Today was my first visit to this location and all I can say is WOW!!! Beautiful layout and the most friendly staff. Kudos to Rosa who assisted and educated me!

I have been coming here now for about 6 months, maybe longer and I have had no need or want to go anywhere else!! The selection is ever growing, the staff really goes above and beyond to make each visit as fulfilling as possible. The Herbal Care center has made my medical journey all that much easier with the care, concerns, and consistent top shelf product every time. I prefer wax and I just have no problem any time I come here finding exactly what I need!!

From the moment you walk into the THC center you are amazed. Their shop is absolutely beautiful both outside and inside.They have a huge parking lot and their show room is enormous. You feel like you are inside a spa. Their staff is really friendly, everyone says hi and asks how you are doing. The selection is always great and they always have things on sale. I really don't see myself switching again. I cant wait to check out their 420 party !

This is the first dispensary I have been to and can’t imagine the need to go anywhere else. Friendly staff greets you and offers you water or coffee. They assisted me with my paperwork do to an error with the state. Once inside I felt like I was at Nordstrom. AWESOME!!!

This place mesmerized me almost instantly when I walked in. I have visited 7 other dispensaries but I had heard this was the best. The layout of this dispensary is amazing! They have an awesome waiting area with comfortable couches and chairs and it has TVs, they offer an assortment of drinks as well. I felt more like I was at a spa and it was really inviting. The show room was extremely clean and very well organized. There were an endless amount of display cases and what I liked most was that they had menus printed out available on the display board. They have a very large selection so this is helpful. Great customer service, the pricing is competitive, they always have great deals, and they make you feel at home! Overall, I would highly recommend The Herbal Care Center to take care of all your needs.

I suffer from crohns disease and my dr suggested smoking marijuana to help with symptoms (not cure). It was my first time in a dispensary and I was very nervous. My contact person was so down to earth and made me feel at ease. Her knowledge of the inventory was incredible. She was patient with my million questions and even hand wrote instructions for me. She offered a lot of assistance and reassured me it's ok to be nervous. She helped me pick out several strains to help my symptoms and then offered suggestions on accessories. GET THE HEMP WICK! It's very chic and smells nice when it burns to light up your flowers. My sales person and I bonded mostly because she was sweet and we share the same birthday. Can't wait to visit again soon.

STAFF STAFF STAFF! These people will take care of everything you need! 5 people Strong! Whether it be helping you shop the sales and finding something in your budget, finding you “special” products, or just answering general questions about their selection or how to use certain products…you will be taken care of here. Love this place!

This place is so well organized. It almost feels like a spa in there. The whole space has a calming effect. Love the parking lot and all of the free beverages too! So glad I switch to THC, they made me feel at home the minute I walked in. Their couches were so comfortable I could hang out all day.

This Place is amazing! Great Staff, they really know their stuff. I was really impressed with their prices compare to other places I was at before. On top of that I got an additional discount from their prize wheel. Extremely happy that I switched.

Workers go the extra mile to explain products to patients and be helpful and trustworthy. Existence of this dispensary may have improved my quality of life.

Let me just say that it was my first visit and I had no idea what to expect. I was blown away upon walking in. Greeted by friendly staff upon entering and then outstanding service from Zach when I was "in back." Product knowledge and recommendations were outstanding. Highly recommend. Will be back.

I cant get enough of this place, I've must of come back 3 times already and I just switched. The Staff is great everyone was really cool and helpful. The prices are comparable if not better and their selection was amazing. The parking lot was a huge plus!!! I hope you guys don't get sick of seeing me because this is my new favorite place.

I have been going here since I first got my card. Very relaxed and welcoming environment and a great selection. People there always happy to help. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dispensary.

The Herbal Care Center in Chicago is an amazing facility that carries pretty much EVERYTHING you could possibly need as a patient. Equal parts smoke shop and dispensary, THC has the widest selection of Illinois Cultivar products as well as accessories I've ever seen. Break your banger and need a new concentrate? Don't worry, THC has you covered on BOTH. Need some papers and an eighth? THC has you covered! Thinking of a nectar collector or want a new bowl? They have that too! The staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to help. I've had really great recommendations from Rosa, Zach and others when I describe my condition and symptoms. They're always willing to go and ask if they don't know the answer - something I appreciate as a patient because the last thing you want is to take a medicine that might not work for you. First time patients and vets will be welcome here. The owners are also former military, and veterans get great discounts. Don't forget to spin the wheel for a chance to get a discount on your in-store purchase - I think I've hit a discount almost every time I've visited. There's an ATM on site and hardly ever a wait. You should definitely make this place your dispensary if you're in Chicago!

From daily deals to generous veteran discounts, I cannot say this enough that the staff and even the security guards treat me like im VIP everytime i come in. Furthermore, the state of the art dispensary is beautiful mellow and welcoming with free coffee. But the biggest take away besides the extremely friendly staff and security guards that make me feel safe is the large variety of selection
