This is my favorite dispensary in the entire state of Arizona. They have really good prices on eighths of flower and the flower is of high quality and consists of a roster of middle to top shelf strains. In addition, the setup inside the dispensary is cool with separate kiosks for all the budtenders. They also have a great selection of edibles and they even have a medical cannabis infused soda pop! Crazy... Anyway, good prices, high quality, and a very cool atmosphere ^^

Holistic center is the only club I go to.. Alison holds it down is the main reason I keep coming back besides there great buds

I love that people that work here. They are so friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my pen battery and they were more than helpful with that. I will continue to be their customer.

I've been lucky enough to have Cassie as a budtender and can't thank her enough. I was a novice to the whole mmj experience and have now found the right dosing because of her. The prerolls are cheap and a great way to try a new strain. Purple Girl Scout had me sleeping like a baby. Side note, they got BAKED BROS EDIBLES!!! The watermelons are perfect and consistent in dose quality. Definitely try them :)

Been coming to this place for many years and was so disappointed this time. The service has dropped so much.i was the only one there, they never tell you about the deals. (Supposed to be spend $100 get a free cartridge) instead I spent $190 and had to pay for it. On top of that it's my birthday, asked about my free birthday preroll and was looked at like I was putting her out or something. I spend $150 - $200 a WEEK at this place. Or did. Do it's time I DID NOT tip my budtender. I will think twice about going back so bummed

This place is fantastic. When I went in for my first time patient deal there was a discrepancy with my allotment on their end that they went above and beyond to take care of. I myself am in the industry and am throughly impressed with these guys. Will definitely be back! The Holistic Center is the epitome of professionalism. 👍🏼
I was in a hurry so I placed a Leafly Pickup order. Got there 10 mins later. Stood what ultimately ended up being in line for another 10 mins. Asked if they still did normal express pickups and was told "It depends." Asked about the free battery that was owed from a promotion in Dec. Was told they aren't getting them so neither am I. So basically your experience with them will vary greatly so expect that. I placed express orders and they were pretty quick. But if you hit them on a bad day, you are just going to have to deal with "Express" orders that take 20 mins and "Promotions" to not be fulfilled after two months of lying. I, for one, will be taking by business somewhere where the service is less dependent on the whims of the workers.
The receptionist is so rude. She acted like I was bothering her when I tried to check in and she never even asked if I had an order waiting. When I told her she got exasperated and turned away. I've been here lots of times and the receptionists are generally awful, but this girl was the worst. She needs to find a job where she doesn't have to work with other people.

This is my go to spot for top quality. For your new system....maybe have the queue available for waiting people to see where they are at. I thought the text message with the little link would show me the Q, but it just took me to the website for you're queuing service. Other than that I love this place. And I will continue to shop here. The staff is excellent and so is the quality of my medicine

I've been going to THC since I got my card back in 2016. I hate to rate the quality as a 1* but this is a 1* rating. Everything is a mass produced corporate product now so "quality" is a moot point as it relates directly to dispensaries.
This is the second time I've made a Leafly pre-order, received the text that it was ready (not the first one where they say they're making it) and when I arrived at the dispensary I was told that my order was not ready. I get it, you're busy. Don't check my order off as ready if my order is not ready. It's that simple.
horrible dispensary great products horrible customer service, I order 200$ with of meds to be delivered just like I do every week because I have a compromised immune system my order placed at 11:30am confirmed at 2:20 and said it was on the way 4 hours later still hasnt arrived nor any communication from dispo or superb. I called superb and got the owner he said he would personally teach out to the dispo and make sure they contact me well that didnt happen and I'm back at work tomorrow so thank you so very much for not taking care of your immune compromised patients!

Maybe it's the COVAID situation but receptionist were taking my order and do not have the customer service skills I hoped they might. This place has the best flower in the Valley. My first visit won't spoil what I know about the company.
It's a hiccup but I wasn't pleased that a PSP wasn't available to make sure my needs were met.
