As a first-time patient, the prospect of one's first trip to the dispensary can be quite daunting. I came in without the slightest idea what I should expect, and more than a little intimidated and afraid of revealing myself as a clueless newbie. However, I needn't have worried. The facility itself was simple enough to find that I didn't get lost, but discreet and nondescript enough that I didn't feel like I was shouting to the world, "Hey world! I'm about to buy some weed!" Walking inside, I was greeted by a very clean and comfortable waiting area, as well as two polite and professional women that I assumed were receptionists. I filled out one form, waited for a moment, then was called back. The gentleman that helped me find my products was knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy in the slightest. At no point did I feel like I needed to speed it up or buy more product than I wanted to. I came away with Mother's Helper, Grape Ape, Cherry Chemdawg, and a vape pen + cartridge, and I have to say, I'm LOVIG the quality of everything I received. I will definitely be returning to this particular dispensary to fill my prescription for the foreseeable future.

Monarch's Jane F. spent a generous amount of time with me, discussing the questions I had, as well as directing me in the strain(s) to help my chronic pain. They have also partnered with Kiva Chocolate - needless to say, the Dark Chocolate/Tangerine is hard to put down!!!

I have been to quite a few dispensaries and this is by far my favorite. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the facility is modern, clean and really comfortable almost like being in a friends living room. service is quick and easy and they have quality products with a solid variety. I always like to try out other places, which is how I found Monarch and now I find myself going here every time.

Best experience yet in AZ! High quality medicine. They have a gorgeous office and in sweet neighborhood. Have to definitely say real kick backed staff and very helpful and friendly. Very excited this is close to home... I've been to most of the dispensaries waiting for one to open closer and have never been a repeat customer to one until now (Going in later today). Staff is awesome, the atmosphere is great with big screen TVs in case you come in on weekends to watch football and I was a fan of the strains Granddaddy & Blue Dream... Looking forward to trying more but would be fine with getting more of the same.
