I think the dispensary is great but I think you lack security in the parking lot. The wooden fence is too small.

The Budtenders were all incredibly friendly with my 1st, 2nd and 3rd visits. The athmosohere was incredibly relaxed and professional. guaranteed that I'm coming back!!

I went to The Herbal Care Center with my daughter to get treatment for her MS. We were not sure what to expect but we were beyond impressed, it was like walking into an Apple Store, that feels like a spa in Las Vegas. Everything was clean, modern, and very well laid out. My Budtender was very educational and explained all the different options my daughter could do for her treatment...lotions, edibles, CBD oils, THC free options and Many more! I would recommend The Herbal Care center to anyone looking for help.

Best dispensary in Chicago. The atmosphere is the cleanest I’ve been in and Michael M is the most informed bud tender in the city. Would highly recommend to both recreational and medical patients. They are always willing to accommodate specific needs !

I really love the setting here. I appreciate being able to bring my non-weed card friends in with me, at least into the lobby. The lobby has coffee and snacks and is temperate. The service is great and I like that you can request items and call and ask about them. I would appreciate a comprehensive menu with all the items and deals listed on it so I’m not looking back and forth between menus.

My husband and I just started going here and what a first time experience! The staff is amazing....particularly Rosa on our first visit! I think we were there for 2 hours and she was so great and incredibly knowledgeable! We just loved her! Our 2nd visit was wonderful too! Anthony was great and another gentleman whom I can remember (the dab expert) was excellent too. Always looking forward to our next visit!

Such a cool place. there is a down to earth feel right when you walk in and the staff is knowledgeable about their selection. Nice, clean looking layout inside and plenty of help available. parking is not an issue like it usually is in the city. the building is open 7 days a week so there is always an opportunity to go and get help.

So far I’m very pleased with this dispensary. The facility is nice and they go over and beyond to be hospitable to the customer. They have deals and a prize wheel. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and professional.

This place is so close to the expressway, easy to get to, and they have a huge parking lot. They also have anything you could possibly need inside their facility! The 5 people they had behind the counter made my visit a breeze, with no stress. I found this place on leafly and I so glad that I did. I found me new home away from home. this place is over priced and always out of stock. they have plenty of excuses for why they can't keep items in stock. The owners son (well he claimed to be) is very disrespectful and acts like he doesn't even want to be there.

Wow, these people are fantastically phenomenal in their knowledge base. I'd been using topical Cbd products that weren't working well, Hunter and Zack worked with me closely, consulting me regarding various medical marijuana strains and their effects which could possibly be more effective. Saying that they're patient is an understatement. EVERYONE is so courteous and helpful. If you need patience coupled with knowledgeable employees, this is the place for you!
