Zen Leaf - Pilsen (Medical)

Second to none. My visit to The Herbal Care Center was worth every star (and the drive). To start, I am not from the city, so I was worried about parking. They have a huge parking lot which immediately put me at ease. Upon entering the facility, I was in awe of how gorgeous the interior is. It almost feels like a spa! There are shiny, clean, display cases everywhere you look, gorgeous pipes, a coffee & tea bar, and a comfortable seating area with couches and TV's. The staff gave a friendly greeting, and I was off to pick out my product! The selection of products they have is extensive, with multiple cultivators working together to provide the highest quality inventory for their customers. The staff here is also incredibly knowledgable and helpful in picking out the perfect product to help your ailment. They offer private consultation rooms if you want extra privacy in speaking with personnel about what you are looking for or why. They carry sample jars on most products & the staff will also help instruct you on how to use each product to its full potential to maximize the benefits from it without ever coming off as pushy. I loved the one on one attention and service that I received and will definitely be back again!!

This place is well worth the drive! Coming from the southwest burbs, it was easy to get to right off 290 expressway. Their selection and the fact they are open extend hours 7 days a week were two of the biggest reasons why I switched. The waiting room and showroom are absolutely beautiful. I’ve never seen so many different products under 1 roof, LOVE the Mindy Segal Chocolates. The Staff was great, answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The prices are better than the other 4 dispensaries I’ve tried. I loved the sale items too! Thank you THC staff for a comfortable experience.

Place was real nice! I moved to Wrigleyville from CO about six months ago and just got my IL card!! My buddy told me about the huge selection at this place...he was right, they had tons on display! It was cool to see they are on their game with new strains. I think I found my spot...the staff was super chill and hooked me up with a loyalty program too! Puff, Puff

It is the best location

It was my first visit to this center. Great selection and a very knowledgeable staff that was very cool and willing to answer all of my questions that I could not get answered at my other dispensary. Overall, great vibe, great place, great people. Highly recommend.

I found the facility very well organized and a clean showroom. Outstanding customer service, you can tell the staff really cares about their patients. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable for my first time in a dispensary and the first visit discount was a surprise! Their selection was awesome, over 50 different strains. Thanks for the free water bottle for the road, I can't wait to come back

This place has a large selection. You’ll always find what you want. If you’re looking for a good dispensary then don’t look any further and try this place out. They’ll let you come inside and check it out if you have your card. Do it!

Location has a nice full size parking lot. As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by the awesome staff. Very clean and modern. Nice amenities to quench your thirst while you hang out in the lobby. Had some questions that Eddie and Joel answered with no hesitation. A+ service!

The entire place from the big parking lot to the waiting area was very spacious and nice. They had nice couches and huge TVs. The staff is very friendly and helpful in finding the perfect strain for me among the countless strains they have showcases. I was amazed on how different strains they had on display. They made me feel completely comfortable and at home, I will definitely be back to The Herbal Care Center.

The Herbal Care Center is both very professional and fun in the way they do business. The staff is helpful in identifying the right strain you need, especially in finding specific discounts and sample strains. I was also impressed by the fun atmosphere- they had a prize wheel where you can win free product and pipes, free door giveaways, and they even offered free coffee or tea during my visit. I entered in my name in the raffle for the Cubs tickets and I won 2 seats. This place was a great mix of professional and fun, I have found a home at The Herbal Care Center! You guys are AMAZING

The Herbal Care Center consists of staff with an extensive knowledge of strains and products. They are extremely friendly, patient and helpful when it comes to identifying how to assist and treat their clientele’s ailments. I would definitely recommend this dispensary to any of my friends who have just become registered with the Illinois Cannabis Pilot Program.
