$93 a gram for terps on the rocks?! Go kick rocks! You can literally get sauce for no more than $55 a gram at places that sell sauce ! AT MOST $55 a gram! Ridiculous price and I hope you guys have never weaseled anyone into buying that! That’s just not cool! Bet it doesn’t really sell, I promise it’s not selling!

so many things wrong. first off, donation mins. are way too high!!! i got their gdp and was so upset. not only was none of the 1/8 purple, but i smoked the whole thing in one sitting. made me feel like a typical pothead. the pre roll was nice but same quality:/(kryptonite) i wont go here again...

Not sure where my review went but I’ll post it again in short. The trimming is awful & the weed burns black since I’ve started coming here end of Nov beginning Dec. The fact it is owned by a female means nothing to this place. They still cut corners & bs product just men that own dispensaries also. Very disappointed b/c I really tried to give this place a chance. Even the consultant lied saying their Kong was better trimmed & Better batch but it wasn’t & this was 2 weeks ago b4 they moved to new facility. See the reviews for the new facility & unfortunately I am in agreement. Will not be returning b/c it is sad that the weed is burning black & the trimming is awful. Women lie men lie numbers don’t. ✌🏻

Sadly today will be my last day visiting the giving tree. I had a horrible experience. It went smooth up until I went to check out, at that point it all went South. I had purchased a large order that was already pre-bagged and the person at the register asked if I wanted her to verify what was in the bag. As I was spending nearly $300 I did. She gave me an attitude and after verifying the first bag asked again if I wanted her to verify the second. At this point I had a line of people behind me saying that they wish they were my friend and they could go home with me. I didn’t feel safe leaving dispensary and had it been nighttime I would’ve walked out and not purchased what I went for. I had her recount the bag as I originally asked and I will not go back again. It’s sad the giving tree used to be one of my favorite dispensaries but since we have gone recreational I’ve stopped going to dispensaries very often. The service has really gone downhill and the giving tree is no exemption to the statement. It was a sad day for me

I stopped coming here a while cause I found a roach in one of my concentrates. Came back cause they had a really sweet deal on pre rolls, and they shorted me hardcore on that deal. Not worth coming to this dispo.

I recently purchased a ounce of the Kimbo Kush, which looked good in the packaging but smelled like grass clipping when I open it. I was so disappointed after sending $220.00 for the flower. weed should smell good not like I was out mowing the lawn.

I have been a long time GT patient. I started purchasing my products at their first location and eventually became a regular, making sure to rep them every chance I got because their professionalism, customer service and energy of their store truly set them apart from the rest. I sadly can no longer state they are the “best” dispensary out there. I had collected thousands of rewards points over the years, saving them up so I could one day use them for a large batch of my favorite flower there, Deathstar. Since entering their new location I have been told there systems have changed and my points would take time to access them. I provided my contact information to one of the the managers and was told I would be called. I never was. That was months ago. I totally understand they are busy and changing managing systems can be difficult. So, giving the full benefit of the doubt, I went back and tried speaking with another manager. She was dismissive and defensive when I spoke with her. Said she didn’t have time to try accessing my information at the time because “as [I] could see, [theyre] really busy now. They are now ALWAYS busy due to recreational users. I let her know I understood but was also disappointed since I had already been promised to be called. She said she couldn’t do anything for me now, provided her name and again promised to contact me. It has been over a week and I have still not been contacted. This is tremendously disappointing. Clearly now they have changed their serving model, opened to recreational users and changed their teams, they no longer really value their patients. I no longer even feel like a patient but now feel like a customer. Once you’ve paid, you’re no longer of value. The illusion of their prime customer service is just that and sadly, this will prevent at least this MMJ patient from returning. Fool me once, ya know. My previous review from years past, I now retract. If you are a recreational user that wants decent product and an ok price, sure this could work for you. In and out, not really a quickie but you’ll get your rocks off. I personally have higher standards. We are no longer kindred.

(Deer Valley) Have visited about 10-12 times since GT has opened. When they had first opened their meds were fantastic with prices extremely too high. 400-440$ ounces? I dont think so, especially with a couple other dispensaries prices.. This makes me sick because the meds I grow (and now have to stop growing at the end of december because of this place in particular) blow each and every strain they have ever had (The old frankenberry, tangerine, and original Cannadential were fantastic ill give them that). However, as a grower, I can tell the neglect and carelessness the plants had been given. I can also tell the "indoor" meds I was sold were most definitely OUTDOOR. Looks and taste give that one away. They need to hire new growers or at least hire someone that can teach the current growers what nutrients and nutrient schedules are. Since opening, I have noticed a steady and disappointing decline of quality in GT's meds. The cure is now half-assed, they are extremely skimpy on nutrients, they plants were begging for food. So much actually that the growers harvested the plants early because the plants had been loosing color (This is caused when the plants are deprived of food and begin to take the stored nutrients from leaves that you're suppose to leave until the last couple weeks) I know this as a fact because half of the pistils on the buds are still white. Meaning the plant had not fully matured when it was harvest. This leads to prematurely developed trichomes, meaning very decreased thc content. Like mentioned before, after they first opened the meds were trimmed properly, fresh, moist, cured properly, and of much higher quality. My last unfortunate complaint is of the bud tenders. The two I absolutely love is the middle aged blonde lady, she is very sweet and was always extremely happy to help. And the bigger boned (please do not take as offensive the dude is super cool) guy, he is always awesome and fun to work with; loves to chat with patients and gives off a very caring-vibe. Now for the negative part. About the bald guy with gauges, wears the fedora looking hat. I went awhile refraining from posting anything bad about the guy. The first bad experience I thought maybe he just had a bad day. The second time, I thought maybe a bad 2 weeks? But nope 3,4,5th time this guy needs to have something brought to light. First off, the guy is pretty rude. Walking in, he looks right at me "hey hows it goin" Then looks right back at his computer not acknowledging me until I ask for something. Does not ask anything on a personal level to build any type of relationship, and when I asked about combining a discount I got a rude response as if I was asking him to just give me free stuff. "You want me to do both of them..???" Like damn right, with as much as I have spent there. It's not coming out of his pocket (or anyones really with prices like they charge) 330 for stuff you can get from 250 at other dispensaries. And the 400 dollar ounces are an easy 320-340 anywhere else. I think thats enough ranting for now. Ill be back once more to use my 40$ credit and probably wont return. GT better change something because the competition is now having me drive 50 minutes south (40 minutes south of GT, meaning I drive right past them) Pros: A few of the people there are great. Friendly, caring, and fun to work with. Location is fantastic, Very safe and convenient. Cons: Read all above In short: Prices, people, product. The big the P's. 2/5 2/5 2/5

This used to be my GO TO Dispensary BUT NO LONGER! The management changed, the service and quality changed for the worse. House blends are dry and overpriced. You wait forever for someone to come and take your order THEN wait again to pay. Tons of staff standing around but no one helping customers. The final stray was the waiting. I love MINT now!

Ever since my first visit I have loved this place, once they had their own strains, the quality went through the roof, and they no longer are relying on outside growers so they always have high quality stuff now. The staff rocks and are very polite. No buttheads here. :) Is the only place I really go to anymore. Keep on keeping on Ladies and gentlemen of the Giving Tree, you have a my loyalty.

I have been in the past,But your suggested donations are going up.And don't tell me your in line with other shops.THAT'S BULLSHIT go on line and see for your self. I live three miles away and would drive twenty miles out of my way,just so u wont take my cash.Just set good donation rates.

This was my first visit here and I am a medical patient. Check in was easy and the desk person was very nice and pleasant. In my opinion and based from other dispensaries in the area, their process needs refining. You check in and then you are free to look around as a sales person with a tablet will come to you and help you with you with your order. Once you have completed your order, you a free to look around again while they process your order and then call you for payment. My preference is to have one tender handle your transaction instead of the 2-3 - there is alot of waiting around. Today, I was somehow overlooked, not in the system, whatever. I did sign in, I did give my cards to the person who took copies of them, I did wander around for a good amount of time. They took the person behind me (who I was with) and the next two, one of the sales people finally came to me and asked if I had been helped. When I said no - she then showed me 3 pictures on her tablet and asked if I were any of them - really? If they can't look - at a picture and see it is or is not me, how will they know the right person - let alone Im not too thrilled having my pic/name being shown to others. I was none of those. I was asked again for my ID and card because there had to be a system error. Since the person I came with (who is recreational)was waiting to check out and now a line has formed, I declined to have my information re-inputted and wait yet again. I would probably not return to this dispensary - as much as I would like to support local woman owned business. Im sure its great for others based on the reviews, but my experience compared to your competitors did not meet my expectations as a medical patient.
