This was my first visit, I heard they had concentrates so I decided to try them out. Good pricing on shatter wax, however it wasn't very good shatter. The shatter hurt my throat which usually means it wasn't purged very well or there is still excess butane within the wax. Wasnt impressed with the flower selection either.

First of all this place is hard to find and parking sucks. Secondly the flower I purchased was not that great. I came to this location for one specific strain and honestly was disappointed. It was my first time and the budtender wasn't very nice or helpful. She basically just said "over there is our edibles and here's a list of flower do you know what you want" not friendly at all. The only positive thing I could say about this place was I was in and out pretty fast. But what's the point of fast service if the product sucks.

Went in there for some grow science and guess what, they only carry crappy weed. Welcome to quantity over quality. Who wants moldy weed. Plus the budtender was all over the place talking to the manager and not paying attention to the customer. Last time I’m stopping here.

I have bein also trying out the concentrates I must kinda gets me when they take me to the counter and show me to concentrates that weren't even on the menu when I checked... So she proceeds to show me to concentrates alien head OG and sour lemon first off she was trying to tell me that the sour lemon was cooked very well and the THc level should be at 80% which is kind of hard to believe when the sour lemon is on the lowest count THC count that is and bronze on the menu cheapest of them all. I mean come on I don't want to sound rude or nothing but this ain't my first time doing this and you get out of what you put in your not going to get 80% out of the lowest THC count flower that you have... Let's be real you guys are experimenting and you don't want to use the best flower that you have. Which is understandable but don't use the cheapest flower that you have an act like it's the best. So I decided to just go with my thoughts about the alien head OG.... So I get a gram because I can split to have the gram price witch is for the 60 anyways I get home to open up my bag and over read the information printed on the label... Another thing that throws me off is nowhere on the menu or when you're talking to them did they say anything about alien head og trim. Yea says "TRIM" now are you using flower or are you using just the scraps of stems and leaves of your plant that's the lowest count keep in mind... So I proceed to try it I throw it in my little ball which is exactly what you guys have in your counter and it decides to form into a drop it did it's job I get my tool I try to get a little bowl to dab and I had the hardest time ever it was so sticky it's stuck on everything it touched.barely touched my finger it was all over the place it was messy shatter is not suppose to be that Messy. Must agree that it's not purged correctly. Not trying to bag on you guys just giving you the info from a heavy smoker. Shouldn't have to throw it in the freezer to get a nice little small chunk off of it.

This place has fallen off. Quality and service. Last time I went I asked for 2 cartridges and was given 2 grams of shatter. Because I left and didn’t notice they said I was stuck with it because I left the building. Have not been back since. I prefer places with knowledgeable staff.

This place likes to pull a bait and switch scam. Preorder online, drive across town and they are all out of the bargain deals, so then you have to spend more money getting medicine. Stay away, I am never going back.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary. I ordered online. While I was waiting in line, another patient started complaining about the wait. I tried telling him that he was next in line, and he threatened to "light me up", presumably because "you don't work here". How do you watch a patient get threatened by another patient and not do anything about it? he should have been thrown out and asked never to return. Now, as for the order itself, they replaced my selections with five different strains and didn't even bother to tell me. I understand that sometimes things run out and they have to replace it, but usually they will send you a text and tell you they're out of a certain thing and then you can tell them what you want it replaced with. so, I didn't get what I ordered, and I was threatened, and no one did a damn thing. I will never come back here, and I may never step in a Cresco owned dispensary again. What a joke.

I placed an online order they filled the order like they had what i ordered only to drive 45 min to see that they decided to fill my bag with what ever they wanted not bothering to tell me that they didnt have my order.... And when i got there they just expected me to be happy with whatever they decided to put in my bag... They got a new name but nothing has changed here thus place is still garbage and will never have me shop there again

So I found the give $50 get $50 special. I don't read very well, and what I do read I forget. We get to the back and Angie is helping my friend who is disabled as well. I felt that Angie had an attitude towards me. She asked me if my friend filled out the page he was supposed to. I have been asking questions about the deal but she's real short with me. I was getting embarrassed because she's talking about stuff I don't know anything about because I can't read. She tells me that the directions are on the website but I'm so afraid that I'm going to have to tell the whole room that I can't read. I got really hot and I was having an anxiety attack so I just walk out of the dispensary. Angie was honest and brought my medical marijuana card out to me. The next time someone is in front of you struggling to maintain remember it might not have anything to do with you. I will never show my dumb face in that dispensary again.

Budtender was a disappointment, wear the mask on their chin, rushed through everything. Was given Cindy 99 instead of the Gas pedal I ordered. Uncomfortable and bad experiences.

this place used to have good deals and bud. ever since it became sunny side there product and deals are trash. No more tier drop Friday or bogo on Wednesday. This place really fell off. The 130 half o are trash. go to Debbies dispensary pay 20 to 30 more for ur half but it will be some actual fresh flame not dryed out.

I wouldn't shop here for anything. Their flower is dry and weak, and their concentrates are made by amateurs with dangerously high levels of residual solvents. The location is very sketchy and the staff is mostly terrible.

I typically love this dispensary and go out of my way all the way from scottsdale to come make purchases. However, tonight after driving 16 miles and 27 minutes I was turned down at 9:58pm. While I’m aware this is cutting it close dispensary hours are UNTIL 10pm Can’t think of any good reason to waste someone’s time (that would be almost an hour round trip ) and gas to go to a store supposed to be open that chooses to close early. Probably won’t be going back for a while. Really not cool or professional. Also could’ve gone to a much closer dispensary .

My third or fourth trip to EGC and each time I left with a smile on my face. Shatter deal rocks! Staff has always been great. Thanks EGC, "I'll be back".

I stopped in on the calling of their daily special, buy a gram get a gram of shake free. Your flower was average, even at the price. Your so called, wanna be shake is nothing more than shade leaves, stems and some trim. Not what I call shake. FYI shake should be nothing but the trimmings. you can smoke for bowls of your so called shake 1.5 grams after first waking up in the am from 6.5 hours of sleep and not feel A THING! And I mean nothing. I am only giving 3 stars cause average bud and long hours. Your staff has a we don't care attitude. your security guard is a joke. and your call people out of order way to often for it to be a mistake. The lobby gives a sketchy vibe and did not feel comfortable nor safe. Chong association or not, plain and simple your being beat hands down. This place is lacking in every way. please have a manager or owner contact me, Joe Benjamin, remember word of mouth is the best advertising and right now double thumbs down! If you go to this dispensary be prepared for the longest wait times. Encanto was once my favorite but no longer. They have continued to become less about the patients and more about profit. At one time they had the friendliest budtenders who weighed out your purchase in front of you and trimmed off the stems. Now they have gone to pre-packaging that includes the stem. My last visit here, the budtender showed me a pre-packaged eighth with one large bud and its thick stem. When I asked for a different eighth with smaller buds the budtender gave me back attitude saying its all the same. No its not all the same! Customer / patient choice! I'm paying for it! I went in on their bogo Monday, granted the free shake isn't the best, but its free. This WAS the only reason I went here anymore. This last Monday my "free shake" was nothing more than stems ground up to a powder! If you are a avid smoker like me.. you know what stems taste like from being broke.. and thats exactly the disgusting taste I got from this "free shake" Needless to say that EGD has lost my loyalty and business. And I'll be sure to tell everyone not to go there!

After hearing good things about Encanto Green Cross I was excited to come check them out. When I arrived the lobby was nice, the cookies were a good touch the lady at the desk was kind of unwelcoming but the budtender made up for that. The meds were not cool. The Alien Kush and jack was about the best smelling best meds they had that day. They weighed out the nugs in front of me and hooked me up. I left feeling good positive, however when I got home and broke up the Alien Kush gram I had bought SEEDS fell out 7 to be exact NOT COOL MAN NOT COOL.

great location. centrally located. was greeted by the awesome security guard John! He was on point being security and helpful in answering my question upon entering. he even helped me by opening my door on the way out as my hands were FULL :) Eric greeted me and signed me up as a new patient. (gram free first time patient with purchase) not posted on site! I waited maybe 5 min tops and was called back by Marge, beautiful big smile and very kind! my budtender, Joanna was very sweet and helpful! I'll be back. I don't umderstamd all the hate reviews at all. far from reality- Go check it out. great prices on nice flower /that I got\ peace love and flowers 😁🌿

they cut their hours in half without telling their customers and don't update their website. they have different info depending on where you look and you can tell the new management doesn't care about its customers at all. been going here for a long time and now I won't be anymore.
