From the minute I walked inside this place, I loved the was treated. I felt so welcomed! They offered me a free water bottle and everyone was so professional. I was nervous about visiting this huge building but when I walked inside I was shocked. Great workers, discounts for seniors and veterans which was awesome for me. They had so many different products to choose from, I couldn’t decide. I ended up switching to edibles and I was amazed on how well my body felt. You guys are the real deal! I never want to switch.

From the first time visiting the dispensary, it was welcoming and knowledgeable on benefits of the medicine.. The dispensary is well stocked and have no problem ordering if needed. Their Sales are Phenomenal! I'm getting my relief! Thank you The Herbal Care Center!

This dispensary is like no other I have visited in Illinois. if it wasn't for state laws this would be like being back in CO. staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed. huge selection of both cannabis and non cannabis products. VET OWNED highly recommended. also, they have ample parking, that's crazy in the city.

I have been going here since i got my card ! The old manager was one of my good friends and the staff that is there currently is very nice, caring, and fun to interact with !

A one stop shop must!! This dispensary has it all. Great staff, clean and welcoming environment and of course, excellent products! There are so many options to choose from which, I must admit, can be a bit overwhelming at times. But, not to worry; the staff are so knowledgeable, patient and helpful that it makes the decision making process much easier. The one suggestion I would provide is to display the prices of the products in grams, eighths, ounces, etc. next to or near the actual product. That would make the purchasing experience much easier because as I mentioned before, there are so many options that it can be overwhelming to the consumer. Either way, that won't stop me from coming back to restock :) Lastly, If you happen to come across Rosa (I hope I'm spelling her name right!), consider yourself lucky. I love buying from her. Her overall vibes are so warm and comforting. Plus, she knows her stuff & has great recommendations.

The edibles I got on 420 were so good. And the tacos they had at the location were great.

My ptsd has been severely reduced because of this location. And 420 was fun! Tacos!

I recently moved to the city and needed to find a new dispensary. I chose THC for it's convenient location, but after meeting with the staff and seeing the facility I will not go Anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They answer all my questions and never seem in a hurry to get me out the door. My previous dispensary was not like this. I am fortunate to have found them and will not go anywhere else.

There is never a long wait, the staff is always friendly and helpful and I always enjoy the variety of strains they carry especially the concentrates. It’s always for cost effective too you never leave there thinking you are being ripped off like most places

Since my first visit they treated me with compassion. I love how they greet you with a smile. Been there twice, both times Rosa one of the budtenders have answer all my questions, I always have many and concerns but they make sure that I leave confident and with all my questions answered. I suffer from 8 autoimmune diseases, I feel less inflammation which is great. They're experts on the products they offer. I don't think I could go to another dispensary. I'm so glad I was referred to The Herbal Care Center.

What first stands out is the beautiful facility. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and just as important friendly, you can really tell they have a passion for cannabis and helping patients, and not in a pushy way. The loyalty program is awesome!! I suffer from several medical conditions and cannabis really has helped me cope with my pain. I am starting to feel like my old self again, thank you guys!

As my first time in a dispensary, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect – but my experience could not have been better! It was clean, well organized, and extremely professional. The staff made me feel at ease and genuinely cared – they not pushy at all when it came to buying products. I cannot imagine a better facility or better service anywhere else, and will not be visiting any other dispensaries!

First of all the staff is absolutely amazing the facility is modern spotless and the selection is just unbelievable aboslultely something for everyone.I've never met a nicer bunch of people strictly first class very professional,never been treated better. Thank you and your top notch staff Hunter.
