hi,,,I have been to 9 illinois dispensaries and this one is very very beautiful with a great selection,,lots of medicine in glass cabinets on display!!! Hunter the manager has been great and made me feel very very welcome snce day one!!!!!! Eryn assistant manager also very nice and helpful!~ Marcus,,Cat,,Arron and the whole staff are absolutely amazing,,,great medicine,,,close corned beefs down the ways!!! A PLUS PLUS Absolutely worth the longer trip for me

This place is great! What else can I say. They have a great selection of edibles and puffables and had a cup of hot fresh coffee while I waited. The facility is just beautiful. Thank you to everyone at The Herbal care Center! I really enjoyed the royal treatment!!

Great atmosphere - comfy couches and free coffee in the waiting area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The viewing/buying area is set up nicely and they carry the products of the best cultivators. There are large monitors on one wall that list, by vendor, what is available and st what cost. I tried shatter for the first time, and they were quite helpful in selecting a product and a method of use. -Jennifer M.

The depth of the menu is overwhelming. The availability of top quality products means I could shop here forever.Hunter, the GM, is a champ: confirming my registration via text/picture since I wasn't able to read my own card. Think about that.

This place is wonderful. The staff is very knowledge and friendly. This was my first experience with medical marijuana. Hunter was really great at explaining everything to me. He personally wrote out an explaination of each of the products that I bought. They have a huge selection. The building is beautuful and the inside is very comfortable and relaxing.

Roosevelt road being a main thoroughfare, the Herbal dispensary is easy to get to. Plus, plenty of free parking.

’ve been to a few dispensary’s in the Chicagoland are. One of the best things about this place is the vast knowledge their employees have. Every question that I had the staff had an in depth answer. They also took the time to recommend what option and strains were best fitting for me and the condition I have. The building is up to date with the large comfortable couches and tv’s to lounge while you’re waiting. When I went in for the first time one big thing I noticed was the broad selection they had. They have a well-organized an clean showroom and what seemed were endless amounts of display cases. I will definitely be coming back here every time from now on, cause this place is legit.

The overall atmosphere, customer service, and product selection make this the best dispensary in the Chicagloand area! I live on the North side of the city and happily make the trek down to THC Center on a weekly basis. The staff is educated, professional, and truly cares about our experience as patients. I highly recommend The Herbal Care Center to every Illinois patient, hands down.

Came in for my condition - staff was super helpful, knew what they were doing! So so so nice! Anthony & Marcus did amazing making me feel comfortable & got me the best medication that I would need.

Wanted to show some love to the people at THC! This place is the real deal. Their building is huge, with plenty of parking. That was always an issue for me at my other place. Their selection is great, always have a ton of products on sale. The staff is really cool and really know their cannabis products. I scored big time with the prize wheel. Overall these people are the truth. If you haven't check them out yet, you don't know what your're missing out on!

If you are a Veteran, this is the place to be. Its right down the street from the VA and they offer all veterans a discount. Not to mention it’s also Veteran owned. The staff was excellent, very professional and welcoming. Made my first experience great! Not only did I get a discount for being a Veteran but I got an additional discount from their prize wheel! THC is making America great again!

I have been coming to The Herbal Care (THC) Center for a few months now. I believe I have been to all of the other dispensaries in the area and, hands down, THC Center is far superior to the others. They have created a comfortable, cozy setting that makes you feel at ease; not at all what you would expect from a dispensary. It is well organized and impeccably clean. They have a vast selection and almost all strains in their inventory have sample jars. The staff knows their stuff. They have been able to answer all my questions. They don’t push any particular product. They take the time to listen to what my needs are and make suggestions on what products might work best for me. I really like that they remember my name when I come in. This is a place that really cares about their customers and creating a positive experience every time you come in. Once you come to THC Center, you will never want to go anywhere else. Thanks THC Center!!
