This location is amazing! The staff is so knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this place over any other place in Chicago.

The Herbal Care Center is so much MORE than a dispensary. The employees and patient care specialists truly care for your every need. I was in their "consultation room" for nearly an hour and my PCS was there to listen and come up with the right regimen to combat my condition. The parking lot is HUGE and easily accessible, I was offered a refreshment upon arrival, and the waiting room is bigger than most dispensaries with plasma TVs, ipads, couches, bathrooms, and a coffee machine. I will definitely be back. This place truly is Chicago's premier cannabis facility!

Very easy to find this place, They have a big parking lot. And they have the largest inventory in the Chicago area! I'm never changing from this place

The Herbal Care Center is centrally locted and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The "budtenders" are warm, knowledgeable, patient and fun. I have visted other dispensaries in the city but not one compares to the experience that I've had at TheTHCCenter. I recommend THCCenter to any patient or potential patient. My home away from home.

This place is awesome. Feels more like a place to chill than a medical office. The setup looks clean and everyone seems friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered. I’ll be back for sure.

Such a cool place. there is a down to earth feel right when you walk in and the staff is knowledgeable about their selection. Nice, clean looking layout inside and plenty of help available. parking is not an issue like it usually is in the city. the building is open 7 days a week so there is always an opportunity to go and get help.

I just wanted to show some love to the people at THC. You guys are the best! Their location was easy to get to and love the huge parking lot especially in this cold weather. As soon as I walked in they offered me a free coffee or hot chocolate. Their selection is great and they offered discounts for Vets. Thanks for making Cannabis Great Again!

this place is over priced and always out of stock. they have plenty of excuses for why they can't keep items in stock. The owners son (well he claimed to be) is very disrespectful and acts like he doesn't even want to be there.

I have visited all of the Medical Marijuana stores in Chicago. This one has the largest selection of any dispensary I have seen. The staff is knowledgable on the strains and are genuinely nice people. As a veteran I really appreciate the discounts!
