service sucks , was 3rd person I'm the building instead took care of ppl coming in after me .plus rude and talked to someone answering their 10 questions about edibles when he was grabbing me carts like dude one person at a time . bud quality it's ok I've gotten better in steamburg at chronic link .sucks I spent alot of money cause their sale on carts . bought bud and carts but Idk if I'll go back again

I ordered thru Leafly. Much of the $2 off $8 grams. I got VERY dry shake wit one or two buds. Thought the sales were decent but not worth the time. The poor cure even in buds was dry tumbleweed. The Hawk or Steamburg aw better choices.

Traveling into visit family and found the Lab after reading about them here on Leafly. It was Wednesday post blizzard 22 and they were open and well staffed. The staff was very helpful, relaxed and knew the strains. If the one attendant didnt know the answer, the owner was there and happy to help. What can i say, their Oz deals are unbeatable. The flower quality is good, nice dry and tacky cure. i got Big Juicy and Chem OG. i did find some seeds in one of the bags of the big juicy. not a lot, but there were some. I saved the seeds and called it a bonus. :) they well trimmed buds, no leaf, small bud stems only. both strains rolled and hit very smooth. the OG was a wonderful experience, wish i had gotten more. The store is smallish, but easy to move around in, there is an ATM with a 2.99 fee for use. The offer plenty of other consumables and products, i only sampled and purchased the flowers. im old school that way. it looks like all packaging, prerolling and dabs are done in house by staff. The one staff member took about 20 minutes to discuss their processing of dabs and other concentrates with my wife. cannot say enough positive about this place. I stopped by a 2nd time on the way out of state and found them just as friendly as the 1st visit. the owner even remembered me. give it a try.

I drive to this dispo once a month. this last trip the bud tender was rude and made me feel like I was interrupting his social hour.

Nice place with a great selection and the best price I have found anywhere. Got an oz oh Oh Cheese for $25! I expected to open up a bag of shake, which at that price would've been acceptable. Instead I was greeted by some big ol nugs. The store was busy on a Sunday morning and the guy ahead of me was very indecisive so the owner was a understandably a little frazzled, but she was very pleasant with me. She was willing to run to the back and pick up the freshly bagged products that hadn't made it out to the floor yet. I will be back for sure. In fact, this may now be my #1 go to spot. Love supporting the Seneca Nation!

Consistently killer prices and it couldn’t be more seamless with online order and drive thru in and out in under a minute

Put in online order @130pm and never got the message to pickup order...I arrived 5 hrs after placing order to find out they received my order but never filled it until I got there. The gummies are not as strong as advertised by far!

I love this spot. Once we discovered The Lab we stopped wasting our time with the other shops on the main strip of the area. They're all over priced for the exact same stuff as everywhere else has, but not The Lab. The VIP concept is great even if I don't utilize it myself, if you go there multiple times a week, it's definitely worth it. Even without the VIP account, they have great deals on the regular. I go for the $50 ounce every other week along with a glo cart, which are also the cheapest there that I've seen other than out of someone's garage. They care about satisfaction and have replaced wonky carts for me more than once, while reassuring me it's okay since I kept apologizing for it, even leaving the store and coming right back. I have yet to try the infused slushie since im always solo when i run there and dont want it melted before im home, but im impatiently waiting to be able to try! They also have a couple house made infused candies that are super yummy!(or at least last i knew) So much more about the products and prices are amazing, but enough about that. The staff are absolutely phenomenal. I've known one amazing woman that works there for a few years now, and the rest of the staff make it feel like I've known them just as long. The male staff are great and friendly and I'm not uncomfortable going in there when there aren't any women working the counter! They're always attentive and helpful, even despite how swamped with people they are every single time I go there. Quick to get the line out while still being efficient and friendly. It's a little more out of the way than some of the other places in the area, but it is truly worth it.

Third time I've been to this family owned, comfortable dispensary.Impressed with the pace and quality of products added continually.Being fortunate enough to have lived on the West Coast and included with every aspect of creating these New Medically ground breaking products is no easy feet. Growing a quality healthy harvest, which by no means is as simple as it sounds, to turning it into the medical quality products seen today is a huge , time consuming accomplishment . Kudo's to this family and all the other's that have finally been able to be given the long overdue ability to create and offer their products at an affordable Donation price to all of us. "Us" the overworked, underpaid, deserving general public Thank you again..

I love this place. Great selection of flower at great prices. You truly cannot beat it. I drive 30 miles out of my way to go. It is my go to shop.

As another posted, they keep the menu updated on Leafly. Super friendly staff, the infused slushy"s are worth the ride The deals on OZ'S are great. Is it top shelf, No, but either are the prices.

This place is top notch. Every single time I go I get great customer service. Their prices are absolutely unbeatable. You cant get any cheaper than them and it’s quality as well.

Started coming here in the Summer after trying s few different places on the Rez. This place is little more off the beaten path but so worth it..Prices are great, service is always friendly and helpful, and a very very nice selection of flower, edibles, carts etc. I would love to be a VIP member since I’m there literally a couple times a week but $50 a month is a bit much…love to see that y’all are expanding as well! I have recommended several of my fiends here as well and they love it, and are regulars as well

I had just about given up all hope. Recently moved across the country from WA state. Having been a MEDICAL cannabis consumer for quite some time meant finding a cannabis dispensary with quality product at competitive prices was of the utmost paramount importance. A dispensary with these two things: Quality bud at a quality price - cannot be found in Buffalo or surrounding Erie County. These locations within Buffalo expect tourists to walk through the door willing to pay ANYTHING(a minimum 4x more). I know I'm a little spoiled coming from the westside so mark my words when I say this... the product I've purchased from THE LAB is some of the most perfectly grown and cured bud I've ever seen. Farm to Dispensary!!! Nobody is doing it better. And the price! At a cost equal to or better than the WA state dispensaries. New to the area and driving through the falling snow definitely left me a little skeptical during the drive out. Every second of the drive was worth it!!! I cannot thank the THE LAB and everything they do enough. I'm a member for life! ConnorB

I live 3 hours and 58 minutes away from here but pay outrageous prices where I live. So every other month a few of us make the drive together to go here. 2 months ago I bought cartridges but one was faulty... I was so afraid 😨 that since it was EXACTLY 60 days since my last visit (i read you only have 60 days to exchange) that I'd not be able to replace it.. but they not only agreed to replace it; they assured me it wasn't a bother what so ever! I'd HIGHLY recommend this dispensary to anyone and have done so for one friend already. When I told her about this place she made the 4hr drive that day!! 😄 🤣 😂
