I regularly shop at Green Planet. They have a large selection, great daily deals, and friendly employees, like Spencer. I highly recommend this shop! :o)

This store is amazing!!! Knowledgeable budtenders and more varied toys than I have seen anywhere else. Make it a day trip. You wont be disappointed

Simply awesome. Very large store open, plenty of glass on display. TONS of flower for sale as well as a wide variety of edibles and oil cartridges. All of which had easy to find pricing menus. All products had good competitive prices as well as a very helpful staff. I was helped by Shawnta, this budtender went a-bud and beyond to answer all my (first timer) questions. Probably spent a good 15-20 mins attending to just me. Unlike other dispensaries they didnt rush me out, try to upsale or over sell product.. instead all my questions and provided personal insite to particular strains and products and how they reacted with their body chemistry.. All questions were answered in an informative, fun and positive way. I was then rang up by a very laid back dude by the name of Spencer W, he too put out very positive vibes wrapping up the very chill first timer experience. I will certainly be back again due to the wonderful staff, competitive prices and wide product selection.

I’ve been here a few times and each time I have to remind them to their job. As in, apply discounts they clearly have advertising all over the store. The cashier made a big deal about refunding the difference. The budtenders are not attentive and interrupted me several times to talk about the “new girl”. I let greed get the best of me. I won’t be coming back.

Everyone was very friendly and I believe his name was Landon, was a very friendly man. Very thorough and Kinda funny. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Appreciate you guys.

Thank you Joseph for your help. My husband and I only come to this dispensary and wouldn't go anywhere else. Looking forward to our next trip there it's always fun.

Green Planet has great, helpful employees with good information. It also has the best prices on vapes I've found.

Great shop, convenient location with parking. quality product. and a staff that has done their homework. Long time OMMP patient and have visited many dispensaries. Recently purchased a cartridge that quit working. Took it in with the receipt and box and they exchanged it for a new one. Made my day! Check em out....you'll be glad you did.

I have actually reviewed GP once before with al 5 stars, specifically highlighting their tenders and the service they provide. In the last 5 days, I have experienced enough negativity to take the time to review GP a second time, revoking what I had previously said. I am fairly disappointed in my interactions with the 2 different staff members I have spoken with, both who work on the glass retail side of the business. ***Note to people who are purchasing or visiting, the HERBIVORE grinder is flaking off metal shavings into the grounds. I highly suggest NOT purchasing, AT LEAST this grinder. However, if you run into this issue, it will take a marathon to get a lack luster and uncaring response from the staff or manager. After speaking with one guy and then getting hung up on...(yes, he hung up on my boyfriend..) he called back only to go straight to voicemail. I then called, literally seconds later, straight to a employee (perhaps call screening as a business?). The employee that I spoke with was friendly and DID NOT hang up on me, and apologized for his co-worker, and informed me that the inventor manager could handle refunds and to call back on Monday when he was in. I proceeded to call again this morning for about 40 minutes, only to have it go straight to voicemail (screening call?). I ended up calling the dispensary side and was able to get transferred. After a painful 5 minute conversation, where I did the majority of the talking and leading of the conversation, he confirmed that I could bring the grinder in to exchange it. I typically shop here a fair amount (and not that I want to be one of those people who pull one of those cards) BUT needless to say I always have 'points' when I visit. Mind you, I am the type of customer that can be for life or a short while because I believe in a relationship between the business and the customer...how else could GP be listed as #1 on Leafly? However, when that business fails in its relationship, regardless of a conclusion or not, I take into consideration how we got there. GP has rude people on staff and a manager who failed to acknowledge it. Note that I was very polite/calm on the phone and while I can take it back to exchange the product, I am not satisfied considering the inconvenience, cost, and lack of service this grinder has caused me. I feel like it has also shown me, that if you have money to spend at GP, they will treat you wonderfully...however if you mention an issue, you're just another number...not what I had thought of them previously. I am appalled (yes, I said appalled, because literally, I am) and highly disappointed in a company that I previously raved and recommended to friends. If management does read this, I highly recommend working with your staff, specifically managers in regards to customer service, how to retain loyal customers as well as phone etiquette. They may think they're only in the weed business, but they are still in A business and standards do apply, especially in a city with one of the highest number of dispensaries available to the public. And as a business, What REALLY sets you apart from the others? Until customer service is at a higher level, stops at GP should fall into the category of ONLY when necessary. Unless this just happens to be a freak situation, but it seems unlikely.

I have been to this location several times and will continue to do so. The selection of products is amazing. I have had great and informative conversations with different sales reps, but alway enjoy speaking with Jordan.

Moved here from out of state a while back, and this was the first place I found online and visited. Great service and everyone is always super friendly. Willing to drive 15+ minutes to go here for the flower and friendliness! Spencer and Jeremy are awesome dudes who can't wait to sell you something green and sticky. See you soon guys - thanks again!

This is my happy place. Their selection blows my mind. I stand there staring at all the big glass jars like a slack jawed idiot, trying to choose but I want them all! And the goodies here? So many nummy edibles, oils, and CBD products. They even have plants! I mean, could this get any better? It can! Cuz their glass is thee bestest! You need to go here or you'll regret it. Noah & Spence took care of me today and deserve a shout out for their service. The people here give off that- "I'm YOUR kind of person" vibe. They always help me find everything I need. I go here almost every day. And so should you.

This has become my main place to go at all times. Best selection, everything is quality. The inventory is second to none and the staff are nice af. Everyone knows the ins and outs to what your looking for and always has a positive attitude. My main boy is the dubba dub bub glubba hub rub Spencer who always hooks it up and my main girl Shanta with a hard a is the oracle of your content needs. Keep the good work up crew!

Today I found out that my grandpa had died. I walked into the store with tears in my eyes searching for relief and what I found was much bigger than that. The budtenders were so kind and supportive. Not only did they help me find the right medicine but they really gave me the gift of love when I felt it had been taken from me. Thank you Green Planet for restoring my faith in the world. I'm really so grateful for this experience.

Best dispensary in the Portland metro area. Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great rewards system and daily discounts. This place is worth the trip. Some of the best prices, bud, and people in town! #worthit

I always love coming here. On my last visit Landon was so helpful and patient. He’s awesome and he’s the reason my review is 5 stars.

Poor service

I just visited here today for the first time. In the front part of the shop is glass and miscellaneous products, and the back is reserved for cannabis. The two gentlemen working there (in the front section) were very nice and knowledgeable. The guy with long hair was particularly informative and welcoming. Then I went to the back... The customer service there was non-existent. The man barely acknowledged me, gave quick one word answers to my open - ended questions, and showed nothing but rudeness while I was browsing. I'll never come back to this dispensary. Even if you enjoy being mistreated, the quality of the medicine is not worth the trip. It's all about the experience, and this isn't one I would ever recommend.

Absolutely love this dispensary. It is a large well lit clean establishment. From there you have very knowledgeable staff that are amazing at helping you figure out what you need and want, from the timid first timer to the Connoisseur. they are always well staffed and ready to help. There is also a great selection of tools and implements that you would need to go with you purchase.

This shop really has everything. However, with that being said, I wish they would offer more of what I would call “quality mid range wax”.. they have loads of cheap stuff I don’t care for and any cartridges you might need, but only a couple (hardly never changing) flavors from good quality but lower price range extractors like White Label, Willamette Valley, or Oregon Genetics. Basically this shop seems to cater to an average smoker not looking to buy anything specific. If you’re really into bud strains or wax, this probably isn’t the shop for you. Id describe it as the Walmart of dispensaries. They offer some good deals at the right times

First impression "this is for young people" WAIT I'M ONLY 30!.....I guess because all the people loitering (not buying ) about were all alternative scene 18yo young people who did not look happy about life in general .....that grandpa rant aside.... you enter into a vape and glass shop with an impressive selection for its size....after presenting ID, you wait until your name is called... when called you enter a small room with two "budtenders"(if you want to call them that) (only 2 buying parties allowed at a time) there you are free to see and smell the flower selection...the prices on many strains can't be beat. ... however PLEASE POST PRICES! having no prices shown leaves to much room for "funny business" and it is a pain having to ask every time...do your Leafly homework before going to this location for price and strain information, as you will get neither here..the labeling is clean, easy to read and highly informative....they even include your name....they package in the standard pop top bottles (much preferred)....so as long as you know what you're going for and how much it is ....it's a good place to stop.
