cares about the revenue weed produces; so that’s just life. I do like that they post the price tax inclusive. In places like Colorado with 7 different tax lines, one has no idea how much one has to spend till it’s all totaled. They also do not accept credit cards or debit. Many other states have found ways to go around the law by using 3rd party processing companies (legal money laundering-basically); I do not know if Illinois would allow that service. It would be nice; atms forces one to take out more money than desired. All in all. A nice place.

Been to East Dubuque dispensary many times, my last time the weight looked a little iffy but the Mclovin rocked so I overlooked the possible weight loss. Thursday I went in, purchased an eighth of London pound mint. Looked short again, weighed on my scale. 3.22g. I tared and tried again. 3.23g, and the bud was so dry it turned into a kief like powder. 75$ for that?! , and the high was ehhh. Trying one more time today.

The aren't being deceptive with their prices. Prices on the menu includes tax. Galena doesn't do that. Everyone is awesome

Everything we bought was great EXCEPT the cartridge we bought from there (at more than twice street price for half the product) turned out to be defective. Tried it on several batteries. Don't buy carts from here. I'd still buy from them, but not the cartridges. Too much money for a defective cart.

Let’s say I am in the “experienced side” . The reception is nice clean and prices are easilt seem displayed. Staff is always cool. Location is pretty good. The Downsides are not the dispensaries fault. This being said. I won’t state the obvious but I will note, you can’t look at your product before purchase. That means sometimes it’s hit and miss when purchasing flower or pre rolls.

Really liked this place. Great selection and they have multiple screens in the lobby to help you choose before you go in the back. Service was fast and friendly

Same quality as colorado pretty much nice staff and nice building fast service and best weed I smoked in a while

Legit as it gets for IL rec. Fair prices for IL, awesome loyalty rewards. My go to; Has a great relationship w/ all IL cultivators and aren't owned/affiliated with any corporate cultivators incentivized to push certain brands. EX: Matter= verilife, GTI = Rise ETC. Highly recommend to check it out.

Excellent budtender every time. It's like weed shopping with a friend. Bad luck with several Joos vape pens, but overall, products are great. Way better than sterile, khaki-wearing Galena. Blah. Noise can be a problem at times.

The staff is always great. great selection of both flower and concentrates. Much preferred over the nearby competition. Also love that all the taxes are included in the shown price.

The last 3 Aeriz flower products I've bought from this location have been full of seeds. When I reached out to get a replacement I was basically told it was my fault for choosing smalls since it's a "value" brand. Maybe don't carry defective products?

My boyfriend and I were very impressed with not only the products, but our whole experience and environment. We were greeted with a happy and helpful secretary. Jess was our rep who helped us during our visit to find the best products for our individual needs. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the products offered and the full menu. There's A LOT to choose from and she shared with us a great list of limited supply items. We will definitely be back again and request Jess to help us every time! She clearly cared about her work and her customers. Her passion shined through with her service! We highly recommend this dispensary!

Usually pretty busy so I go expecting to wait (15-20 minutes at most), but they move folks through quickly. Always happy with service and selection.

Great Staff Great selection of products. Always have great deals on products, and very convenient to travel to.

Went back and was helped out by Tabitha and Aleeca. Once again another great experience they were both friendly and informative. Tabitha talked me into getting some Cheetah Piss (lemon cake) and it’s been well worth going with the 1/8th. Aleeca recommended the Marsh Mellow Treat and I gotta say definitely Mellowed me out, I also ate about a whole pizza prior and again after but that’s another story . Looking forward to stopping back out again
