Best experience yet in AZ! High quality medicine. They have a gorgeous office and in sweet neighborhood. Have to definitely say real kick backed staff and very helpful and friendly. Edibles are pretty A+! That xj-13 is worth a try too, its smooth, flavorful, and pure relaxation in the mind but energetic at the same time. Thanks to all the staff!

Very excited this is close to home... I've been to most of the dispensaries waiting for one to open closer and have never been a repeat customer to one until now (Going in later today). Staff is awesome, the atmosphere is great with big screen TVs in case you come in on weekends to watch football and I was a fan of the strains Granddaddy & Blue Dream... Looking forward to trying more but would be fine with getting more of the same.

As a new customer to Monarch and MMJ, Monarch's explanations about the strains and their THC and CBD levels were incredibly helpful. I have been using their handout of strain descriptions to make notes about the effects of the various medicines, which I prefer, and why. Without this information I might have just continued sampling without honing in on what's best for me. And as a professional woman in my thirties, the boutique atmosphere and friendly service made me very comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Monarch.

Medication is great but its a little pricey.. I like the cooking books in the lobby :)

Very nice staff who answered all my questions. First visit gives you a discount and a free g so no complaints there. They even let my mother into the back with me so she is informed also (she drove me). Overall great experience.

I really enjoyed my second visit back to Monarch. I didn't catch her name but was waited on by a woman of older age. She was knowledgeable about the products and helped me to pick 2 choices the turned out to be the perfect fit for symptoms. I will be back for sure

I was helped by Mario and was given amazing service. Even the security guards had personality. By far it was the nicest facility I have been to. The meds were great and I will definitely be back soon-like in about a half hour from now :)

I came when MJ Freeway was down, but my bud tender was quick with his handwriting. I got a nice gram of Lemon Skunk and a gram of GSC. This place seems very professional, very adult. But.. they played Sublime and generic reggae in the lobby, very tacky. Also, the samples were old.

I really love rachel, the girl in the window most days. she’s helped me find strains and is always happy, smiling and the one constant thing about this dispensary. she makes customers a priority and is very knowledgeable.

I'm going to miss medmen! From 3 dispensaries to 1, and now they are done...The employees are always awesome and I certainly hope they are not left unemployed. Being in job limbo in this economy is not an easy thing to deal with and still greet everyone with a smile!! I hope the Mint keeps them on because if not they will be losing great people!
