I love the dispensary it’s my 2nd time there!! I love the cartridges I ended up buying one wish it wasn’t sativa bttttt it’s bomb for me for the day imma def have to cop me a indica or atleast a hybrid but next time! The other lab bag that I have had in the past was fuckin amazing bt i recently went and the girl that was there was amazing. I loved her. I know she was just starting recently as She told me, but the sour heavy hitter, I feel was a waste of my time and money, because Usually i get high cause I don’t smoke as much being a single mom I get high off like 4-6 hits, depending on how high I wanna b I’ll smoke a half a blunt I never have to sit here and smoke a WHOLE blunt to my face to get high like I’m still not high only thing I got out of it was a MAJOR headache so I’m very disappointed in the sour, heavy hitter, I would never get that ever again!!!!

Just recently moved to New York and was excited to try out different dispensaries. Well, The Lab is the first place I went and the only place I continue to go. You just can’t beat the variety of options, the price, and the quick and easy service. The 50% off ounce menu is definitely my go to - as I’m new to actually knowing what kind of weed I’m smoking - and this gives me the option to try new things at a discounted price, just in case it’s not my fav. Which, has yet to happen. Everything has been great! Highly recommend The Lab.

Way better than sitting at my weed guys house trying to decide between three different strains. If you're an old school smoker you are gonna be presently surprised. It's like its 1976 again. Plenty of $30 and $50 ounces of good, easy to smoke weed. I'm 66 years old and this stuff is ways better that most of the Mexican weed I smoked back in the day. No brick weed here. Dispensary weed is crap and not recommended if you're a joint toker, it turns to dust when you try and prep it for rolling, but, if that's what you want, they got it. The most expensive oz I seen was $140 and that's close to what I pay here in PA in a dispensary for crappy medical. Very helpful staff, they let me see and smell anything that I asked about and they have a great selection. I also bought my wife a one grammar disposable cart for $17 bux. Huh? First time there, my Son took me here for the total eclipse of the sun. Great day overall. They also have a great headshop with any kind of pipes, papers or blunt wraps that you might need. I'm a believer.

I really like this place , the service and the products have always been outstanding. I never feel rushed and when asking questions or opinions always felt like I was given and honest answer. I like that you can place an order online and pick up shortly after. They have just about anything you can think of with a price range that fits everyone's budget.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The products are good, clean, and potent. One of the best (if not outright the best) dispensaries in Western New York.

Seriously, this is the BEST dispensary around. The budtenders remember who you are and the atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and although they have the biggest selection I've ever seen in one shop, it's in NO way overwhelming. They work with you on your likes/dislikes and suggest absolute spot-on customized solutions every single time. If you can peel your eyes away from the elaborate counter display, take a look around at their cute merch and endless array of edibles! There's also a slushie bar in the corner <3 You will NOT regret a second of your time spent at this place, run don't walk!
