we got a pound of OG Kush for personal use. That's a years worth for us with plenty left over to share with close friends. The Lab treated us right. trust me just go once and you'll be back.

Put in online order @130pm and never got the message to pickup order...I arrived 5 hrs after placing order to find out they received my order but never filled it until I got there. The gummies are not as strong as advertised by far!

Order online through Leafly, great communication as to being ready, or if they are out of something to recommend an alternative. Great products, at great prices. I have searched all the dispensaries in Irving, and they will not disappoint.

This place is top notch. Every single time I go I get great customer service. Their prices are absolutely unbeatable. You cant get any cheaper than them and it’s quality as well.

Third time I've been to this family owned, comfortable dispensary.Impressed with the pace and quality of products added continually.Being fortunate enough to have lived on the West Coast and included with every aspect of creating these New Medically ground breaking products is no easy feet. Growing a quality healthy harvest, which by no means is as simple as it sounds, to turning it into the medical quality products seen today is a huge , time consuming accomplishment . Kudo's to this family and all the other's that have finally been able to be given the long overdue ability to create and offer their products at an affordable Donation price to all of us. The best dispensary period.

I love this spot. Once we discovered The Lab we stopped wasting our time with the other shops on the main strip of the area. They're all over priced for the exact same stuff as everywhere else has, but not The Lab. The VIP concept is great even if I don't utilize it myself, if you go there multiple times a week, it's definitely worth it. Even without the VIP account, they have great deals on the regular. I go for the $50 ounce every other week along with a glo cart, which are also the cheapest there that I've seen other than out of someone's garage. They care about satisfaction and have replaced wonky carts for me more than once, while reassuring me it's okay since I kept apologizing for it, even leaving the store and coming right back. I have yet to try the infused slushie since im always solo when i run there and dont want it melted before im home, but im impatiently waiting to be able to try! They also have a couple house made infused candies that are super yummy!(or at least last i knew) So much more about the products and prices are amazing, but enough about that. The staff are absolutely phenomenal. I've known one amazing woman that works there for a few years now, and the rest of the staff make it feel like I've known them just as long. The male staff are great and friendly and I'm not uncomfortable going in there when there aren't any women working the counter! They're always attentive and helpful, even despite how swamped with people they are every single time I go there. Quick to get the line out while still being efficient and friendly. It's a little more out of the way than some of the other places in the area, but it is truly worth it.

As another posted, they keep the menu updated on Leafly. Super friendly staff, the infused slushy"s are worth the ride The deals on OZ'S are great. Is it top shelf, No, but either are the prices.

What happened to the web site? That made it nice when you have to travel

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The products are good, clean, and potent. One of the best (if not outright the best) dispensaries in Western New York.

For my first time there, I loved it. The atmosphere and service were excellent.

I picked up one of their 50$ ounce deals and chose the strain King Kobra! Had to say I was mad nervous that it wouldn’t hit me at all being that it was yk, a 50$ ounce, but damn it’s SO GOOD. Don’t think i’ll be buying weed from anywhere else anytime soon!

Very clean, organized. Very friendly staff. Very new to buying flower and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were decent.

Great place we go frequently and I'm from buffalo so it's worth the drive. The staff is great super friendly and the place is clean. Lots to choose from I order it all on leafy pick up in store and still end up buying more once I get there 😉 Definitely highly recommend 🍃🌬️

My go to place on my way to Chautauqua Lake

I was surprised to find their advertising accurate. I had heard different but I got exactly what I needed.

I was stuck in the snow and the employe working helped me out. Took me 3.5 hours to get home when it normally takes 2. It was my first time with you guys and I will definitely be back. Was wondering if you guys had pictures available to look at the bud since they are not listed on the website. Thank you guys so much for everything.
